The hollering inside the guild piped down as a familiar figure entered. Lusse, who had been drinking since morning, hastily swept the bottles on the table into his clothes. His drinking friend Benn scampered outside for unknown reason. Faris smiled seeing the formerly rowdy bunch acting like elementary school children in front of a teacher. It couldn't be helped. Aedon was no good kid himself, but he loved beating people that stood up to him.

"Welcome back," Faris waved toward the S-rank wizard and beckoned him close. "how was the infiltration quest?"

The needle continued to work as Faris stood and entered the kitchen. He poured beer into a wooden mug before putting it on the table he was sitting on. His hand caught the moving needle. He continued working on the table cloth as if nothing had happened. A bit different from normal wizards, Faris habitually used magic in his normal activity. It came almost as easy as breathing now that he had used it for over ten years.

"Did Guild Master Shyilia ask you to stay as well?"

Viera gave a soft nod at the old man. Unless that news was 'we already got them don't worry about it' she very much doubted it'd fall under the 'good' category. Her gaze was drawn to the entrance of the remaining two Guild Masters. She hadn't had much chance to get acquainted with any of her fellow Guild Masters over the past eight months since attaining her position. Far too busy settling into her role and cleaning up the mess the old man had left her. Unlike her, Blue Pegasus' former Master wasn't as dutiful when it came to record keeping and logistics. The very thought of the state his office was in when she took over caused her eye to twitch slightly. Shaking the thoughts from her head she focused on the folders put before her. Worrying about her past and the other Guild Masters could always wait, now was time for work.

As the council member spoke she flipped through one folder, then the other, skimming over their contents as she followed along. As expected it wasn't good news at all. It was precisely what she figured it would be. The information seemed to have more of an impact on the little Guild Master beside her than it had herself. She may be new to being the Master of Blue Pegasus but she had been there for four years now, she knew how strong her members were. And if push came to shove she knew how strong she was. Some insane cultists clinging to the past weren't a concern for her. No, there was a bigger concern for her. A much bigger concern. Before she spoke her piece she looked over at the little Guild Master nervously stuttering in her direction. She held a rather impassive look in the girl's direction until she finished. Only once she finished did she look back to the old man, yet her words were directed back to the forest mage.

"Work with Fairy Tail? That depends." She slid her hand under one of the folders, flipping it closed before continuing. "Blue Pegasus does not belong to the council, and I'm not the type of person who will send her members into a dangerous situation for the fun of it. If this is a request then I am afraid you will have to carry on without us." She paused briefly, glancing to her sides at her fellow Guild Masters before continuing. "However, if this is a job then I am sure my members will be more than happy to take on the work. Though it is their call, not mine." This was her first time dealing with the council directly, and she knew from past experience that it was best to set the terms of their relationship at the start. Regardless of what the council may have thought, her guild was free and her members were free. It wasn't her place to agree on their behalf. At least not now anyways.

The sun shone bright. The birds sung. The gentle breeze rolled along the windswept plains. It truly was a magnificent day in early October. And yet here she was, inside the Guild doing her best to ignore all the drunken ruckus going on around her. She took a long sip of her juice through the straw. While everyone else was getting hammered first thing in the day she wasn't allowed to join in, too young they always said. She glanced down at the stool beside her where a small, fluffy fox-like creature resided. The creature cast it's own look back up at the girl before tilting it's head and looking out over the inhabitants of the room. She followed his gaze, allowing her eyes to drift from one face to another. It felt weird, only a couple months and it all seemed so normal to her. As wild as it all seemed at the start, now it was just normal. A smile slowly crept along her lips as she looked down at Eishi once again.

That smile, however, was soon wiped away. The slamming of the doors, the intense shouting that permeated the hall. She couldn't help but jump and let out a small yelp at the sudden intrusion. With the yelp being the only sound that slipped out she fell deathly quiet, just like most of the people inside the hall. Her eyes frantically darted between the intruder and her fellow guildmates. Who was this guy? Was he a bad guy? Was he a friend? What was even going on? She stared in silence as the man mentioned something about being a babysitter, and when Faris spoke to him about some mission. "This guy's in Fairy Tail?" She shot a look down at Eishi who just tilted his head in response. Well, she knew there were people she hadn't met yet because they were off doing jobs. But did he have to make that kinda entrance?

