— INTRODUCTION —
Hiya, and welcome to my search thread! I joined RPNation in 2017, but admittedly abandoned writing for quite a while. Now that I'm revisiting the site, I'm more excited than ever to get back into this hobby! This search thread focuses on both fandom and original roleplays, as well as any pairings you'd like to bring to me! Below, you'll find information about me, my requirements, and my interests. Make sure to read everything thoroughly, and don't be afraid to leave me a comment or a PM! I'm always open to new roleplays/partners and any questions you might have for me. — ABOUT ME —
I am 17 years old, turning 18 in a few months. I would prefer my partner to be in my age range, somewhere around 15-20. I'm beginning college in late July, where I'll be studying software engineering. This means I won't be busy for now, but I'll let you know my schedule as soon as I have one.
I have around 6 or 7 years of roleplaying experience. Admittedly, I wasn't very good at 10 or 11 years old, but I guess it still counts. I've been writing stories for as long as I can remember, and had many (crushed) dreams of becoming a writer at various points in my life. I tend to match length/style with my partners, give or take.
I have very few triggers, so I'm very open to whatever theme you might have in mind. If something really irks me in a roleplay, I will definitely let you know. That being said, I won't write NSFW. I don't know if that's still against the site's rules or not, but nonetheless, it won't be a thing either way.
I am very open to talking OOC, whether that includes plotting or whatever else you'd have in mind. I have a Discord that I'm semi-active on, so feel free to ask me for it if you'd prefer that platform.
I'm a gay trans male, but I will play just about anybody as long as I'm not expected to carry the roleplay. Also, please don't ask me about 'bottoms' or 'tops' in M/M roleplay. Not only is that extremely disrespectful to M/M relationships, but they're NSFW traits (which I don't roleplay) that shouldn't be the basis of your characters' personality.
When it comes to fandoms, I will not play Canon x OC relationships. Don't ask me about them.
— REQUIREMENTS —
Quite a few requirements that I meant to include here ended up in the 'about me' section, so I ask you to take the time to read that if you haven't already!
I would prefer you to at least be able to write a paragraph or more! Like I said above, I tend to match length, but it's difficult to write replies without anything moving the roleplay along. That being said, please don't expect me to carry the roleplay the entire time as well.
Please have decent spelling/grammar/punctuation and such! A few mistakes here and there are alright, as we're all human!
I don't know if face claims are still a thing around these parts, but if we're not writing a fandom roleplay, face claims of any kind are acceptable by me! Whether they're drawn, real, anime, something you found off of the internet, fan art, a picrew, a written description, whatever! I'll be okay with it.
I am open to all pairings, genders, and sexualities! If you have a diverse character or headcanon, throw it at me! I have some of my own, for sure.
I have more experience roleplaying males, but I am open to any gender that is comfortable for you.
I do enjoy romance in my roleplays, but I'm open to platonic roleplays as well. Romance doesn't have to be the center of the story.
If you don't respond within a week, chances are good that our roleplay will be deleted. Just shoot me a message if you're busy!
