Fandom Fallout: Vegas Rollin'

It's a great idea, but nothing can happen if we do not find more RPers for this. If you can find some people, that'd be great.

@jole875

So how close to the lore is this? Is it word for word/by the book, or the basics with things that are made up? Also, what story arcs are we using, as in who did the courier side with?

Good question. In this version of the story, the Courier opted for Mr. House, creating an independent Vegas.

On the matter of lore, it's a bit of both. It's the exact same story, but bits have been added e.g. My character being the daughter of the Bishop Child, because we are never told if he has one.

Yes I would. Can I make a BOS character?
You definitely can.

As The Courier sided with Mr. House, the main base has been destroyed, but BOS soldiers could have survived via scouting missions, or hiding at the safehouse.

Sorry it took so long, I couldn't find a suitable picture. I wanted him to kind of look like Maxson, but not exactly.

Would the courier have done the quest where...uhm...er... they acquired new..."workers" for the Atomic Wrangler? Like the "Cowboy Ghoul" and the Suave Smooth-talker and the Robot, who I believe was named Fisto?

I am going to say that the courier did do most of the quests inside the game. This would include For Auld Lang Syne, Wang Dang Atomic Tango, and various others.

Of course, if a group didn't side with Mr. House, they would have been removed, and no quests will have been done for them. This would include all brotherhood quests such as "Can you find it in your heart" and "Still in the dark".

The smooth talker he also found is Old Ben, not the other guy I can't remember.

They sided with the NCR, but retreated after the securitrons started to mass murder their allied soldiers.

The White Glove Society? Did they become cannibals again or was the guy(forget his name) exposed?

Mortimer was exposed.

The great Khans were *almost wiped out with the Legion.

The boomers assisted the courier.

The powder gangers have been wiped out, though few may now be mercenaries.

Novac knows of Jeannie May Crawford's crimes, and allowed Boone to execute her.

The legion no longer remains, though believers may still exist.

The followers of the apocalypse have expanded slightly.

The NCR still stands, but under careful watch of Mr House.

The tops is now run by Swank.

Vault 21 has become a major tourist point.

Quarry Junction is rid of all deathclaws.

The nightkin cure in Jacobstown was not taken by Keene.

Tabitha and Rhonda are alive and don't hate humans anymore.

Good springs has become a larger community.

The Vikki and Vance Casino has become a larger stop for travellers with the disappearance of the powder gangers and Meyers becoming the sheriff.

The NCR sharecropper farms were doomed in order for the vault dwellers to survive.

That's all I can think of right now.

Do you guys want the DLC to be in the story?

It's funny cause at some point (pretty soon from the looks of it) everyone's going to have some sort of deal with each other , and most of the characters are going to work together. It'll be especially enjoyable considering our two conflicting soldiers.

(I'd question the comment on the chosen one @jole875 . Considering his story takes place 52 years prior {and Lucia is his grand daughter}, the chosen one has to be around 72-73. It was a good joke, but it may be something that's referenced later on and I want to make sure you're clear on it.)

Well the chosen one is still famous and is referenced in almost all of the games following fallout 2, so I thought Daniel may have heard one of the stories?

True, true.

I'd just hope that the 73 year old he knew how to change back from a 26 year old she.

It's always a good referencing spot though, as she is descended from him.