Taking a deep breath she calmed herself down, setting the glass of juice on the counter as she did. With a gentle slap to her cheeks she built up her resolve and once again brought a smile to her lips as she hopped off the stool and made her way over to the newcomer. Eishi remained on the stool, watching his owner go off to flirt with trouble. Showing no fear or hesitation she strode right up to the man until she was standing no more than a couple feet in front of him. He absolutely dwarfed her forcing her to tilt her head upwards, but that same pleasant smile remained all the same. She held out her right hand to offer a handshake as she spoke up in a vibrant voice. "Hi! I'm Tokihana Ellion, new member of the guild so we haven't met before. Nice to meet you."

Akagi
Unprecedented was the word. Her scars seemed to throb at the memory, the gaping hole where her eye used to be seemed to cry out for vengeance. She grimaced, and tightened her grip on the mage in her hand, raised him off his feet by his face, and, with a downward swing, brought him crashing into the ground. As much as it would have been cathartic to completely erase him from this world, he didn't deserve such a death. He was just another lackey, another one for the Rune Knights to process and throw in a cell. She detached her hand from his face, the indentations her fingers had left on his face bleeding from where her nails had dug into, and straightened up. As the last vestiges of consciousness still remaining in the man's body vanished, his eyes fell on her whole figure, and came to realisation just who he and his cohort had just been facing. "M-monster…" was all he could manage, before his eyes rolled back into his head, and his body slumped down onto the floor. She watched him a while longer, as if daring him to get back up, to give her another excuse to break his entire body again. Once it was clear that his consciousness was long stolen away by the impact of his body being introduced at full force to the ground, she turned away, towards the mass of bodies lying around her, drawing her glove back over her bare hand. The scars craved more, but she just barely managed to keep it under control. How they ached to destroy and to erase the darkness that plagued this world. She had to keep it under control, though. That was what power did to people- it corrupted them. Not her, however. Not Akagi Estella Burstwick.

This was not the time to think on her self-control. Dark mages were popping out of the woodwork, and she just cleared what seemed to be a small bastion of them. There must have been, what, twenty of them? Something big was happening, and she had no doubt in her mind that Hunt had been called away for important business because of this very reason. He had told her to sit tight, but how could she? She could smell the blood in the water, and she wasn't going to sit on her thumbs the whole day. The others may not have felt the tension in the air, but she certainly did. What she didn't expect to find, however, was a piece of her past. She knelt down and picked up the piece of burnt paper. One of the mages had been trying to dispose of it, but the job was left incomplete, thankfully. The logo on it, however, was not something she was thankful for seeing again. How could she ever forget it? Branded on her skin, before the scars overtook it- it was the same insignia. The same one that she had for almost half of her life. She clicked her tongue in annoyance. A black tendril, tinted with a crimson glow snaked out from under her coat's sleeve and wrapped itself around the piece of paper, and tightened around it. She paused. The tendrils loosened its grip, and slithered back into her sleeve, leaving the scrap piece of paper on the palm of her gloved hand. Her fingers closed around it, and she tucked it away into her coat. She would have liked to tackle this one alone. However, she needed evidence, in case Hunt wanted her to stay out of…whatever the Dark Guild issue was. She'd let the Rune Knights settle this lot.

"Ghosts of the past, huh?" She muttered to herself as she strode out of the premises, stepping over what splinters remained of the door that was supposed to keep her out. Didn't think they'd come haunting her now. Whatever it was, the time to put them back in the ground was coming soon. She sighed and tugged at her long coat, glancing around, then walked away, the gravel crunching under her boots.

