Hello everyone! My name is Monroe and I have a few ideas I would like to start up again! All of my partners seem to have disappeared and I'm dying to start RPing again. I already have pre-made bios for all the characters I would be using in these RPs and if interested I would be more than happy to link you to them. My ideas and requirements can be found below.

- Please don't join the RP, and then drop it right in the middle. It bugs me when people only post once, or post a few times and then just leave.
- Please be advanced. At least four paragraphs per post with good spelling, grammar, and detail. I can make exceptions at times. This is a big thing for me. I get annoyed when people can't do this. I don't mind a few screw ups, but if you 'typ LIek diss' and don't use decent capitalization and punctuation, or use long run on sentences I'll most likely drop the thread or ignore the request to RP with me. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that, but if you can't manage basic grammar then please don't ask to RP with me. If you can't think of what to reply with, PM me and I can add a bit more. I would prefer you to match my length. Also, so I know you read this, tell me your favorite color when you express interest. Otherwise you will be ignored.

Idea #1: The Return
My idea is that my character (Eva) is a transgender woman. You would play her mother. When Eva was a teenager her mother, an army nurse, contracted a strange illness after she accidentally pricked herself with a used needle. During this time she grew extremely weak and wouldn't allow Eva (who she then knew as Eric) to touch her for fear that she might contract the same illness. A few months later, she was sent to a specialist far from her family in hopes that they might be able to do something for her. Eva was told that her mother had died near the end of the year, when in reality the woman had slowly begun to recover. Eva's father, a military man of high rank, took his son and fled the house, giving the excuse that it reminded him too much of his wife. In reality, Eva's mother had recovered, and her father had decided to abandon her along with their only child. Her mother attempted to contact Eva through letters, none of which she ever received. After receiving no response for nearly fifteen years, she began to suspect that something was up and search for her son before turning up on Eva's doorstep in the start of the RP. The pair haven't seen one another since just after Eva's mother got sick, long before Eva's transition. She had no idea that Eva was transgender, as Eva never even hinted at it and by the time she came out she was under the impression that her mother was dead. In the period of time since then Eva got married and she and her wife took in 3 queer teenagers who were rejected by their families. I don't have much that's already set for Eva's mother aside from what I mentioned in the description, the fact that her name is Halle, she worked as a military nurse for at least the first fifteen years of Eva's life and some time before that, attempted to teach Eva piano at one point, and she probably looks somewhat similar to Eva. Also, if interested, tell me your favorite color so I know you've read this. Everything else is up to you. Any takers?
Idea #2: The Circus Family
My character (Ryan) is an intersex performer in a traveling circus, deemed a freak for their possessing both sets of genitals as well as small breasts. Their mother was also a circus performer, a talented fire eater–a talent she passed on to her child. You would play my character's father and half siblings. Their father met their mother when the circus passed through their father's town for two weeks nearly nineteen years ago. He had a whirlwind romance with her, and his heart broke when she had to leave and he was unable to go with her for whatever reason (that reason is up to you). She kept her pregnancy a secret from him, and he was unaware of Ryan's existence as he moved on with his life. He married someone else and had two children with her (ages are up to you, I was thinking teenagers 13-17). His wife died shortly after the birth of their second child. Years later, he's having financial trouble, the circus he met his first love at returned to his town, and he takes his children in the hopes of finding that woman again, unaware that she died a year before. He eventually meets Ryan, and is offered a job with the circus, that job being kitchen duty. He accepts, and he and his children are thrust into the circus life. That's all I really have so far. This would be a family drama plot.
Idea #3: Making Up for Lost Time
My character (Caitlyn) is a fire eater and cook in a traveling circus. My idea is that your character and Caitlyn had a short romance almost eighteen years ago. The pair fell in love quickly, and both were crushed when the circus finally moved on after a week. They kept in touch for a while, but shortly after leaving, Caitlyn found that she was pregnant with your character's child, who was born intersex (Ryan). She cut off all contact with him, not wanting to worry or inconvenience him with the news, but to allow him to move on with his life without her. Your character was crushed when he stopped hearing from her, but never really forgot about her. He got married and had children of his own. (I was thinking one around 13-15, and two younger ones between 5 and 8) His wife died giving birth to their youngest child. Now the circus Caitlyn performed in is back near him again, and though he knows he really can't afford it sine he lost his job, promised to take his children. They don't live far from where the circus is performing, but on the walk there one of his younger children complains about being hungry and wanders off into a coffee shop. They are found by Caitlyn and my characters, who are there getting drinks, and when their father finds them and sees that Caitlyn is there, he is overjoyed to see her again, and the group heads to the circus together. When he is told that Ryan is his child, your character grows anxious, even more so when he learns that Ryan has no distinguishable gender, neither physically or in terms of identity. He makes up his mind that he wants to stay with Caitlyn and hopefully rekindle their romance, and makes himself useful by helping her with kitchen duties, figuring that it's the best decision for his family, since they are near being evicted. He feels guilty for missing so much of Ryan's life, but is mostly unsure how to treat them due to the fact that he knows he would treat a son differently than a daughter, and Ryan is a mix of both. This would be both a romance and family drama plot.
Idea #4: The Truth is Relative
The idea is that my main character (Marilyn) is a transgender woman. She was kicked out of her house at eighteen after coming out to her parents, and was a prostitute for several years as a means of supporting herself. Most of her clients were men, but there was the occasional woman. Your character would be a girl of around 12 to 14 who was a result of one of my character's one night stands with one of her female clients at age 18. My character is–biologically–her father. Her biological mother gave her up for adoption when she was born, and my character couldn't care for her, so she gave her up. Your character was adopted when she was two and my character hasn't seen her since. Your character had no idea she was adopted. Something happened to her adoptive parents--who maybe didn't treat her very well, and she was sent to live with my character and her girlfriend (Tammie, who I will also play) as a result. They get along well, until your character goes exploring and finds a box of letters addressed to her in my character's closet that expose the truth, and of course your character is suddenly filled with questions.
