Fantasy/Medieval Times roleplay

I'm looking for a partner to do a roleplay about Medieval times. The difficulty is intermediate, so 2 paragraphs minimum per post, more is encouraged. If a lot of people want to do it, I will amke it a group RP!

Any more detail about what kind of medieval you are looking for? Noble? Peasant? Supernatural?


I am absolutely interested, but I've never done an RP. That being said I have no problem with long detailed posts, as I am very fluent in the English language since it's my first and only and I feel that I have a decent if not better grip on the ins and outs of grammar. I have some experience on a just-for-fun, personal level, but not in RPing.

Well, it is set in a 15th Century country called Aedia, and a King rules everything. Some believe his decisions are wrong, but they have been put down quickly. Resistances have tried, but failed. Some Knights have tried splinters from the inside, but failed once more. This led to the rest for the King's military resigning, but it was really so the King had no defenses. A Sorcerer named Zendur (My character and the only surviving Wizard after the Purge) joined the Knights' cause to take down the King, but have so far had no victories. The Knights'(You) have gone through special training, and now are preparing for a first attack.

So my character is the leader of the Knights. Are we starting in medias res? Or are we going to do some back story? And explain some of this special training.

 

[Naga]

Probably going to start three days before the first attack, which we lose. The special training is different ancient fighting styles that combat against many things. You have a group of 15 honored Knights, and one Wizard(me). The King will have magic traps, Archers, beasts, assassins, corrupted knights. So you need to go through the special training to be able to fight these things.

I don't think we really need any. Just at your first post, put the name of your character and his/her picture at the top. I'll have the starting post up soon.
