Nina could technically know anyone, because there are special rooms tier 3 subs are sent to during lunch and free time that allows them to speak to others (and see them if it won't harm the other subjects) but not get through the walls to touch them.

Tbh i can't think of Lux as cool anymore because I keep imagining him just like dropping off a building to catch a flying patient whos trying to escape and them both just plummeting and they're just like "Fuck." but other than that she'd be the "Wow what are they thinking " type that a lot of the more innocent types feel like. Cuz he's not rude or anything just kinda mysterious? whos actually an idiot a lot of the time shdfsf

Okay I got them all down. Sorry if they’re short i figured I’d save elaborating for later when I wasn’t just speculating.

Spoiler: Nina’s thoughts on the others

Clary: Nina doesn’t interact with her very much. Not purposefully or anything. Nina might ask for some sign language books of Clary ever showed an interest in talking to her. She also thinks Clary is pretty but that’s about it.

Cassy: Ah yes, he startled her quite a bit when she first saw him but he’s kinda grown on her. He lets her talk about random stuff and doesn’t interrupt her or tell her that she things she likes are stupid. He is very nice to infodump on and she likes it when he’ll occasionally choose her to follow around because it makes her feel important.

Sammy: Sammy is fun! He’s probably the most responsive guard around. He treats her leagues better than the average guard, and actually talks to her. Nina enjoys his sunny presence. Sometimes she feels like she’s a normal person when they talk.

Charlie: Nina thinks she’s cold. But she doesn’t dislike Charlie for it. She understands that this was probably an environment where you have to be that way. Imagine sympathizing with the people you’re going to experiment on and torture that same day. It would make Charlie’s job a lot harder. Nina knows that there’s something under Charlie’s cold exterior, but she doesn’t want to uncover it. The scientist's cruelty and disregard for Nina’s wellbeing is comfortable and familiar to Nina.

Fever: Fever is so cute! And those flowers that grow on her are so lovely! Nina wishes that Fever had an easier time.. well- existing. She finds Fever to be pitiful, but Nina has a bit of a savior complex anyway. So that’s not something she negatively judges Fever for. If Fever would let her, she’d attempt to get to know her a little better. She’d probably try to be a big sister figure. Heavy on the ‘try’ part. There’s not much she can do from a glass wall.

Viryse: She was lovely from afar. Nina would keep it that way. They’re too similar. They both want the praise and attention of others and Nina doesn’t like sharing. She knows that her jealously issues aren’t- good. Not at all. But it’s a part of who she was. If someone else comes along and gets the praise of the others then everyone will forget about her.

Pearl: Pearl reminds Nina a bit of her mother. Not in appearance at all; but I’m demeanor. Like a lonesome queen. Nina always felt there would be distance between the two of them; no matter how much she hated it. She wants to attempt to reach Pearl, but she doesn’t know if she can go through that again. All she does for now is wish her the best and hope she doesn’t fall apart like her mother did

Lux: Grumpy looking person who isn’t actually that grumpy. So much potential for friendship. Too bad she’s afraid of her. Nina noticed and it makes her feel a bit bad for like- existing. But she tries to be as still and non-threatening as possible when they’re around. Oh well, maybe his demeanor will get better with time. You win some, you lose some.

Minyoung: A child. Nina feels awkward around kids. Thanks to her lack of a childhood, she doesn’t really know how to treat them. She just tries her best to be nice, and not project her trauma onto them.

Puck: Puck reminds Nina of an old friend. Which is fun and familiar. He’s a bit troublesome at times but Nina can tell that he’s a good person. Maybe. Anyways, she doesn’t really care about his stealing hobby and she likes to think of it as “Aww he’s not afraid of me since he has the guts to steal. That’s so nice.” Whatever you say, Nina.

Lorelei: Nina and Lorelei are also kinda similar, and as shown above, Nina does not like people who are similar to her. It’s probably the self hatred. They both have this incessant urge to be the one helping people. Except Lorelei is actually in a position to be able to help. I’m sure Nina’s having a field day with that one. At Least Nina's good at being civil and cheery 24:7 to hide her rampant envy.

Cassiel: She basically feels the same about Cassiel as she does about Clary. Though, she doesn’t interact with him much. He is quite easy to worry about with how timid he is. She thinks he needs some friends, or like an emotional support dog.

