Power or Abilities: Wind manipulation - She can create small dust storms, and even control blizzards. Abilities are considered supportive, so her powers are even stronger when she is fighting alongside a companion.

Her movements are of balletic structure, and she is vigilant.

Appearance: Her figure is slim, and limbs are long with delicate features. She is a woman of kindness, and demonstrates acts of confidence when she is social. Hair is brown and thick, her eyes green and alluring.

Personality: Estelle can be emotional, though how she feels is rarely spoken of. She likes to feel respected, and usually gets what she wants. Love is what inspires her, and she longs to fall at its wake.

History: What has confronted her is in the past is not something she talks about lightly. Estelle is a gifted woman, who is one with the wind. The darker side of Estelle is why she is considered a villain. Destruction she is capable of, but her gift is also glorious.

This ability is reglarly used to beat down people he feels like hurting. Armed with an iron body and weapon, he's a force to be reckoned with.

Naoki is a wild card who does what he wants. Intelligent and cunning, he plays for both teams. Both Heroes and Villains are either sources of income or entertainment for him. In his civilian guise, he's a silly guy who owns a cafe. People can talk to him and share their secrets. As Shiro, he's a wise and level headed informant. Shiro is always willing to impart knowledge about villanous plans to such kind and admirable heroes. When someone is in trouble, he'll naturally come to their aid. This sefless and dedicated attitude is what makes people believe in Shiro. His more crazy tendencies come out as the Eyepatch. Wild, wacky and utterly devoid of sense. He likes fighting and inflicting pain. Eyepatch loves violence with purpose AND purposeless violence. He'll make his followers do nonsensical stuff, then beat them black and blue because he feels like it. People are utterly terrified of Eyepatch's unpredictability.

Personality: Overall she can act as innocent as she like, but dead with no emotions on certain days. A full ride of emotions... With this personality, anyone can rely any messages to her to be published if wished upon. She's known to some as the White Clover messenger, but just a regular college student at Valonia.

Short History: Kiki is a university at Valonia, but originated at a city nearby. She was always drawn into the city as if fate was calling. Wanting to earn some money while being a broke college student, she took a job that allowed her to interview the people of Valoria about multiple scenerios which revealed to her what the city of Valoria is like. She knows this job could be dangerous and life threatening at times with some clients she is dealing with, but this is what she wants to do for her career. Stories that she can write and publish for the world makes her client feel great and herself. Two birds with one stone.

However, the higher the altitude is, the more easily tired she will get. If she is at her peak of 15 feet, she will be able to move and hover around for 3 - 5 minutes at the most.
  
  Combat - After realizing her powers, Jiu decided to train herself in mixed martial arts. Her lightweightedness helps her to be acrobatic and she tends to be defensive in combat, but she can dish out good roundhouse kicks and punches to the face.

  further description: Min-Jiu is a young woman with a slim figure who stands at 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 125 pounds. Her delicately shaped face, pale skin, and flat nose bridge cause people to assume that she's a bit younger than she is. However, her voice makes her sound "her age." It is strong in a way that most would not expect. Her makeup can also make her look more mature. She usually uses dark red lipstick to plump her lips up, but sparingly uses blush and an eyebrow pencil to gove herself the standard straight Korean eyebrows and the delicate rosy face. She does not cover up her face except when fighting crime, and her outfits vary greatly. Her normal clothing style is usually feminine, consisting mostly of dresses or loose shirts and pants.
  
  However, her hero outfit is very simple. In that outfit, she wears no makeup and her hair is tied up and hidden beneath the hood of her short navy blue cloak. She wears a semi-loose bodysuit even darker than her cloak that is mostly zipped up in the front. She wears ankle boots and sometimes no shoes at all. The bodysuit covers up her feet as well and because she can hover, she could decide when she wants to wear shoes or not.

  personality: Min-Jiu is a naturally quiet woman with a very refined personality, an absolute result of being born into a wealthy, perfectionistic Korean family. She is not necessarily shy, but she is very reserved. This quietness does not make her weak and submissive, however. She is calm and collected and will often try to resolve conflict, even if she has to use physical force. She can be very strong, being able to use her low loud voice when and very sweet. She is usually more sweet than not.
  