Festivities were well on the way, it seemed. The population of Fiore were blissfully unaware of what storm was brewing in the horizon, and so were some of the mages of the many guilds. Akagi drew in a deep breath. It was these people she had set her mind on to protect. Even if it came to her as the last person, she would do anything, sacrifice any part of herself, to keep them safe. She scuffed her boots against the side of the walkway, kicking a stray stone down the street. What can she do? What could she do? All this waiting was making her feel uneasy. Even punching the lights out of some dark mages didn’t take the edge of her. She supposed she could go hit Horus up. Even now, after so many months, she was still worried about him. Even if he was older than her, and held a higher position in terms of rank than her, she saw him as a younger brother. He wasn’t the kind of guy that people took easily to, and it took the guild several weeks, months even, to warm up to the guy. At least he was taking her lessons to heart. That mildly lifted some of the worry for him. Still, even so, that mug of his was the kind that someone would misunderstand. Someone like Ned, actually. She really ought to introduce both of them to each other. The more she thought about it, the more she saw them as unlikely partners. It’d be interesting, actually, to see them either go at each other, or work with one another.

Her attention on what the relationship between the two heavily-scarred warriors would be, she didn’t notice the lady beside her until she collided into her. Well, collided was too much of an overstatement. It was more like Akagi shoulder checked her, and just barely noticed the impact. “Whoa there, my bad, miss,” she spun around, her mind clearly still straying. It wasn’t until her eyes fell on the lady she had just bumped into that her attention came running back to her. Her eye darted across the lady’s body, examining every inch of her skin, her facial make, her physique and the way she carried herself. Something was wrong about her, her instincts seemed to hint. Yet, underneath that veneer of ‘wrong’ness, there was something else about her. Akagi turned fully, and stepped forwards to the lady. “You’re not from around here, are you?” She offered a gloved hand for a shake. “Name’s Akagi. I can show you around, if y’like.” She paused, then gave a mirthful chuckle. “You don’t look like a local, that’s all,” she answered the unasked question, “I can tell from your eyes that this place is new to you. You don’t have that...je ne sais quoi, of a local, y’know?”

She’d catch up with Ned and Horus later. Maybe she could go grab a drink with ‘em with this chick later too.

Lucius Darkflare
It was what most people would call a lovely day in Magnolia, the streets were filled with people going about their lives happy and carefree. Unfortunately, Lucius wasn't most people he liked things quiet and secluded with minimal chance of human interaction of any kind, this uneasiness manifested itself as a look of irritation on the mages' face as paced down the city's streets. Most people could see or feel anger around him and swiftly got out of his way, which was something he was glad for, some didn't, which was annoying, but there was nothing he could do about that apart from continuing to bottle up his social awkwardness and irritation to avoid starting something he'd regret.

Lucius did have to admit, however, that big cities like Magnolia were excellent for picking up scraps of information about various criminals, it was definitely easier than having to question people directly. Whenever Lucius had tried questioning people, they'd mostly try to run or begin crying, asking him not to hurt them or take their kidneys which still confused the mage, he had no idea why people acted that way, he came off as a perfect gentleman with his high stature and his piercing purple eyes, or his scary dark magi- ok, maybe he did know where it came from, but it wasn't his fault most people were too focused on their own safety to think about the bigger picture.

The dark mage currently found himself through the markets and shops, seemingly browsing, but actually listening for information, shopkeepers always were the best for gossip. It was just a shame that they also talked incessantly about useless things as well, right now being a prime example, the young lady at the till was just yammering on and on about her boyfriend, a bunch of carrots and a parrot, or something along those lines, Lucius had just been absentmindedly nodding and pretending he was interested whilst he blocked the thoughts of chocking the women out of his mind.

Aedon Strom
The Ace of Fairy Tail

Aedon relaxed a bit as he saw some familiar faces. Even for a lone wolf like him, there was just nothing quite like home. He was glad to see the energy in the guild as well, if only for a moment. Normally he would have cracked the whip just a bit to keep them on their toes, but this time he decided to let it slide. Partially because he was tired, but also because he got the eerie feeling that this was the calm before a storm. So he decided to let them relax while they still could. However, when Faris asked about the infiltration quest, Aedon shot a suspicious glare at him for a moment.