Dr. Bishop: Yeah, he’s probably the only person here Nina genuinely fears. Which sucks because Nina acknowledged that they could probably get along if she wasn’t so afraid of him being able to read her mind. She spent her entire life masking her emotions and pretending to be someone else all for it to amount to nothing in the presence of this man. Maybe she’ll attempt to get over her fears of vulnerability but uh- she’s going through it.

For Virsye I might have worded it wrong. From what I’m getting, Her and Nina are both people who enjoy receiving and giving praise and stuff. That just makes them more similar. And Nina’s self hatred doesn’t enjoy that at all. #GetTherapyChallenge
I can see Nina feeling really compelled to want to be Virsye’s friend, but everytime they talk and Nina’s brain is like “Virsye is so great, why would anyone even look at you when she’s around?”
Nina’s opinion might change when/if her self esteem improves. Cuz if it wasn’t for Nina’s issues they’d probably get along great.

Spoiler: Inside Minnie's Tiny Brain

Clary: She probably makes Minnie a bit nervous, but not because she's mean, just because Minnie can't understand her tone sometimes.
Cassy: Minnie was probably super scared of this person at first, them looks like a sleep paralysis demon and the fact nobody knows anything about them makes them MORE spooky. Also he's not kept in a cell which she thinks is suspicious. Long story short: spooky
Sammy: THE BEST GUARD. He's probably her first thought when something goes wrong because she trusts him more than the other guards. She wants to hug him reaaaal bad but at the same time, she worries she'll accidentally kill him.
Charlie: ANOTHER SCARY LADY, she probably hates/fears all the scientists for what they've done to her since she's been at the facility and she's no exception. Scientists are mean.
Fever: Again, another spooky person she's nervous around, but she really likes the flowers Fever has in her hair and thinks her tail is really cool.
Viryse: She probably stared at her too long once and had a panic attack so avoids her to a degree which sucks because she has roller skates, so cool!
Pearl: Every little girl's dream is to meet a mermaid, Minnie probably thought Pearl was the coolest person she'd ever met when she first encountered her, but now she's also spooky because she's realised mermaids are predators and swimming in her cool aquarium bedroom would probably get her eaten.
Lux: Mean guard, never smiles, like the opposite of Sam. They're probably afraid of her because they fear she'll punish her, whereas she knows Sam will let her off if she does something wrong.
Nina: Minnie is kind of sad that Nina feels awkward around her because she thinks Nina's really cool and kind of wants to read her gardening books.
Puck: You'd think these two would get along, mentally being of a similar age and also both acting quite childishly, but Puck is the aggressive chaotic kind of child, whereas she is the kind of child who played nicely with the crayons in the corner.
Lorelei: Another scary scientist. You can act nice and can't but you can't fool Minnie! She is one of the slightly more tolerable scientists for Minnie.
Cass: She thinks his wings are SUPER cool and they look very soft, but she figured out he didn't like them being touched early on so doesn't try anymore. Plus, they were both abused when they were children so they probably have that to bond over.
Dr Bishop: VERY, VERY SCARY. If he's the head of science then he's probably had some hand in planning or carrying out the tests on her, therefore she thinks he's a bad person. Terrible, terrible science man, go away

Casmir: They could get along. Nina wouldn’t be bothered by his sarcasm and aloofness at all. And they both have a mutual fear of letting people get too close. Which could probably to a silent, mutual understanding of when the other needs space. She likes his hair too.

I think Cass would probably get along with Nina, even if he refuses to admit it. He'd probably visit on the occasions Lorelei can pull him out of the office and ask her how she's doing, anything she's looking forward to, etc.
Might even talk about a book he's reading on a good day. Also the part about his hair is adorable and I can't blame her for liking it (he really does have nice hair lmao, very soft and very pretty)

Puck would absolutely try to be the most!! supportive!! friend!!
They'd try so hard to make Nina happy. Even if they technically aren't allowed to touch her they always promise to hug her, and they like to show off things they take in order to garner praise. Really doesn't take much to make them happy lol

Lorelei would probably be a bit conflicted with Nina. A good chunk of those feelings is pity, something that she feels for pretty much all the tier three subjects. Overall pretty neutral, polite, and cautious.
