So ya anyway can I be a Ravin LT who,is inchage or at least high up in there smuggling operations

As I've explained before, there are only two leadership roles in each gang, leader and second in command. No lieutenants or leaders or certain operations as of now. You can make your character a smuggler, and if the leader of the gang had good reason, they might give them a type of authority over the others, but they wouldn't be in charge.

Seems like a basic fundamental of being in a gang too.
