Elizabeth pauses for a second and fires, missing the target by a fraction of a millimeter. "Goddamn it..." She mumbles, knowing that she had missed. She sighs, knowing that she had lost fair and square. "Looks like ya' win again Han..."
Han nodded. "I know I win. I knew before we started the damn game." He laughed and sat down, the gun disappearing from his hand. "Why did The Watcher ask you to kill me when I'm better at everything than you." He teased.
Done waiting for a response he snaps and appears walking next to Layla. "You know they say it is easier if you accept it." He puts his hands in his pockets.
Elizabeth sighs, tossing her gun into the air and catching it with her tail before it hits the ground. "I have no clue. He just called me up and said he had a target, told me how much I would be payed, and gave me some basic background info." She says calmly, using her tail to toss the gun back into her hand. "I think he just wanted me dead..."
Layla rolled her irises, keeping her gaze fixated ahead iof her. "Why do you keep bothering me? I'm not a toy for your childish behavior to play with."
Han poked her in the ribs. "I wouldn't have killed ya. I rescued you, didn't I?" He laughed and pinned her to the ground. His body was on top of hers. "The Watcher will get what he deserves. Don't you worry."
Elizabeth blushes and drops the gun in surprise. "He'll get me eventually...I've tried killing 'im before. Shot him in the head, poisoned him, stabbed him, set him on fire, tried to blow him up... the list goes on." She blushes even more, kind of wanting to kiss Han. "He's practically invincible."
Layla simply shrugged her shoulders, ignoring his slick comment. She hadn't the patience to put up with such sarcasm, or even tolerate her feelings being played with. Imagine, herself really falling in love with such a douche. Shaking her head in refusal and disgust, she trudged onward, refusing to speak to him.
Han moved his face closer to Elizabeth's. "But no one is immune from being wiped from existence." He smiled. "Or even a simple knife will work if I remove him of his powers. Or even get rid of his lungs." He laughed. They were so close that Han could feel Elizabeth's breath on his face.
Elizabeth smiles, quickly kissing Han before pulling away and blushing, looking off to the side. "You couldn't remove him from existence...hell...I'm not even sure if he even uses powers..." She says. The Watcher smiles from his bunker, preparing to land the final blow and turn humanity against itself before he goes to take down the Himsark. All he needed to do was press one little button, but he decided he would wait for a little while...but not much longer.
Han turned Elizabeth's head and back to face him. He kissed her for a few seconds before getting off of her and helping her up. "Nothing is impossible whenever you're omnipotent." He laughed and mentally winked at Sav. I'll call upon your powers later, Sav.
"My...friend..approached me and relayed a message to me, as well as telling me about the vial. Before I could utter a single word, he poured the vial into my mouths and disappeared." Shrugging her shoulders, she ventured onward, ignoring his increase of pace to match hers.
Elizabeth smiles, standing up and brushing herself off. She was still blushing and her tail was slowly sweeping back and forth. Her heart was racing and she tried to calm herself down a bit. "Even....even then he has millions of other people working for him...I don't even think he is the one in charge though..."
Han shook his head. "I don't care how many people work for him. Sweetheart, I can end all sentient life with the wave of my hand. Numbers do not scare me." He laughed and sat down on the bench. "Sit with me."
Elizabeth sits down next to Han and smiles, a bit nervous at the fact that Han could do something like that. She was starting to get a bit scared of Han again. Haiiro sighed and went back to Earth, standing on the roof of the school and staring off into the distance absentmindedly. She wasn't sure why she had come back to Earth, but she didn't really care.
Layla casually shrugged her shoulders, slowing her fast paced stroll, to a small, calm walking speed. "Nope. But I'm quite sure you're about to tell me."
