Actually, @Baku the hospitals are all over run with infected. so it wouldn't make much sense for bandits to be hiding out there.

im kinda iffy on the AP rounds piercing the wall. Remember the planet we're on isn't earth. and there are some materials stronger than what was found on earth. so im thinking bullets wouldn't be able to pierce solid walls.
