Bowe saw him alright - that cloaked shadow of a man on the run from the doctors. She sighed and just walked on by as if she didn't see it at all. It's under the conclusion of 'it's not my problem, so I shouldn't worry about it or them until it's over'. A bit of a selfish reason, but she made a mental note of where he was as she seemingly brainlessly wandered on by.

Lux finishes readjustment, and he is perfectly invisible to the naked eye. Even with tools, he's behind a lot of wiring and foil and metal and other materials that disguise him from most observatory tools. He then starts toying around with his miscellaneous things in his cloak. He makes a small pair of binoculars that can see over cover, so now he can see whether anyone is below him or not.

Bowe was below him, having just passed under. She seemed to be heading to her quarters, to shut herself away from everything else. One could hear her stomach growling but she didn't listen. She just went on in to her quarters and slumped down on her bed. "Why can't we all just get along...?" She was heard whimpering with a clear sound of sorrow in her voice. "This is supposed to be a team, not a colony of wild animals..."

Lux heard her whimper and silently followed her along the ceiling toward her quarters. She left the door open, so he silently swung down, and knocked quietly on the door. He gestured, asking permission to come in to her quarters.

Bowe groaned. "Who is it? What is it?" She said in a similar tone as to her whimpering.

Bowe sighs and turned around. "...Come in." She said, still maintaining the same tone. She seemed stressed, and tears running down her face.

He comes over, and sits down. He grabs his pad. "I agree with what you meant by our team." he writes, and shows it to her while tentatively petting her head comfortingly.

Bowe promptly buried herself against Lux - hoping he didn't mind - and just sobbed. "I just don't get it!" She said, continuing her sobbing. "Why can't we just get along?!" She added in a more stressed/angry/sad tone, pretty much crying her eyes out at this point. It is true that she had no idea what other people were like after so long alone as well, but maybe that's the worst part... She thought it'd all be like it was.

He flinched at first, but pushed aside his uncomfort so she has a shoulder to cry on. He pats the back of her head, his other arm around her shoulders. He writes, "People are complicated. We all have a lot of issues that need sorting out before we are to work in harmony. We've been a team for less than a month. We're not perfect. Yet." He writes, trying to be a little motivational, yet still factual. He shows her his pad, patting her head with his surprisingly gentle scarred hand.

Bowe closed her eyes tightly, reading and processing those words first. "I-I know, but... But..." She then goes silent after a heavy sigh, trying to calm down, given Lux's care and support. Her stomach was heard growling just a few minutes later, more intense than earlier as if it was screaming 'FEED ME ALREADY'. Bowe once again opted to ignore it - not knowing an empty stomach can potentially aid to stress.

He heard her stomach growling and looks at her. "A lack of food can add to emotional distress. You need to eat something, Bowe." He writes and picks her up, puts her on his back, about to make his way to the cafeteria.

Bowe was effortlessly picked up as she held on tightly to Lux's back, taken to the cafeteria by him as she slowly calms down out of her stress and tears. Slowly. Key word.

He sprints down the halls, sometimes hiding from patrols in a closet, or in the ceiling, but he makes it to the cafeteria with relative ease. He looks around, and makes his way to the dark corner of the cafeteria. "Stay here. I'll get you food." He writes, and quickly goes to get her a tray of food.

He comes back with a tray full of food that is nutritional, and that Lux observed her eating once, and assumed it was her favorite. He sets the tray down, and stands in the corner so no one but Bowe can see him.

Bowe looked at the food on the tray and her expression lit up and she let out a few eager, happy squeaking noises. She proceeded to start eating, seeming happy and just making sure not to leave a single part uneaten - and of course trying not to eat it too fast. Even she knows the dangers of indigestion.

Bowe let out a belch of satisfaction and she nods. "Yep! Bowe all full up now! Thanks! ...And sorry... I guess..."

Bowe frowned. "I, uh... well... For inconveniencing you...? I heard and saw you earlier, you seemed busy... So... I didn't really want to get in the way... Then here we are now..." Bowe said nervously to Lux, her head down.

"In the ceiling? No, I was hiding from the medical officers. I refuse to let them poke their needles in me. Anyway. We're a team. You didn't inconvenience me." He writes after a minute of thought, and showing her his pad.

Bowe reads slowly and smiled. She promptly rested against him again, seeming happy and comfortable. "Thanks, Lux. Bowe means it." She said cheerfully, letting out a happy laughing noise.

He smiled slightly under the mask, and pats her head with his gentle hand again. Lux seems...at peace. When he's with Bowe. This might be a better way to get to know him if Bowe talks about this.

Bowe did seem curious, but was worried to bring it to attention, but given a while, she pointed at the mask. "Bowe wants to know what's with the mask... If you don't wanna show or tell, Bowe understand... We all have things close to us and things we don't wanna tell..."