  However, Min-Jiu's ability to switch between strong and sweet does not make her perfect. There are times when she feels either too annoyed, tired, or just not in the mood to help others or resolve the conflicts around her. She is strongly perfectionistic and will often go on quiet self-loathing tangents when she does something wrong. They are silent but she'll be virtually silent, unusually thoughtful, or distant when experiencing one. She often feels like a liability as a hero with no offensive powers and often wishes she had more abilities, sometimes even getting jealous of other heroes for their more interesting powers.
  
  Min-Jou doesn't have many hobbies. However, she loves reading and writing. She doesn't have much of a social life but doesn't mind small talk. She apeaks some Hangul and Hanguk, but being rather "Americanized", she speaks only basic phrases. Her inability to speak her native tongue fluently has caused her some internalized shame.

  biography: Min-Jiu was born into the wealthy Lee family in Valoria. She was the oldest child, with twin boys being born 3 years after her. Her parents were immigrants from South Korea who married in their native country and took their business to Valoria, where they wanted to be even freer as entrepreneurs. Unlike many Korean families, they were not old-fashioned, with her mother, Sang-Mi, taking control of the financial affairs of the business.
  
  Surrounded by a large, wealthy family, Min-Jiu had an admittedly great and very priviledged life. She had the opportunity to go to the best school in her district, and she was taught about business when she reached 9. She had only a few close friends but she was not picked on or bullied because of this.
  
  Min-Jiu's father, Yong-Soo, passed away in a terrible car accident when Jiu was 12. This left her mother to control all aspects of the family-owned business. Not only that, but his death left a large emotional and physical void in the family. Min-Jiu was hit hard, crying and withdrawing several times a day. Her brothers took a hit, too, but were a bit young and did not completely understand or process what happened to their father.
  
  The family managed to pick themselves up after the cremation of their father. He left his children a large inheritance that was protected until they all reached the legal age, 18. Then they could use it however they pleased.
  
  Min-Jiu was able to stay afloat in school. Normally, her grades were great, but they dwindled after the death of her father. A few months after, they raised up again. She stopped being so hard on herself and kept her father in her memories.
  
  Min-Jou passed through high school with ease and went straight to college, using a part of the inheritance left by her father to pay her tuition. She majored in Finance for a time, until she discovered her powers.
  
  She first discovered her hovering ability one night when she was asleep. She was having a very vivid dream, and instead od sleepwalking, she sleephovered 2 feet into thw air. When she woke up, it was thw middle of the night and she fell back to the bed. She didn't realize how or why it happened at the time.
  
  She discovered her intangibility in the same year. She was sitting and casually writing a business report due at the end of the semester, when she "fell" out of her chair by passing through it. The fall hurt, but she was much more confused than hurt. When she got up, she tried grabbing the chair but it wouldn't work. Her hand kept phasing through it. Realizing this, she was a bit terrified. How would other people react if they were to see her phase through a wall or even another person?
  
  After the discovery of both powers, Min-Jou dropped out without warning and got quite a scolding by her mother. No one knew what she did. She used money gathered from small jobs she did and a bit of the inheritance to buy a large apartment. However, she spent most of her time training and fighting villains. She became a heroic vigilante, often journeying to the dangerous areas of Valoria and stopping crime before it started.

When he is able to establish a positive emotional connection with a person, his power is strongest and he is able to freely see what the person is thinking. A negative emotional connection makes it nearly impossible to look into the mind of a person.
  
  Telekinesis - Psionic can use his mind to lift objects. It takes a great deal of concentration and strength. Using this power tends to take a lot out of him because he feels physical effects. While he won't literally sprain a muscle from lifting a very heavy object, it will feel like he did for some time.

  further description: A small man, William stands at only 5 feet and 5 inches, but sports a good amount of muscle and weighs 150 pounds. His figure is not muscular but not extremely lean. While he has a six-pack and toned legs, his arms are rather lean. He is somewhere in the middle. He has an oval face with a strong jawline and a large forehead. His nose bridge is strong. William has a full head of dark brown hair that is almost black but looks lighter in the light. His features make him look his age but also a bit more mature at times. His voice is low and laced with a clear French accent.
  
