"She needs to pay this months rent," said Mr. Finch.

 

[WereFolf]

"Miss landlord perhaps we can negotiate a term where she doesn't need to pay the rest of this month"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

"I need to pay the mortgage," said Mr. Finch.

 

[WereFolf]

"How much is the rent exactly? how much does Grace owe?"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

"I'll need one hundred and eighty dollars," said Mr. Finch.

 

[WereFolf]

"I see... How soon does this need to be paid for exactly?" He would ask him "Because I can get you the money but It'll take a few days to get it"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

"I ca give you three days," said Mr. Finch.

 

[WereFolf]

"Alright then I'll try my best to get the money, but the best I can do is in 5 days, will that be suffice?"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

"Five days will do," said Mr. Finch.

 

[WereFolf]

"Thank you for understanding us and please and thank you for having Grace as a tenant all this time." He would look to grace "Shall we gather the last of your things and be off?"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

"Yes," said Grace, as she walked up to her apartment.

 

[WereFolf]

He would follow her to her apartment to help her gather her and Ada's things

 

[SandraDeelightful]

There wasn't much, just some tattered dresses. That was all they really needed.

 

[WereFolf]

"Do we have everything Grace? we didn't leave anything behind did we?"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

"No," said Grace with a small smile. "Thank you."

 

[WereFolf]

"Its my pleasure grace, shall we head back home then?"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

Grace smiled happily and nodded, "We shall."

 

[WereFolf]

He would take her hand as they started to walk back together back to his place while carrying her things back from her house

Grace could not believe this was happening. She kept thanking him for his kindness over and over.

 

[WereFolf]

"I think you might have said thanks one to many times Grace" He would chuckle and gave a smile "even though I do appreciate it you really don't need too"

 

[SandraDeelightful]

Grace smiled back. "It's just no one has bee so kind to me before."

 

[WereFolf]

"Well what can I say to that, well I've guessed I've said it quite a lot of times why I say it huh?" Chuckles

 

[SandraDeelightful]

Grace let out a small laugh.

 

[WereFolf]

"Well I suppose theres no harm in saying it again, Its because I love you and your the only one in the world for me" Says while smiling at her

 

[SandraDeelightful]

Grace blushed. "Thank you. I love you, as well. And you are the only one for me."