"Are you serious? How long did it take before she spilled the beans this time?" he asked, referring to their guild master, "She knows I don't like it when she tells you guys what I'm up to. Well I guess since you already know, I might as well fill you in. When she contacted me to come back to the guild, that kinda blew my cover. So I had to throw espionage out the window and just get the job done. Not ideal, but it all worked out in the end."

Then Aedon gestured toward the beer Faris had poured, "Got one of those for me?" Before he could say any more, though, Aedon's attention was stolen about a new face in the guild that came up to greet him. He gave her a judging glare for a long moment without saying anything as if he were sizing her up. In reality, though, he was just trying to spook her a bit so he could demonstrate that he may look scary, but he could actually be a nice guy. That's when the cool smile came out to reassure her that she hadn't done anything wrong. He accepted her hand and said, "Tokihana, huh? I was wondering if I'd see any new faces around here. I'm Aedon Strom." He didn't expect her to recognize him, but by now he had become quite a household name. So it was likely she'd heard the name before. Then he turned to Faris, "Its about time you guys recruited another cute one."

Magnolia Free Market
Secret Purchase
Interaction: Shady Dealer
Magnolia with its considerable population had a robust economy to support its growth. Merchants could be found not only in high end shops or humble dwellings, but also on the street and in darker alleys. A society with enough money to go around, unfortunately, tended to draw the wrong crowd.

On Magnolia Free Market, a figure stood out from the crowd. The figure, despite the sun being high up in the sky, wore a dark cloak that hid all of his features as well as his eyes. Now, he would not be out of place in a shady alleyway somewhere, but walking around housewives and travelers?

The figure stopped at a street peddler's stall. The peddler, dressed shabbily, was as suspicious as the figure. If anyone heard their conversation, it would definitely be the last nail on the coffin.

"You have it?"
"New and fresh as ordered."
"Origin?"
"That isn't part of the deal."
"...you're lucky I still have other business to complete."
"Pleasure doing business with you as always."

The peddler handed over a package to the figure, who hastily stuffed it into his cloak and threw over a small money pouch. As if afraid of being found out, the figure ran into an alleyway, away from the market.

Further into the alley, the cloaked figure turned into a young woman. The black cloak disappeared. Her height decreased by several centimeters. The woman showed a smile full of desire toward the package in her hold.

SHE FINALLY GOT IT!

The masterpiece of Gourmet Chef Alfonso, Halloween Dinner Course Meat! Delicious Puffy Buffalo shaped into a gory human hand to fit the Halloween theme and she finally got it!

Viola had secretly been making her own arrangement for Halloween. Fake Blood Juice! White Bone Candy! And today, she would pick them all up and hide them in the old oven! Faris never used it since he bought the new one with adjustable temperature. She tightened her hold on the package. The arm slightly gave off the scent of blood.

This should be delicious! Viola unconsciously let out a slurp.

The more Bores wandered through the city of Magnolia, the more she began to recognize a few things she hadn't before. Such as the hundreds of Knights stationed around the city. What exactly were they? Well, wrong question. She knew what they were, they were Rune Knights. The first line of defense when it came to the Kingdom of Fiore. They were well versed in both hand to hand combat and magic, making them foes to be extremely wary of. But they were not meant to be sprinkled in Magnolia like icing on a cake, they were supposed to be protecting the kingdom. But no matter who she asked no one seemed to know why they were there, it seemed like Fiore itself had been put into a blissful illusion where its inhabitants were none the wiser of the world they were living in. Such naivety, holding so much hope and trust into those who were meant to protect them. In fact, it reminded her much like what she used to be. Too much like what she used to be.

Bores blew a large bubble of bubblegum and grimaced. "Damn... I'm starting to piss myself off." She couldn't be thinking about her old life, she had to keep moving forward! She had to keep moving forward. "My old life was crazy, a mess, fucking distorted. Incoherently destroying my sense of self, that's important." At this point, she was rapping to herself, although her skills were mediocre at best. "I been so high up so I could get fly up but I still gon hit that you know I'm much flyer, I rip that bih up no not protected, hit em from the back like the names - oof!" she was suddenly struck in the side, or more so bumped her, and then sent her to the ground. "Ouch!" she hissed, "Hey watch it!" She looked up then to see probably the most attractive girl she'd ever met. She was tall, muscular, scars over the exposed parts of her skin, not only that but she had the most beautiful smile Bores had ever had the glory to witness. Clear white skin but rough and calaced, she was no stay at home wife.

