Anime & Manga Favorite Anime Music?

Hey all. I'm curious; What's your favorite Anime music? It can be anything from an Anime's Soundtrack, or simply the OP/ED music. If you can't pick any single one, share many of them!


For me, my favorite Anime Soundtrack in general is all of the Higurashi Soundtrack. A lot of stuff in there is really good.


If I had to pick an Opening, it'd probably be Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex's "Inner Universe", and for an Ending, it'd be Another's "Anamnesis".

Ahhh! All amazing picks. I love Hataraku Maou-sama!'s opening, and Reluctant Heroes is a great track from AoT. Shakugan No Shana's opening is great as well. Very nice picks, I can see why they're your favorites!

I don't watch too much anime, but from what I've seen:


Oreimo! My number one absolute favorite music in this intro. The tone is soft and easy, like you're laying on the beach during sunset, just feeling the wind blow across your skin. Put that together with the accompanying video doing a fantastic job of weaving through their story, and you have why I love this so much. The music. The timing. The arrangements. The visuals. The meaning behind the visuals...absolutely nothing was out of place. I can't say enough about this presentation.

Then there's Absolute Duo. The emotion and fire in this song really draw me in. It takes you through the middle and the build up at the perfect pace, then near the end it reaches its peak, and as a somebody in love with how music is put together, I fell hard for how well they led me up to the crescendo. The art is wonderful too. The scenes chosen, mirror the atmosphere created by the song marvelously. Halfway through, it focuses on the bonds and connections between each character and I am a sucker for that stuff :5/5:
