meh i'll make up a less evil enclave faction made of remnants then magic up some reason for my character to meet and join them once they are let lose

well the enclave are just NPCs no doubt with limited understanding of the world and more than prone to being rewritten by those with admin access to the game so it depends on if NMA reprogrammed them and just how advanced the NPCs are

I would say the vanilla Enclave would be allies of NMA, but these "Outcasts" could be against them

like i said it is really up to these people with admin access's will they could easily have just made every last npc hostile to everyone it wouldn't be that hard and if the NPCs are capable of more than canned dialogue endlessly repeating the same few lines

I'd assume that they didn't really have the time or the motivation to do that, and they will pay for it in the long run
