As for your power of having the two dragons heads. You can have them as like made of energy to appear on your shoulders. The type of Grimm doesn't really matter since that is what your character was experimented on with using that Grimm. Having a specific Grimm you want to use out of the list and what would come with it..you'll have to do the reading up on the one you picked.

You mean the academies where they taught the Huntsmen and Huntress? Like Beacon, Haven, Shade, and Atlas academy? They are still around but I mean they are abandoned after the whole Grimm attack.

Ah, no worries! Understandable!
However, this roleplay does not take place during any of the specific seasons of the show and takes place moreover in an AU.

As for time, it has been several years since the fall of the academies. Enough for there to be a few Vytal Festivals to have happened since the fall. (Vytal Festival happens every two years. )

It would have to be a semblance, there is nothing in RWBY that would allow for dragons heads to appear on shoulders randomly like that.

Also, just a heads up.

Wasn't sure if you knew, but aura is what keeps your semblance going as well as the protective 'shield' over your body before you take actual physical harm. It regenerates and all. Just putting it out there in case you didnt already know.
