  Hello! I am Rascal (any pronouns), I've been RPing for many years! I used to be on Feralfront before it shut off, and apparently I didn't get the memo that everyone moved here until, like, three days ago! But that's okay, 'cause I made it!
  
  I'm used to semi-lit+ (I hope that means the same as what it meant the last time I was on a forum) RP, but I can go higher if you want! In the end, I'll probably just try and match your content. I am a believer in quality over quantity, though, so don't feel the need to match my word count- if you can say something in half the words it takes me to say it, cool!
  
  I probably won't be using a huge amount of BBCode. I literally don't remember any of it! I copy-pasted this from the base tutorial! So don't expect my posts to look very fancy, haha.

  Though it's partly dependent on my partner, I'll try to respond at least 1-3 times per week. Though my schedule greatly fluctuates, so there may be weeks where I'll post a lot more than that, and some where I can't post at all- in the case of the latter, I'll try and inform you ahead of time.
  
  I don't tend to pester for posts. If you take a while, whatever, people are busy and this is a hobby, so let's not stress too much about it! If you need to drop our thread, please just let me know! No hard feelings, just give me a heads up so I can go onto other pastures instead of wondering. We can also do a hiatus and come back to it later if you think you'd want to continue in the future after a break!
  
  I won't be able to respond all the time to it, but I do enjoy OOC chatter! I think it's fun and engaging. All in all, let's just keep our lines of communication fine and dandy so it can be fun for everyone!
  
  All that said, it's not a requirement for every thread, but there are a few themes that I would prefer my partner be 18+ for. I don't necessarily want to close my doors to younger RPers entirely (everyone's gotta start somewhere), but there's just some stuff I'd prefer people more my age for. I'll mention if that's the case for your particular idea.

  Plot Preferences ☤​
  
  I don't have any particular preferences for characters that I write, mostly I just try to branch out and get a lot of variety in and try new stuff! I prefer to figure characters out after knowing what the general plot will be. That said, I am a queer writer, so I'm probably not for you if you're not interested with at least my side of the RP exploring those themes with my character.
  
  I'm not really interested in playing canon characters from anything, sorry! I prefer to play original characters and original settings. That said, if I know the media, I do like playing OCs in pre-existing universes! Like making characters for ATLA, or Forgotten Realms or something!
  
  I enjoy fantasy, sci-fi, horror, political intrigue, mystery, adventure, and drama the most- and mixes of these together! I'm not super into a romance-focused plot in general, but I'll go for it if the prompt is interesting! I'm fine with it in other genres as long as it develops naturally. Not really into slice-of-life stuff, sorry.
  
  If the genre calls for it, I am a sucker for exploring darker themes. We can get bloody and gorey if you so want! I like to explore unique and interesting character dynamics most of all.
  
  And this one's a trope, I know, but I absolutely love it when monstrous and human characters get into an intriguing dynamic. I love playing a good ol' monster. Oh, and I really like those supernatural small-town stories. Like, the Appalachian gothic type of stuff. I've been craving some zombie apocalypse/survival stuff too if you're into that. I'll never say no to werewolves either.
  
  Finally, please tell me what boundaries you have before we start hashing out a plot, and I'll tell you mine, so we can avoid any distress in that regard!
  

I don't really want to use Discord for OOC unless it's a group RP, sorry! I'd like to keep communications for small stuff on-site.

Feel free to prompt me in this thread, or PM me (though I would like further discussion past the initial prompt to be in PMs to avoid clogging up the thread)! If you have a Group RP that you think I might like, feel free to link that too! If multiple people want to try out the same stuff, maybe we can go for a group RP!
