Momoka cursed. She rifled through her pouch before pulling out the pink potion from before. She carefully poured it's contents into Monica's mouth, making her swallow it. She sighed in relief when she saw that the bruises disappeared from Monica's skin and as color began to return to her face.

"I'll heal her, please move aside," Shado says and moves towards her injured sister. Her hand glows as she begins to heal the broken bones in her body.

 

[GirlyTurtle]

"Kk." Momoka moved aside. "The potion should restore her mana as well and it should make the healing process faster."

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"HEY GUYS WAIT UP!" She was out of breath, trying to catch up,"Jeez next time don't leave me like that!"

 

[DaughterofShadows]

"Oh, sorry Emy! We were busy fighting!" Shado says.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Awwww and I missed out." Her cat ears perk down, sighing. She should've not fell asleep earlier while everyone was already ready to go,"Sorry guys..."

Haruto lands on the ground in front of Emy, his sword pointed outwards as an explosive rune detonated behind him and caused a monster to disappear in the attack. He swung his sword around once to get any blood off of it, then dropped it into its storage rune. He turned to see Emy standing there.


"Ah, sorry, Emy. We got sidetracked..." Haruto said apologetically.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Again, it's ok. I kinda fell asleep myself..." She rubbed the back of her head,"Is there at least ONE monster left?"

 

[DaughterofShadows]

Shado lifts up her unconscious sister and gives her a piggy back ride. "Are we ready to go?"

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"I don't know. It's Haruto's call." Emy said, looking at Haruto.

"We should be ready, let's go." Haruto called the group together to begin their journey to slay the dragon of the northern volcano. "Okay, real quick. We're going to do a role call. Just state your name and classification."


Haruto faced the group, summoned his sword again, then stabbed it into the ground, casually resting his arms on the guard of his sword.


"I'll start us off. Haruto Musashi, Rune Knight." Haruto said loud and clear.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Alright..." Emy took out her sword, which seems to be a pretty long blade. It's actually much larger in size and more nature looking than it was when in its scabbard,"Emy Neko, Arch Druid."

 

[GirlyTurtle]

"Momoka Araki, Alchemic Sorcerer!" Momoka made a peace sign.

Monica opened her eyes slightly, groaning. "Ow..."

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

Emy noticed Shado's sister wake up. She also noticed Momoka and gave them both a shy wave.

"Oh, hi! Nice to meet you, Emy!" Momoka cheerfully waved back.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"H-Hi....I-I think you're Momoka r-right?" Emy shyly smiled,"A-Anyways, I-I'll be joining you guys. A-Although, this isn't just a-any mission...i-it's more of a rescue mission f-for me. Y-You see, there's a d-dragon pup I-I have to save...f-for a friend...who is a dragon a-actually."

 

[GirlyTurtle]

Momoka nodded. "I see. Don't worry, I'm sure we'll find it! "

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Y-Yeah. I-I'm very worried." She decided to take her hood off for a moment to show her cat ears,"I-If you're wondering, t-these ears are real..."

Monica looked over to Emy, still in pain. "Hello... Ow..." She said, flinching.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Oooh ouch h-here..." She places her now glowing hands on her, healing her,"You're gonna be fine..."

 

[DaughterofShadows]

"Ah, don't worry Monica, just stay on my back. You'll be fine," Shado says, "Anyway, I'm Shado never had a last name, Silver Hand, and this is my sister Monica, also a Silver Hand."

"So we're all present and accounted for?" Haruto asked as he pulled his sword out of the ground and dropped it into its rune.


Once everyone confirmed they were all ready to leave, Haruto led the party out of the northern entrance to the town and through some mountainous terrain.


"Through the mountain, up the river, across the plain, and to the volcano." Haruto quietly recited to himself as he led the long, dangerous trek filled with mystery and adventure. "Climb the top to face the dragon, and claim victory."

Shado carries Monica, upon following Haruto.


"Sun counteracts Moon, and thus the same when reverse. Enabling both from both hands in small amounts causes a minimal nuclear reaction. Using too much will drain mana. Would I survive? Or worse, could I protect my little sister?" Shado looks behind her at the barely conscious 12-year old.


Suddenly she stops, a familiar pain in her head strikes, as she slowly kneels down, trying not to drop Monica.


"Gaahhhh!" She yells.

"Oh god h-hang in t-there!" Emy was freaking out as she quickly rushed to her, healing her head with glowing hands,"H-Hold on y-you're gonna be ok!"