"Oh... Um... Was it that obvious?" she asked while giving a nervous laugh. She took the womans hand and pulled herself to her feet. "yeah I'd like that, if you showed me around that is." Bores was trying her best to stay calm, but on the inside she was absolutely freaking out. Everyone back at the church looked so similar. But her? God she was... Calm down Bores... Calm down.

Horus took one good long look around the tavern and was able to deduce well enough what had happened. There were multiple pieces of broken furniture, most of it was furniture that had broken before Horus tossed the man through the tavern doors, there were waitresses at the back either watching intently or shaking in fear, every male in the tavern was on the ground and unconscious or moaning in pain. Every male except for one man. He was draped in black clothing that almost seemed to mimic samurai armor. A long coat adorned with loosely fitted robes. The most noticeable thing to him, however, were the two scars on his face. One was extremely large while the other was smaller and hung by his cheek. Sword wounds most definitely... Not only that, his magic was potent. Or well, more so it seemed like his magic was concentrated. While most peoples magic felt like an aura, like they were swimming in it, his was concentrated into one point in his chest. His heart actually, maybe it was some kind of Lacrima? Whatever it was, it was strong. And as such, this guy... He must have been strong. "Damn that kind of sucks man." Horus said, "You hogging all the fun? You took everyone here on your own."

But then, the guy who was sitting down got up and started walking towards him. He mistook Horus for the Leader... and was going to attack him? "Hey, I appreciate a good fight more than anyone but I ain't-" before he could finish talking the man's fist came flying in Horus's direction, although it was... surprisingly slow. He moved to the side nonchalantly, and more so by habit than by will, he set a quick punch to his side. Although it wasn't a soft blow, he had a feeling this guy could take it, so he gave him a good powerful blow. He would have given more, but in the off chance he was wrong, he'd be arrested for murder.

Armin raised the hammer one more time, and with a loud bang, drove the nail into the wooden beam. He looked at his work and gave a nod of approval, climbing back down the ladder to the stable ground beneath him. He placed the hammer on the table next to him and moved the ladder away, looking up at the hanging skeleton puppet that was now a part of the rest of the collection of spooky Halloween decorations, including green witches and zombies missing limbs. Then again, he wasn't sure if the zombies were actually supposed to be missing parts or not, but that was how he found them. And it did add a little bit to the scare factor of them, since whatever piece was missing, he had added red ribbons to to make it seem like they were bleeding. All in all, he was satisfied with it.

He turned to the rest of the Hall. He had been working almost all day on putting up decorations to get the place into the spirit of the year, including carved pumpkins on each table, mannequins wearing costumes, and bats hanging down from the ceiling in random places. He had redone the small bar towards the back of the Hall to look like a "vampire bar", with a couple paper mache bats hanging from the ceiling behind the counter, and the regular mugs replaced with old-looking wooden goblets. He was proud of his work, though a couple people had complained about getting splinters in their lips from the new cups. Then again, that was the price of doing a good job. It wasn't his fault people wanted to take the easy ways out.

He looked down at himself, realizing he should probably decide on a costume to wear. His original plan had been to be a vampire, but he had remembered that he had been a vampire the year before, and to his knowledge the year before that. So maybe he should mix it up this time. He looked around, trying to find some inspiration, and then it struck him. A mummy. To his knowledge, he had never done a mummy before, and it was insanely easy to pull off. Just wrap a bunch of ragged clothes around you and walk around, moaning ominously. He looked into the deocrations box and saw a dirty old sheet inside, and pulled it out. A light smile on his face, he sat down at one of the tables and began to rip the sheet apart.

