However be aware of the dice rule. You only ur dice boosts if u rp according to ur class.


 
For rider u get +1 attack, +1 magic, +1 def


Therefore if u rp using magic(Santa style magic's totally fine) u get +1 dice roll

Yes u can definitely use out of combat magic. So long as ur not affecting a char in anyway u can do whatever u wish.

Nope, no additional NPs at this point in the rp.


Time is around 4pm(start of rp) - 8:30pm(this is when the news broadcast occurred)


 
Just to clarify times so no one gets confused:


-It was Dec 15 4pm when Servant Ruler was summoned.


-You're summoning could have occurred at any time/date u want...actually if masters would clarify the dates and times in their next post that would be awesome^^


-Theresa was killed just upon finishing her summoning(Dec 15 -probably around 5-6pm). She was the last Master to summon her Servant.


-The police showed up around 8pm n the broadcast at 8:30pm.

Actually, now that that, I'm thinking about it +1 may be too little, +2 seems fair, +3 might be pushing it but it also might be doable...
