1. No vertibirds plz,
2. Draftable population if you go by USA standards, is any1 from 18-22, but you can decide on from what age group you can draft from. I picked 18- 35 personally. So it doesnt hav to be set in stone.
3. Lastly, I kinda wanna make artillery an exclusive thing to certain factions, for reasons like it being mentioned in the lore or in the USCR's case, being a place where artillery is actually produced irl, so Im a bit ehhish, ya know,

Gunners are a group of technologically advanced raiders, they are better equiped than most of the wasteland, not to mention half assed. So its not really the same.

Simple put, if things are going well, like no wars, no bad harvest, no random events going to shit, your population will increase by 1%