Wilson Hunt
DefensiveRemarkableEyas-size_restricted.gif
It didn't take long for them to arrive thanks to the incredible physical ability of Wilson. They managed to get there without being harassed by a single person. Mostly because none of them seemed to realize what had passed them. Which suited Wilson just fine. He hated the attention his appearance brought. He hated it so much he refused to post his picture in anything pertaining to their guild. Or even show his face a guild events. So for all everyone else knew Wilson Hunt could have been a senile man child with rabies....ok maybe not that but it could have been anyone is the point. The only people who knew where those in his guild, and the higher-ups he had to associate with.

Speaking of which, since they had made it to the meeting room. Wilson couldn't help become horribly aware that he was still carrying Patty. So in a panicked moment, he dropped her onto the floor. Falling seven feet might not have killed her, but it probably would have hurt a bit. Considering she didn't just catch herself with her air magic."Oh, apologies miss Patty," He timidly helping her up before turning and giving a Shy wave to Shyilia. Before stiffly moving to take a seat. Prepared to stand due to the lack of existing chairs a man of his stature could fit in, and...being pleasantly surprised to find a chair that would support his giant form. He took his seat happily and listened to the meeting.

When the report had been given, and Viera said her part, a dark sinister energy fell over the room as a creepy purple Aura poured from the body of the silent Wilson. He rose to his feet. His eyes also glowing a similar color. He had never felt so insulted in his life, nor could he believe the disrespect, and greed from the Blue Pegasus Guild Master. Also! Why didn't Shyilia ask him to team up first!? Weren't they friends!? Well, that last thing could wait for later. Wilson had more important things on his mind.

"What do you think you're doing? This is sad! Bringing forth the top four guild leaders, and for what? So you can tarnish the pride of our guilds? Sabertooth could easily handle this on our own! No need to bring in the others, or a lesser guild. Especially one that's so greedy it cares more about being paid than protecting the lives of those who live in Fiore."

Wilson spoke with much more confidence than normal. He only ever got this way when he felt the pride of his guild was being insulted. He had worked hard with his guild to land them the number one spot. He couldn't believe they would actually need any help with the cult of Zeref wannabes."I could take these pathetic lot out myself. I'm confident my guild could handle the job." With his part said Wilson dropped back in his chair, although his eyes didn't stop glowing, either to try and make a point about not budging on the matter, or just because he was still riled up, or possibly because now that he had said his part he felt silly for puffing his chest out like he tend to do.

(Currently: Still trying to defeat Horus )

.
There'd been little doubt in Ned's judgment about Horus sincerely being a proficient combatant. Despite this imposing 'criminal' possessing a war-torn body enshrouded in daunting scars that were faintly hinting at their past, Salbatore's belief was that these paling blemishes of his were only the consequence of his inexperience with regular combatants. Granted, a similar statement could be said about Ned himself, albeit this zombified 'creation' for all intents and purposes was wholeheartedly accepting of the idea of a man or woman's honed blade tearing through his muscle and flesh. But this was only for the sake of arrogantly demonstrating his abilities! Maradis's gift of 'immortality' was a blessing but also a curse for this matter, an absent worry of death admittedly granted him the strength to participate in numerous battles, yet, without fear of demise there was also a lack of determination when it came to survival, a natural instinct that had driven countless warriors to victory!

Ned's meager impulse to defeat this adversary plus his miscount proved to not only foreshadow his attack but make his fist miss completely, a foreseeable failure that by some means had baffled the Undead Swordsman as his bicep reached past Horus, Ned's knuckles only coming into direct contact with the empty space of air beside his face. "You're kidding me, I missed?!" Convinced that this misstep was just a discouraging fluke, Ned tried correcting his mistake by twisting his waist, inevitably causing his hand to be diverted back where Horus had been standing. This was again, another foolhardy mistake that had left him standing wide open for Horus, it was only understandable that he wouldn't let this opportunity slip past him!

