Mar shrugged. "You can't trap energy. It always finds a way to escape." He laughed as he created a circle of extreme heat energy around him, causing a large ring of fire. He snapped and the wind began to speed up and a miniature black hole appeared in his hand, following his control. "Heat energy, wind energy, nuclear energy. All great things to control."

"I am not Esh, I am Xev, one of her inevitable futures." She said as she pulled out Eliz's staff and put it on it. "I cannot allow you to use this, for your and Haiiro's sake, I apologize for this." She said before holding the staff up. "Hear me Eliz!"

I, Eliz of the seven, Lady of Wishes, hear you...

"You know of my sacrifice. Will it be enough?"

There is no equal to it, even the power within the cuff and its creator cannot rival what you have and will have given...it shall be done.

The staff glowed and disappeared along with the cuff. Xev closed her eyes and slowly fell backwards on the ground.

Demon, do try not to be selfish, for you do not comprehend what has taken place.

The past Han nodded. "But what about the right cuff?" He asked, remembering that he sent his friend, Primca to retrieve it for him. "That's the important one."

Han frowned. "What is wrong with her heart?" He asked. "I hope she doesn't feel alone."

Haiiro shrugged, walking straight through the ring of fire unharmed. "You didn't think I came unprepared, did you?" She says, the weird black vines now reaching all the way up to her shoulder. She pulls out a couple of stones and smiles. "Energy can not be destroyed, but it can change forms."

An eerie silence feel upon the area.

Mar started to laugh but he stopped. "What the-" he looked down and noticed that the cuff was missing. "Oh no." He said as he began to fade away. Mar looked up and chuckled. "Remember the bell." He said before completely disappearing.


Han opened his eyes and he found himself in the Shadow Realm. Weird. He was just in the Temple of Mar. He remembered Esh had been there. "Esh?" He asked aloud, looking around.

Zero roamed the courtyard, aimlessly, his face lifeless. His red scar on his face glowing red hot, like magma was surging under it. Zero had now been on the verge of madness for the past couple of days, having killed one of his few friends, and not seeing Luna for days. He was hot headed, and quick to conclusions, but he still had a hint of life in him, and was not yet completely wreckless.

(Nothing really. The story didn't advance much after your last post. The site was DDos'd)

(Ummm so here is what happened han is walking witha new girl touring and i am with aqua in hans dormroom)

Haiiro was confused and somehow found herself back in her realm, still holding the axe. "Remember the bell? What the hell...where did he go? And how am I back here?" She asks, a single phrase echoing through her head. "Remember the bell? What?" She mumbles, putting the axe on it's pedestal.

 

[Han Alister]

Han had given up looking for Esh and he opened a portal to Haiiro's realm. He stepped in and appeared next to her. "Hey Haiiro. What's up?" He said cheerfully. Something was nagging at the back of his head though. He remembered what happened with the cuff, for he had seen the shadows of the future. Shadows can never be forgotten, so he remembered everything. But, he tried to play it off like nothing ever happened and he hoped that Haiiro had forgotten all that has transpired.

Haiiro smiles. "Hey Han, not much." She says, noticing that she was carrying a satchel. "Err...Question, I keep hearing this one phrase over and over again in my head, 'Remember the bell.', Any idea what it means?" She asks, digging through her satchel and wondering where she had gotten all of the stones inside of it. She looks back over at the axe for a second, it seemed to be just sitting there on the pedestal though so she returned her attention to her satchel.

Han instinctively reaches for the bell around his neck but he quickly put his arm down when he remembered that she wouldn't be able to see it. "I have no idea." He smiled and hugged her. "I love you. You know that right?"
