Family Drama Ideas

Note: I recently disappeared from here due to personal stuff. If we were planning or doing a roleplay and you're interested in continuing, message me.

Hello there. You may call me Shadow. I'm seeking some family-oriented roleplays involving lots of drama and possible angst. I suppose I should tell you a bit about myself as a roleplayer before I get to the good stuff.

I play characters of all genders and sexualities. Playing multiple characters in one role-play is my specialty. I have a fairly relaxed work and school schedule, so I'm able to be online to roleplay rather often. My post length varies depending upon what my partner gives me to work with.

Below are a few basic ideas. For each of these, we would be each playing as a parent and a child. I'm open to forming other ideas with my partner. You may also bring your own ideas.

1. A married couple are criminals who are very good at what they do. Most who do business with them are unaware that the two are parents. The kids have not seen their parents for several years and have been living with their grandmother. After their grandmother's death, the children's uncle takes them to their parents' place without prior notification and dumps them there.

2. A couple decided to take in a couple of foster children in hopes of eventually adopting them. The children they are matched with are biological siblings who have been in a few different foster homes, and the last one they were in was really bad. One of the siblings daydreams about getting adopted pretty much every day and sees the good in every situation. The other is close to giving up on ever being adopted and has trust issues.

3. A child was adopted by a very nice couple a few years back. The child had been separated from their older sibling when the two had been taken from their biological parents. The older sibling had been bouncing around from foster home to foster home. The younger sibling's adoptive parents have tried tracking down the older child to attempt to adopt them with no luck. The parents have now decided to foster a child with hopes to adopt them, and their child's older sibling is the foster child sent to live with them.

I'm interested in this one:

Awesome. I'll send you a PM.

I'm certainly interested in all three but seeing as the first one is taken I'm up for either 2 or 3!
