I'm glad I checked this finally. I've been a bit busy over the last week getting other things out of the way but tonight I should be able to make a post.


So just a warning ahead of time that you won't be making that jump just yet.


Could you, in the future, warn me prior to taking off with one of my characters if I'm a bit busy? I would have been fully willing to try and make a small post to remove myself from the situation.


And it's not about me not wanting her there, more that it would completely break character for her to just shrug and be like, "Whatever, warp on, I'll just chill."


So yknow, one or two posts later and you can be on your way if you're on when I am.


Could even do a short collab and knock it out in one if you're able.

well i did wait for a response from you for almost a week and a half my good man, eventually I just thought you either didn't care or just said Fuck it sp i went ahead to keep things moving on because well.... i kinda couldn't do anything else since She was on the bridge with Valerian if i simply waited for you. Can she not simply (I cant remember her name... i feel terrible) piss off when the Pirates get back home to use a crude term for it? I don't think location would be a big issue for something like her, and that way it also doesn't mess anything major up but if you want we can do a argument or discussion between Valerian and the A.I if you want to make sure she got her opinion in because seriously, planets getting eaten up and i told everyone before hand a WHILE ago that as soon as Roms little character slash extra-dimensional mind fuck event happened (which was in all honesty cool as hell if i can say so once i realized what was happening and the implications for it later) they were getting the fuck out. True you have a life and were busy so that's no fault on you why you couldn't check in split with your duties to the site as well, but.... IZ A BLACK HOLEZ!!!! IT IZ EATINGS OUR SOULZ!!!!


Next question i have is a ethical/intellectual one involving the correct terminology for A.I. Would one call them someone or something? Does someone simply count as a intelligent being, or is it soley for something with a soul and or life force and therefore A.I's would be considered a nonliving organism and therefore a thing even though it has intelligence? That's for everyone, wanted to get some views on the matter and compare them with my own.

All righties then, they still need to GTFO and they have, pirate ship, Borg armies, other shit that wants the Dredge Dead, not a good combo. However... i do believe we can exploit a little loophole so to speak. Valerian left off in a previous post talking to the A.I and well i left it there for your response but you never did anything so i moved on as if The A.I had either consented or did something else, i didn't specify what happened in case you had an objection. Looks like forethought paid off but he doesn't actually make a direct reference to the A.I so i suppose we can do a sort of Flash Back Collab thing as they are in slip space/ warp speed or whatever the correct technical term is for it. Im not used to using warp drives except for the Firefly. I like Deep Drives much better.


Any who, say she GTFO'd a wee bit before the jump and or during it? I don't know we can work it out when you get done with whatever it is your doing and get together on a collab about it tonight.

And whew not holly. Galumora seriously does need to talk to her. Naming the unnamed in their afterlife, just names in general have to be earned and dying unnamed in Dredge society is a horrific disgrace. I cant really explain it at the moment but it'll make sense when it happens. A name carries power, great power as it (in Dredge society) names all that one has managed to accomplish. And the Dredge are fuckin over achievers. Competitive little things they are.

Secretly I doubt it, as she's already shown she can detect them on lifeforms way back when Rom introed her.


She could possibly promise the dredge protection if they come openly but not guarantee it and if trying to protect it endangers her goals then she'll most likely stop trying.


Which is also why she won't let one secretly as them even chancing upon discovering it could endanger her goals.
