Final Earth

Kaz looked at Toa,seeing he was okay and sighed in relief.But now there were more people,the bird girl he had seen before but figured she wasn't a threat so he left her and now some group.What was he going to do now?And now realizing he left his rabbit,he wasn't happy at all at the time as he made a slight 'grr' sound.
 
"Hm? Weird customs? No I dont believe so, I just grew up around rams in Switzerland and if you jumped mountains all day like them, then you grow strong in your leg yes? You also learn to trust yourself, if I doubted then I would probably fall to my death." Neil looked at the boys han which was reach up to him in a fist. He wasnt quite sure how to go about his, so he treated it like a hand shake and started to shake his fist, smiling innocently like it was the norm. "I dont think I know your name yet. Would you mind telling me?"
 
"Um yeah my names Nicko Chanter." This guy was showing me up huh? No matter, I would get it in the end. Switzerland was odd, why would he move so randomly when it seems like he had a good time there with his sheep's and all. "Hey by the way you don't shake when someone puts their fist out, we make a fist and hit them together like this" He took his hand, making it clench into a fist and then bumped them together. Maybe this guy isn't so bad after all.
 
"Oh I see yes!" He chuckled at his own misunderstanding. "Anyways, nice to be meeting you Nicko!" The way Neil said his name was in a obscure fashion due to his heavy accent. "You you like to join me on finding food for the day. I am in need of meet since I finished my fox yestereday." He patted his fox pelt vest which he had made fresh after the kill. "It would be nice to have someone other that rams to come along with me."
 
"Ok sure I'll tag along as long as I get some meat. So shall we go?" Does he really go hunting with rams? That is defiantly some Swiss thing I bet but we were going to get meat and that's all that mattered. "Hey sky, you can come too, I know your not into eating much but why not join us?"
 
"Sky? Is that what you call a imaginary friend of yours?" He laughed at the Nicko for a moment before leaping off onto a the next cliff jotting out of the side of the mountain. He kept doing do until he reached what looked like tracks. "Ram tracks. This is good! Where there are rams there are predators." He continued on his travel, not waiting for Nicko for one second. Neil finlly reached a flat land at the foot of the mountain. It was a herd of wild goats. Most were young and there was maybe one or two males. "Perfect, we will stay hidden for now." Neil ran across the edge of the feild until he reach a spot far enough away from his hooved friends to sit and wait.
 
I tried my best to keep up with this guy, I'm not a ram-boy like him. As soon as I caught up with him and tugged on his collar. "Don't you ever make fun of Sky you hear me!? Never!" Making a joke is one thing, but a joke about Sky wasn't. Sky is the only thing that's kept me from going insane and this guy's not going to end it. " Just keep yourself in check before you do that again." I needed to calm down, this guy was alright and I didn't want to ruin it.


I glanced over at our 'pray' all I could think about was food, being an assassin I'm used to hiding and waiting but food was another matter. This guy better do something fast before I eat his ram's.
 
Alyx woke, the last thing she remembered was


that boy pushing her to the floor. The sky was


dark and as alyx sat up, a cloud passed over the


moon. She stood up, she legs shaking slightly.


"Son of a *****" she muttered, and walked


into the woods, vowing to find him.
 
Neil gave yet another innocent smile to Nicko whispering to try and not stir the bait, "Im sorry, I have not seen a Sky is all. Unless you mean the one over our heads..." He was trying to calm down his new friend. "Now shh, prey is coming." Neil head lowered, he had spotted a beautiful orange belt that was slowly creeping to his unaware friends. He prepared his recurve bow, closing one of his eyes and use his lips as a anchor. "Now stay still..." He was use to talking in his hunt since he really never had anyone to talk to after moving here. With the slightest twitch of his fingers, the arrow released, cutting through the air till it hit the fox dead in the eye. "Oh Lucky shot!" He jumped up, while his ram friend did the same but unlike him, they fled from the site. "Come we go eat now!"
 
"Mhhh meat" Nicko hadn't eaten in what seemed like days but was weeks. Hunger was never an issue, Nicko has always been small due to him being an assassin and master thief. " So uh do you have a camp or something Or do you live with other people here or what?" If I wanted to be trusted by this guy and to trust him I should probably find out more about this guy.
 
Toa walked into the middle of the ground looking up at two things in the mountains but decided to ignore it. He sat on the ground and brought his bad out and began to eat one of the apples letting the juice come off the side of his mouth.
 