  William's clothing style is very simple, consisting of not much more than long-sleeved shirts and jeans. His villain outfit is activated with a pendant and transforms into a semi-metallic suit with a see-through mask covering up his face, like this.

  personality: William is a complicated human who displays many different personalities. Being naturally apathetic, he is able to switch between shallow feelings depending upon the situation. In public, William often acts naïve and not thoughtful. He pretends to be overly curious and unknowledgeable on a number of topics. He also acts very talkative and open.
  
  Among his colleagues, however, he can be a powerhouse of intelligence and sly planning. He tends to be quiet and to himself when not plotting the downfall of other people. Being both asexual and aromantic, he lacks sexual and romantic feelings and often manipulates heroes, both men and women, into feeling loved before backstabs them, only using the person as a piece of a plan, usually getting information and uses that info to infiltrate teams or families. He is a flatterer and uses manipulation to climb his way up ranls or to gain trust. He cares about his parents very, very much and is greatful to them for raising him under very difficult circumstances. He rarely considers people friends and it's even rarer for him to show affection to anyone outside his family. When he does, it is a very special thing because that is when he shows his true personality.
  
  William is not very computer-savvy. His home didn't have such luxuries as technology and the only technology he owns is a cheap cellphone. He can be hot-tempered and closeminded about ideas, often feeling as if his are superior to all others. It is easy to worry about him becayse when he gets angry, he can go a bit rogue and is not afraid to hurt his own teammates.

  biography: William was born to a lower-class couple in the outskirts of Valoria. His parents, Jon and Nadia Babineaux, had moved to America as two rich kids who found love with each other and wanted to have fun in another country. William was born only months before his parents got married. However, when he was born, the couple panicked. They had no idea how to take care of a child and they were both very young themselves. Nadia was only 23 when her son was born. They had to get actual jobs since they wasted their money. Nadia worked as a waitress and Jon was a manager of a bank. Eventually, the work tired the parents so much that they slipped into depression, lost their jobs, and had to apply for welfare to stay above the poverty line. Nadia applied for another waitress job and got it, which helped the family, but Jon was severely depressed.
  
  William went to the nearest public school, and it wasn't a good one. It was for all elementary schoolers, from kindergarten to 5th grade. He was often picked on by older kids, especially when he was in 3rd grade and essentially in the middle of the age range. Many children, at that time, considered him to be either too young or too old to hang out with. However, once he hit 5th grade, he wasn't bullied anymore. He was tall at his age.
  
  However, when his parents enrolled him in the nearest middle school, the bullying restarted. He never complained about it but began to fight back in the 7th grade when he gained a bit of muscle. The other kids noticed that he became stronger and stayed away from him. This was also when he began to hear voices, which were the literal thoughts of other kids. They died down eventually, but he didn't figure out what it was until much later, in senior high school.
  
  When he reached the 9th grade, his parents were concerned for the boy when they realized he expressed no feelings for girls. But they realized he had no feelings for guys, either. William felt a bit weird for it, seeing that his guy friends had girlfriends, and a few of them had boyfriends, and he had no one. His parents talked to him about it, and they all eventually concluded that he had no romantic and sexual feelings. His parents accepted him, but were still confused by the very idea of a boy who could not love romantically. After he came out, it was discussed no further.
  
  William paased through junior high and senior high with decent grades. He wanted to be done with school. He had a small job that he worked in from age 14 to 16. It supported the family but he left the house at age 18, promising his parents that he'd send money monthly.
  
  William envied the good lives of those inhabiting the city of Valoria while those outside were poor or barely making it. He often went into the city and stole items from low apartments to sell to other people who he'd make deals with. On one of his later heists, he found out about his telekinesis. It made it so much easier for him to steal. He often decided to team up with other mutated villains, either in duos or groups of three. Most of the villains were simple-minded amateurs, but when it came to robbing and stealing, they got the job done. In fact, he became so reputable that one landlord who doubled as a murderer gave him an apartment at a very low rent. William continuously kept his promise to his parents, sending them around one hundred dollars every month. He recently bought a cheap desktop and as of right now, is not on a team, but is open to recruitment.
