I just realized something. If this roleplay is set in 2300, then that's only 3 years after the Lone Wanderer vanished from my area.

He doesn't have to necessarily vanish. This doesn't have to be strictly to the FO world. The way I'm thinking of doing it is after the power vacuum caused by various FO protagonists, new countries are expanding their borders exponentially. So, maybe after the Enclave packed up, Colombia moved into D.C.

The Enclave Sigma still has a chance. At least that's what I'm betting on, and that's what branch Fonte would eventually become captain of.

Country Name: Old North West


Head of State: Governor Milton Castle


Country Specialty: Construction - Due to the vast number of construction workers and new technology, they were able to build cranes, bulldozers, steamrollers, etc. From their time improvising and gathering resources, they've even developed a new sort of adhesive similar to concrete. They've even devolped a new kind of welding torch with a material found on a spaceship over in the Columbia area a few years back.


Country History: Since the Great War, Old North West has been gathering what little construction workers survived and began training the rest of the citizens able to understand how to work in construction. Since then, Old North West has developed many buildings from the building resources they've found and created. Though the citizens have roofs over their heads, electricity, and jobs, many people still face hunger and thirst. For though the technology is advanced, they still haven't found a way to purify irradiated water. They also cannot plant due to the condition of the soil and the type of weather they face. The Old Foundation was founded in 2125 when the states located within the territory decided to seperate and become their own country under the role of Governer Teddy Brown, people always admired him until he was assassinated. People have theories that it was done by a spy from another country who was sent to murder the governer in order to get land. Since his death, Governer Mikayla Asher came into power for a few years, pushing the country to work even harder to rebuild. Since then, Old North West has been very busy at rebuilding and providing homes for those who need it.

-Diplomacy: The PCR's vast network of spies, along with it's Rome-like tactics has given it added skills when dealing with others. The PCR prefers to coerce others into fighting for them rather than risk their own troops.


Country History:


The PNR officially started as a group of merchants from New Vegas fed up with the NCR. After the Courier dispatched both factions, then disappeared, a large power vacuum existed. The Dam remained guarded by Securitrons, beating back anyone dumb enough to come near. Meanwhile, the founding members of the PNR gathered a large following, even absorbing notorious gangs such as the Powder Gangers, Jackals, and Vipers into their ranks in exchange for pardon. The newly stable PNR began encroaching on NCR territory. Without the military strength to oppose them, the NCR was absorbed into the PNR as well.


Territory: Southwest

Vegas Baby: The tourism, and economy brought in by New Vegas makes you a fair amount of money. Bonus to treasury. (Plus 25,000 caps)

Bad at parties: Due to your....turbulent history, you'll face many domestic threats such as The Boomers, The Brotherhood of Steel, and what's left of Caesar's legion.