Kaz had ran back to the cave and grabbed his rabbit,hugging it when he did.A deep growl came from the cave as a large Grizzly stomped out,swaying side to side it walked to Kaz.The Grizzly plopped back on it's butt and roared at him when it had gotten to Kaz,Kaz simply turned and called back with a small kiddish roar as he ran over and hugged the big fluffy room of his.Kaz crawled to the Grizzly's back as it stood up and began walking,figuring it was time to eat since Kaz only woke up when he was hungry or hyper.
 
Eva watched as everyone seemed to leave, sighing deeply. She watched the original boy sit down and start to eat, her own stomach rumbling from the sight. "Care to spare one?" she asked, plopping down in front of him. She had run out of food just the other day, and didn't have the energy to climb the tree just to get a piece of fruit. She was too short to reach, anyway.
 
He looked over at the girl and tossed an apple over to her and he stood up looking down at her. He reached into his bag to see what else he could find.
 
Eva smiled as she caught the apple, giving him a small nod and a "Thanks." She outstretched her hand, a knife slipping out of her sleeve and into her palm, then started slicing up the apple before finally biting down on the fruit slice. She looked up at the guy, examining him. "What are you looking for?" she asked.
 
Neil picked up his beautiful prey, throwing it over his shoulder. "Live with others? No, it is just me and the rams that live on this mountain." He was brought back to his family, he missed them dearly but switzerland was a waste hole by now, nothing there but dead bodies. "You may follow me if you like, we will share this fox and I will even give you the pelt for warmth!" Neil gave him a smile before making his start of a long hike up the mountains. He called back so that Nicko would know where he is going. "There is a cave nearby, we can stay there for the night!"

Alyx walked non-stop through the woods.


She paused, she had heard a noise. Alyx


smelled a hint of fox, and two, maybe one person.


She slowly crept out from behind a ruined office


block and saw it. Two of them. One seemingly


the prey. She was peering out from the ruins and


made up her mind.


Alyx stepped out from the stone, right in front of them.
 
Neil was already making his way up the mountain, till of course he spooted what looked to be another figure near Nicko. "Hm? Is that a person I cannot be telling!" he called down to Nicko. He had to looked closer, squinting his eyes rather harshly to figure it out but was able to pick out the shape. "Oh it is a person! How joyful! Hello, Im Neil and that person is Nicko! Nice to be meeting you!" The wind carried his shouts through the mountain, so other then his dense accent it was easy to make out.
 
Charlotte raised an eyebrow as everybody began to leave. She exchanged glances with the large Polar Bear beside her, than sighed.


"Well, at least everybody's gone..." She said in a relieved tone.


The polar bear sniffed the air, and he perked up a little bit, scrambling slowly towards the mountains. Charlotte's eyes widened, and she took off after him quickly.


"Keiko! Stop! Where are you going?!" She called out to the huge bear as he clambered up the mountain side, rocks rolling down from behind. Charlotte growled in frustration, managing to avoid the rocks and still climb at the same time.


When she got to the top, Keiko was waiting with an amused look in his eyes. He growled playfully, than began trudging after the scent. Charlotte huffed, following the polar bear. She wondered where Keiko was off to now.


"I don't know where you're going. But-" She paused when she turned the corner and spotted three figures. Keiko roared softly, and looked at the group curiously.


She sighed, not really wanting to meet new people. But it was worth a try.


Keiko trudged over to the people, sniffing a little bit when he was about a foot away. Charlotte stopped beside him, petting the bear's head gently.


"Sorry to intrude. Keiko sensed something, so I followed." She smiled at them in a friendly way.


"My names Charlotte." She said, looking at each of there faces.
 
Alyx started, when he spoke,


the was crouched in a


fighting stance. She said nothing,


her rabbit-ears flat on her violet


hair. When he finished speaking,


she reconised im as not a threat,


"h-hello... i'm Alyx Nather." she whispered.


I'm looking for someone, who... hurt me"
 
Neil was delighted to see yet another person come and join them. "Im Neil Buck. I am from switzerland so sorry about my accent. But Nicko and I were just about to go eat this fox, you may join us if you would like. We can always hunt more if there is not enough" He flashed them all a friendly smile before continuing on his way up the mountain to his cave where he would spend the night and doubtlessly be safe from the nocturnal predators.
 
Kaz laid on the grizzly asleep as it walked along looking around for something to eat,The grizzly's fur was so fluffy Kaz loved it.He held onto his rabbit tight as he flipped around in his sleep,there were many time he had almost fallen off.But the grizzly made sure he didn't and continued on,the bear noticed quite a few people around but it didn't bother it.It left them alone as long as they left it alone,simple as that.
 
Toa looked at the girl and smiled, he pulled out a cloth and held it under her nose just long enough for her to smell it. It was drenched in chloroform and he cocked his head to the left. "I'm taking you home with me so we can have a little fun." And he picked her up into his arms and began to walk.
