Han was shocked by Elizabeth's attack. When she shot the gun, he expected it to all be over. But nothing happened. The bullet did not leave the gun. He looked at the silver cuff and it glowed dimly. Mar had just saved his life. Han dropped Elizabeth and backed away."You tried to kill me?"

Elizabeth grinned, knowing she had messed with Han's mind pretty badly. Haiiro, or the person that looked like Haiiro, threw the gun to the ground. "Yes, I won't let you even attempt to hurt Elizabeth." She says, pulling out a knife. The real Haiiro appeared in the bottom floor of the building that Han and Elizabeth were on the roof of, trying to make her way up to the top floor. Elizabeth picks her sniper rifle back up and takes aim at Han's head again. "Time to get payed."

Han smiled. "Then why are you pointing the gun at me?" He laughed and disappeared in black smoke. It was a clone. Han appeared behind Elizabeth and stabbed his knife in the middle of her back. He kicked the back of her legs, making her fall. He then delivered a swift kick to her temple.

Elizabeth winced in pain but knew she wouldn't die from something as weak as that. She was in a little bit of pain but she was mostly just pissed off. She put her arms behind her back, trying to pull out the knife. Haiiro burst through the bottom of the roof and punched the fake version of her in a face, knocking it off of the roof. "Goddamn doppelgangers..." She mumbles angrily as the fake version of her hits the ground and splatters into a mess of black goop.

Han laughed. "Oh that attack didn't hurt you enough." He picked her up by the hair and put his sword at her throat. "Decapitation should work quite nicely." He said, not even noticing Haiiro had arrived. "But first, why are you trying to kill me?"

Elizabeth smiled. "Because I'm being payed to kill you." She says, looking for a way out. "And I'm not the only one bein' payed to kill you, so you might want to watch your back from now on. Also, your lucky that girl saved you." She says, grabbing a knife with the poison of the gods coating it's blade. "But now, nobody..." Haiiro quickly grabs the knife as Elizabeth tries to stab Han. "I'm the real deal, and I am going to stop you. Oh and a doppelganger, really Elizabeth?"

Han ignored Haiiro and growled. He slid the sword across Elizabeth's throat. The sword was the Kmucduis, so it wouldn't kill her but it would knock her unconscious for awhile. He threw the limp body on the floor and began to walk away.

Haiiro seemed alarmed at Elizabeth collapsing, but she didn't really care about helping Elizabeth out right now considering she had just tried to kill Han. "Han, are you okay?" She asks nervously.

Han turned towards Haiiro. "Who is paying people to kill me?" He walked closer to Haiiro. "I'm going to kill whoever it is, no matter who that person is." He walked over to the unconscious Elizabeth and stabbed a knife into her leg. He began to carve a pentagram into the leg. The symbol will curse her with bad luck until Han breaks the curse. He stood up and dispelled the knife. "That bitch killed Esh." He said pointing at Elizabeth.

Haiiro yelps in surprise. "I know!" She yells, angry at Elizabeth but not having expected Han to carve a pentagram into the leg of sister. "She's going to get what she deserves, and I am going to hunt down the person who hired her, but we should give Esh a proper burial first." She says, planning how to punish Elizabeth. She had gone back to killing people for money, which just wasn't right, and she couldn't forgive her for killing Esh. "I won't ever forgive you for this, and once we have buried Esh I will make you pay, and may Auros have mercy on your soul." She whispers in Elizabeth's ear, kicking her as hard as she can.

Han nodded. "Right." He grabbed Haiiro's hand and took them to the roof of the school. He walked over to Esh's body and picked it up. He began to think of the perfect place for a burial. "What about where we met her, you know, the beach." He suggested. It seemed like a good idea, but Han wasn't accustomed to burying people.

Haiiro nodded solemnly, sad about Esh's death. "Yeah...the beach is the perfect spot..." She says sadly. She knew she would punish Elizabeth as harshly as possible. Elizabeth smiles, opening her eyes as soon as she is sure everyone is gone, having had expected them to try to force her unconscious and having planted a needle leading to a small container of adrenaline so that if she hit the ground the needles would give her an adrenaline shot. She pulled the knife out and tossed it down from the roof, not wanting to move since she sensed that there was something odd going on.

Han sighed and grabbed Haiiro's hand. He took all three of them to the beach, under a palm tree. He sat Esh down and summoned a shovel. It took awhile, but he dug a hole without powers. He gently picked up Esh and kissed her lips. He lowered her into the hole slowly, not wanting to let go but he knew that he had to. He lied her body down and stood at the edge of the hole, silent.

Haiiro put her hand on Han's shoulder and stared down into the hole at Esh, a tear coming to her eye. "G...Goodbye Esh, may you rest in peace..." She says before starting to cry uncontrollably. Elizabeth sits down, staying completely still and waiting for The Watcher's forces to come and pick her up. She pulls out a piece of paper with a drawing of an eye on it and crumples it up, allowing the wind to blow it away.

Han backed away as the light shone on the grave. "What the hell?" He said, mystified by the light. He reached out to touch it but recoiled his hand. He shook his head. Probably some star death ritual or something.

Haiiro stares at the light, wondering where it came from and what it meant, but not questioning it too much. She thought to herself that it was probably what happened every time a star died. She wiped some tears from her eye.

"Child, you have given your life, soul and heart for other's sake..." a voice said. "You can take your place once more among the stars...or you may stay and live again..."

Hail Leviathan! And Tapatalk!

Han looked around for the voice. He knew it was some star god or something like that, but he never read about any of those. He was naturally curious to what power these things had....and if they can be killed. He shook his head. He shouldn't be thinking those kinds of things, not now.

Haiiro stared up at the sky, trying to pinpoint the ethereal voice. She recognized it, she had heard it somewhere before, but she had heard alot of voices, most of which she couldn't place to a specific person. She let out a gasp of surprise and hoped that Esh got to stay and live again. She crossed her fingers.

"Then I, Sophia grant you new life." The voice said. Esh slowly floated out of her grave, body recovering.

Hail Leviathan! And Tapatalk!

Haiiro's eyes widened in surprise and she smiled, back to crying uncontrollably, but these were tears of joy, not sadness. Elizabeth sighed, laying down and staring into the seemingly endless sky.

Han watched as Esh's body floated out of the hole. A smile appeared on his face and he sat down on the ground, sighing in relief. He wanted to hold her and kiss her so bad, but he restrained himself. He just sat there, waiting.
