"Naithan he's not coming on the mission !" Rodwen said turning to him "only S ranks are allowed on SS missions by the councils orders!"

"Appreciate the offer but I really can't. Roddy is right. Now then..." He turned to Roddy. "I can teach you anything but grappling. Grappling is very... physical and your my sister so NO. But I can teach you throws and the like."

"how about you show me how strong you are?" she said smiling "how about we spar?"

"You aren't going to accidently send me to the hospital again?" Ello said in mock fear. That happened once when they were younger. Only once though.

"Okay..." Ello pulled two curved wooden poles from the wall. He got into his guard. "Ready when you are."

Rodwen got a wooden katana from the wall and took an offensive stance "ready" . She ran at Ello swinging the sword to the left of his hip.

Ello sent his left hand pole under the blade deflecting it off his side while coming in for a stab in Rodwen's stomach with his right.

Rodwen let go of the sword to move to the right just dodging the pole in time . she went in to kick Ello's right leg .

Ello took the blow and slapped her under the chin with his left pole the two attacking at the same time. "Next time hit my kneecap." Ello said.

 

[Uasal]

Rodwen slid back swapping to a defensive position. "you've gotten pretty good"

 

[Raiderjoseph]

"I've been training my technique. Its been a while since we've sparred." Ello said. "I don't have magic so I took martial arts as serious as you take your magic." Ello dropped his sword and got into a stance where 1 leg was behind him and one in front and 1 hand kept cocked at his side in a open palm with the other facing Rodwen in an open palm.

 

[Uasal]

"i see so is that why you spent so much time with mother?" she asked reading her self.

"...Yeah. I also trained under scrolls... I even shocked her with this next trick..." I inch forward slowly..

 

[Uasal]

"it takes a lot to surprise mother, come on then show me" she said intrigued to see what he was planning.

"...and your just gonna let me?" Ello said. "Get in your guard."

Rodwen got into a defensive position her father had thought her when training in the mountains. "this better be good!"

Ello shot a punch at her face with all his body weight.

Rodwen couldn't dodge the attack , he moved so quickly she didn't know what hit her until she was on the floor holding her left eye instinctively. "w...what the"

Rei walks in and gets something to eat then sits down

"One inch punch! Upper strike edition! I shifted my weight using a different method to shoot my punch forward." The one inch punch was a legendary martial arts trick.
