I apologize, but I had to stop at appearance and have not yet read further. The helmet cannot increase one's ability to smell or any of the other senses, other than vision to an extent. You only hear as well as you would without it. The S.C.I.N.S. do not possess any technology capable of creating such an electromagnetic field to the degree you describe, but I would accept that in the form of a separate device, although it would be rather bulky to create a large form of protection. The EMP would also have to be a separate device, because if the EMP were a part of the S.C.I.N.S., it could malfunction and result in the death of the wearer, which is a risk that cannot be taken. The eyes are a big no in some ways. You cannot emit light-waves (which are not a thing) that are invisible to others. You can see in certain wavelengths, such as infrared and night-vision or something similar, but you can also do that with any helmet. Predicting how blows will be given is way too OP and definitely not okay. Please remove or change these. I would also like the science on how the suit provides an increase to her agility.

Weapons: A twin set of blades, with two basic design principles. The first, and key point, is the anti-armor tech built into the blades. The blue edges vibrate on a molecular level and can cut through dense materials such as metal fairly easily. This is specifically designed to allow her to effectively combat armored enemies. When used on less dense material, such as flesh, they remain sharp blades but are not nearly so effective. The other design is just an immunity to her suits magnetic defense measure, preventing it from forcing her own blades away from her. They can also compact into a smaller form.
S.C.I.N.S.: A fairly high tech combat suit designed for melee combatants. It is highly resistant to projectiles, although somewhat weaker to melee attacks. It boosts her agility, and has a limited stealth function, primarily centered around using high tech sound emitters on the feet to cancel out the sound of her footsteps and movements. When not actively fighting she is almost completely silent, and invisible to most non direct sight methods of detection, including infrared. She can also not be spotted by sonic echolocation as the same system that negates her own movement sounds confuses echolocation methods, generally either completely fritzing around her, or with very weak systems negating them entirely. Her helmet majorly helps with her sense of hearing and smell, strengthening them both remarkably, and allowing her to scent materials to some extent. The eye portion of her helmet is almost entirely devoted to simply allowing her cybernetic eyes to function normally. She also has two defensive functions, both run off her internal suit battery. The first is fairly simple, a directional EMP blast centered on her hands, capable of taking out most electronic within range not exceedingly well protected against electric overcharging. The second is a magnetic repulsion field which generates an extremely strong electro-magnetic field around the suit. This slows incoming metal projectiles, and can even deflect them if they are traveling slowly enough. Usually with this active she can dodge most all projectiles that are not extremely high-caliber with the combination of her enhanced reaction time and physical ability generally give her the time to move out of the way. However her eyes are key in this process, so she can only do this if the bullets are in her line of sight. Both defensive tools are extremely energy consumptive when in active use, and thereby cannot be used very much without depleting her energy stores. Her suit will recharge itself from its internal reactor, and the other functions do not cause active drain on the overall energy pool, although they limit regeneration of energy. A worthwhile thing to note is that there are sealed ports on a hairless spot behind each of her ears that interface with her helmet, allowing it to boost her senses. The last feature is not quite so high tech. Her swords are sheathed at her hips, with the panels on her thighs containing the folded down blades. However she also has several spare contracted blade stashed in other places around her armour, and a large crate containing spare blades in the supplies. The bumps at her hip contain the hilts.
Eyes: Her eyes, along with her genetics are the only things she has left from her family. Her eyes are valuable enough that her family is on record as trying to get them back. Officially they have tried three separate legal channels. Less officially three assassins were sent her way, all dispatched. They contain a remarkable amount of tech for their size, the precise functions of which are complex. The simple functionality is as follows. She can see in infrared, along with seeing very nearly the entire spectrum of colors. She does not need light to see as her eyes can emit lightwaves on a nonvisible spectrum that allow her to see, albeit without natural light she sees in black and white. She can see energy to some extent, particularly in large electrical accumulations and thermal. Her eyes are also more or less immune to sudden flashes of light, being able to reflect extreme light variance as well as adapt to it given a second or two. Their final and most high tech features, is also the one that made the tech so valuable. She can, to a limited extent, see velocity and paths of blows, predicting trajectory and force. The biggest weakness is essentially own projectile confusion. She cannot really use guns or most projectile weapons as her eyes interface with her brain to run a low level software in place of normal visual detection. This helps in melee combat and in avoiding incoming projectiles, but cripples her ability to aim accurately outside of a few feet from her.
Height: Five foot four, although she has enough presence that its sometimes hard to tell.
Clothing Style: When not in her combat suit she generally prefers plain loose black clothing.
Hair: Short brown when on military duty, although she prefers it longer.
Abilities: Her suit improves her general physical capabilities markedly, but even baseline, family genetic engineering puts her above normal human levels. Her family has, for a while now, been manipulating their baseline inherited genes to put them at and past the human peaks. She is not unimaginably strong but she is about twice as strong as a fully grown large adult who spends most of their time bodybuilding. However she doesn't have the muscle mass that would usually require, which gives her more agility that someone that muscled would have. She is also somewhat more environmentally resistant than most norm humans, albeit not to nearly the extent of Cryo or Igni. In practical terms it a bit more than doubles the time she can survive in the respective hostile environments without a protective suit, and generally widens her optimal temperature range greatly, encompassing low Igni and high Cryo ranges.