Quaking through Ned's midsection was a devasting transfer of force after having his side battered, a combination of saliva and blood spurted out from his mouth as his side suctioned in. This man's intensity had been so great that it managed rattled Ned's ribs, breaking a good section of them and leaving his abdomen drawn into his body before he was harshly catapulted through the tavern's floor. Splintering chunks of wood-work were indiscriminately dispersed across the room, Santi's body acted kind of like a 'cannonball' as it tore through the flooring, practically shredding through a whole heap of oak panels as it divided the room's base in half. His momentum was soon to be impeded by the excessive amount of wood that painstakingly crashed against his backside, eventually adhering his body to the craggy timber that pierced through his other end and out the front, impaling him and reducing him into a what 'looked' to be a bloody corpse from a rational perspective. Hanging his head in a slumped posture, a faint gasp left his throat as clung his fingers onto the encompassing sections of intact floor that had 'consumed' him. "Haha!" Fits of laughter clamored out from Ned as he raised his head, any resemblance of pain was nonexistent as he forcefully tugged himself off the pieces of lumber penetrating through his body, a few squirts of blood could be seen squirting from his body after he'd raised himself back onto the stable platform with his feet.

"You bastard! If I was human that would've killed me!" The Homunculus's remark was lathering with pretension, in spite of his vain tone and the clear smugness carved into his expression, Ned was as a matter of fact fascinated at meeting someone out of the ordinary! He nearly felt remorseful mistaking Horus for a common runt after withstanding his tremendous blow, an energetic attack like that could've probably killed a Class C with ease, unfortunately for Horus, this wasn't a low-ranking foe he'd been facing off against. "Hmm, I can now see why you're their boss! You're definitely not 'normal', but I guess that makes two of us." Salbatore wanted to show this man just what kind of 'person' he was dealing with. Suspending his arms out to his side, Ned struck a theatrical pose as he revealed his open wounds now starting to seal as his grisly veins sprawled out, snapping his muscles and skin together while reforming his body back to its healthy status. "Wanna know the best part about this is? I can't feel a damn thing!" Maradis couldn't help but do a sarcastic 'huff' at her puppet's arrogance as she stepped to the corner of the room, useful as this 'unkillable' creation was, she was beginning to regret choosing someone so obnoxious. Meanwhile, in the background Sinny the lovable Tanuki was perched up on one of the nearby window's sill that conveniently looked outside of the tavern, he was happily lapping up his cup of warm coffee as they noticed a humongous group of concerned citizens outside of the building, who all must've been attracted to all the raucous happening inside. Unbeknownst to them, they were about to get the show of a lifetime as Ned was feeling a bit 'claustrophobic' and wanting to take him and Horus's disagreement outside, and without a moment to spare he skipped over the divide in the room and approached the bar's counter with a plan in mind.

This wasn't an appropriate place for people like them to fight, a closed-in area like this would only create a whole bunch of unnecessary damage to someone's establishment, not to mention accidentally killing the unconscious people laying on the floor from earlier! "How's about a drink? Here!" With the swift nudge of his heel against the serving table, Ned had unbolted the hefty counter from the ground and skidded it sideways before halting it with a 'snap' of his boot. "All of it's on me!" Smirking as he set relaxed his foot onto the furniture, it was clear that his intentions were far from 'kind' once he'd hammered his leg into the object, sending it hurtling towards him as it pressed through the air at an impressive speed. Upon realizing that Horus was someone who could take a beating, Ned didn't plan on reserving his drawn back strength although this didn't mean he was trying all that hard. If by any chance the bar's counter didn't send him tumbling out of the tavern and were to be evaded by Horus, Ned would immediately follow up his previous attempt with an incredible kick to the man's gut that would hurl him out the entrance, following one of these actions would be the 'Undead Swordsman' casually stepping outside with his hands thrown above his head in an apathetic stretch. "Really hope that didn't kill ya, i'd feel kinda bad if it did!" With a pep in his step, Ned swung his arms to his side and lept off the pub's steps, making sure to avoid all the pulverized debris that was blasted out from the 'face' of the Tavern.

“Smile in the face of adversity…” was the first lesson and last departing words of ‘Eon’. Prior mentor of the aspiring mage ‘Nevms Spindlewheel’ currently en route to “Magnolia Town”! Via a train running throughout Fiore, on a trip which felt like an eternity for the young aspiring mage. At long last, they arrived at the renowned merchant city of ‘Magnolia’, the home to the famous Mage Guild; Fairy Tail!

