Okay. I would suggest him not being able to move quite as fast as normal when the enhancement is in action, though. He can still move fast, but not quite as fast. That would make it seem more believable, as I doubt the armor would be able to move completely fluidly when that much energy is pulsing through his armor. Again, like Oregon, she can still move slightly when her E.M.P. is in action, but not very much. Not that your Agent has to move that slow, as he would not have as much energy pulsing through as Oregon, but his armor still wouldn't move completely normal. Just slow enough to be a slight, slight annoyance. I hope that makes sense.
