After the timer goes off, razor removes the cakes from the oven. He ever so gently removes them and puts them on a platter in a way so they won’t burst open while leaving room in the middle. He does a swirl and triple lines design on each of them using the hot fudge and sprinkles them with powdered sugar ever so lightly. He then puts a small piece of cheese in the middle of the plate . He places them in front of Fae, “Bon Apatite. Proper molten lava cakes for de beautiful lady.”
