For all those in this role play (there’s a lot. Thanks guys you make me feel competent) I have a few things we should discuss. I would really love for this to last and not fizzle our immediately so before things start getting complicated let’s address some stuff.
Pace- I am not sure about you, but the quickest way to lose me in an rp is a super slow pace. Though, it can be jarring for those with busy schedules to lose half the plot because they were at work. So the reason I started things at a snails pace is for those jumpin in or busy to feel like their character is established before things get... plotty.
Inclusion- I might not always get to address a post with minimal amount of interaction or importance to my character, but I will try. If you feel like me or any other person is being negligent in this, force yourself on us. Make your character the one who confronts ours first or take it up with me in the OOC or pm.
Plot- while I do have some things figured out as far as cities and potential threats and enemies, there’s a lot in improvising (guys I don’t even have a world name yet bare with me). That being said, I am open to suggestions. I want to find the sweet spot between improvisational and rigid. As an inexperienced rper, I request you offer your creativity and ingenuity if possible.
OOC behavior- you all seem mildly civilized, but I’m gonna just say it anyways. Try to be friendly and get along. If it’s a big issue and it interferes with the RP or someone feels personally attacked, I will mediate. Otherwise feel free to joke around. I don’t take things personally here and I hope that I don’t offend, but if I do, feel free to tell me.