BladeDancer: She is, to put it simply, an artist of the blade. She has trained extensively, spending most of her time learning how to kill with a blade. Put a sword in her hands, and she is lethal. She can also fight hand to hand, but while she is skilled, she is nowhere near as gifted in hand to hand as she is with the blade.
Presence: While she is fairly young she has experienced a lot. Little shakes her, and with her lethality and innate awareness of it she carries a certain presence in her manner and movements.
Navigator: While much of her further combat training is just expansion on what she knew before the major new thing she was trained in was navigation and survival, finding her way places by various markers, and surviving the journey.
Strengths: If she can get in close to most all single targets she can kill them. She is strong, fast and somewhat mentally souped up. She is also a fairly adept navigator and negotiator.
Weaknesses: To put it succinctly, ranged combat and hubris. She has no option in long ranged combat except to run away or run towards. While she can out-maneuver a lot, there is only so much she can dodge. Hubris is perhaps a misleading phrase, although it is not without accuracy. She is not supremely over confident in her fighting ability. She is simply too well trained to easily underestimate her opponents ability, or overestimate her own. Her biggest issue is lack of self preservation. She forgets to factor in her own personal safety in split-second decisions, and this has gotten her badly injured before. She is also pretty severely claustrophobic, although that is not usually a combat factor. Generally she is fairly emotionally stable in combat besides that, but if she ever actually develops a significant emotional attachment to someone that would likely go out the window. She hasn't before.
Likes: Simple, warm decorations and surroundings, simple filling foods. She loves music, just generally, although her enjoyment of it is not quite universal. Her preferred activity, second to fighting, is time alone with music. She does also like to clean and keep things tidy, as messiness bugs her.
Dislikes: Ostentatious-ness generally. In people, environment, food and otherwise. Mind you she is generally anti-social, despite the friendly face she can put on. Mind you as skilled as she is with diplomacy, she considers that a learned mask. She finds mess and messy people aggravating.
Bio: She was born to one of the most wealthy families on the equator with a history of mildly to majorly shady behavior and political power. She was also born blind. Her family rejected her from the start for it. To start out with they prided themselves on genetic superiority, having carefully crafted their genetic line over time. They saw themselves as better than everyone else and her blindness was a bitter pill for them to swallow. So they set out to fix it, and surpass the normal fixes for those who were born blind. They invested time and money into a proprietary design and implanted them into her head. For most of the first sixteen years of her life, she trained. First as a child she learned to see, and to use her eyes fully. Then sometime around age six they began the physical and martial training.
However an important thing to remember in this tale, is that she was never seen, nor treated, as a child. She was treated as an error to be remedied, a broken link to be fixed. For a time it worked. Her mind was too undeveloped and unexposed to any other way to rebel. However as she hit her teen years she began to notice the difference in how she was treated as opposed to the other children, and began to resent it. She began to learn more of the rest of the world, and the reasons behind who she was. At age eighteen when she became an adult she walked away. Legally she was an adult, so while her family tried to force her back, they had no real legal recourse. So she was free, more or less.
For a brief time she wanted to be something else, but the sword was all she had known. A month or two later she walked into a military recruiting station and demonstrated her ability. She was accepted into the special augments training, where they tested her capabilities and then equipped her with her blades and her armor. She was trained for a year, and then set to active duty. Once she was accepted into the military her family tried to get her eyes back one more time legally, citing potential damage in the line of duty to proprietary tech. After that they just sent assassins. The local assassins stopped taking the contracts after the third one didn't come back. She only made it onto the mission by luck. The recruiting officer that had taken part in her training was an old military hand with a great deal of experience. When they were picking out members of the expedition they consulted them, as they were known to be extremely trustworthy and very loyal. They suggested her, as both someone whose absence would not be hugely noticeable, and who was also highly competent.
Personality: To an outside observer, and to most people she comes across, she seems confident and imposing. She is very good at carrying herself as if she fears nothing, and to the trained eye, she moves like she has a reason. While out of suit she is not exceptionally physically imposing due to her height, although her posture and gaze still convey a certain stature. When dealing with most people she also presents herself as extremely confident, and somewhat brash. She is preeminently organized to a somewhat obsessive degree, and messiness bothers her. She is a decent negotiator, which is perhaps needed for her job on this mission.
Who she actually is, is the shadow behind the rest. To a certain extent, even she doesn't know, as she has had little opportunity to find out.
Fears: She is pretty badly claustrophobic, especially vertically. That is to say a small room is less of a problem for her than a tight corridor, and having very little space in front and back of her would freak her out pretty badly.
Goals: No real personal goals outside completing the mission at the moment.
Relationships: Other than her family, her worst enemies, she has no meaningful relationships.
Inventory: On her person she only carries her swords, and some hyper-compact nutrition bits, along with some water contained in various small compartments on her suit. The food and water is in her suit because it is designed for long range stealth missions.
