Static sounds came right after as the whole police department got on their feet, into their cars and driving down the roads to the spot reported. This is the almost every day life of Kovesgrove, a town in the middle of the US. Bacteria XIP-668 spread three years ago, infecting a tenth of the town's population before it could be stopped. There was no antidote. Infected began showing severe symptoms. Some started changing shape, others got distinct features, some got their senses heightened and some could even change their form at will. It is known as the Feral Mutant Infection to the general population, FMI for short. That's how the townspeople call the infected - FMI. They are afraid of the FMI. They think they're a threat. And they are not guilty for thinking so as some are actually a threat. Some are dangerous. They use their new abilities to terrorize civilians.
You, friend, are one of the FMI. You are infected, and it is your choice to either use this new gift, or curse, for the better, or for the worse. It is your choice to set what's right or wrong in Kovesgrove.