By his lonesome, Nevms had managed to get an entire compartment to himself by the end of the trip. The other passengers moving out, either being dropped off at previous stops or simply leaving out of discomfort as Nevms stuffed his face with food & slept most of the train ride off. Now, however, as they came nearer and nearer to Magnolia Nevms could do nothing but anxiously think about the path ahead of him, as he peered out of his compartment window to the stretched out land beyond. Nevms had come a long way from his rural town to the three-year arduous journey that started with leaving his home under the wing of Eon, and venturing into many lands outside of Fiore up onto the train he was on now. But now, it was time for him to find out if any of it would have been worth it and the main thought on his mind was; ‘Am I really able to do this? Or am I just going to fail, just like everyone else in my family before me did..?’

Though once they came around the bend, bringing the city of Magnolia into clear view awe and excitement swept into Nevms heart and then coming back out in a loud chant from the top of his lungs that was likely to give any passenger in a nearby compartment a mild heart-attack “Woooooaaaa~AAAAHH!!! IT’S AMAZING!!! BRAVO~ BRAVOO!~” he bopped & hopped around his compartment, causing a knock from one of the neighbors telling him in a hushing voice “Quiet down idiot!! Some of us are tryna’ get some shuteye here!” Embarrassed, Nevms collects himself and went back to sitting quietly by himself, peering out the window to Magnolia until they announced their stop...A few minutes pass by, and then the announcement came.

“Now stopping at Magnolia Town! Now stopping at Magnolia Town! Repeat! Stopping at Magnolia Tooown!”

Nevms burst up out of his seat, slinging a makeshift backpack made of a sack and some rope, over his shoulder and awkwardly barging his way through the compartment door ‘This is it! My first steps toward my dream!~’ he thought to himself as he bolted down the corridor, he took a sharp turn for the exit off the train, and with a leap of faith, a bright light! Nevms got his foot caught, and went tumbling forward.

“OOF! EEK! GAAH!”*CRASH* “Ooooowww~ I’m all goo-”

Before Nevms could say anything else, more passengers come bee-lining from the train and completely toppling over Nevms in their wake, either unaware or unconcerned that Nevms had been lying with his bleeding face in concrete…As the herd of passengers had finally cleared, and the train was ‘chooing’ off away to its next destination Nevms managed to peep out “Nevermind~” before picking himself back up from the ground, to his feet & dusting himself for the first, of what would be many times today “Well, I’d be lying if I said ‘so far, so good’ but...HORAYY! I made it, yay, yay, yay~” Nevms chimed to himself as he took his first steps into the streets of Magnolia, the place was bustling with life, all stripes of life could be seen when walking around with all kinds of different stores selling trinkets & items, all of which bewildering & reminding Nevms greatly of his father, who no doubt had walked these very streets of Magnolia in the past. All the ‘hustle & bustle’ of the city making it very easy for one to lose their bearings, especially on a first visit, and soon enough this exact thing happens to Nevms. With just a little bit of wandering, and a terrible sense of direction through means unbeknownst to even Nevms. Found himself taking ‘one too many’ wrong turns and completely lost in a maze of buildings. It was also at this moment he came upon a very important realization, stopping in his tracks, the look of internal frustration taking over Nevms aloof expression.
RhuF3s9YU9_xQhzAjImasHnLzueVqr5idv_UhFRiicojkED3N8mxIj_zklJWeKzU0op6hrefoPi1dKkvW4GXSAFe1etWwhtXJcDrcSRKr24PYVCWpv1A3RxoBxR4gdVJffUUKXtt

“Grrrrrr! I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHERE THE FAIRY TAIL PLACE IS!! Graaaahhh! And now I’m completely lost!! Awh man..” He shouted aloud in frustration, and now with no more stores or people in sight to ask for directions he found himself in a rut, his head hanging low in shame “I give up!” he declared dropping down & laying on the ground. Nevms had spent a while just laying around and feeling sorry for himself, but just as he began wondering to himself ‘Am I going to have to walk every street of Magnolia until I find it?’ he found himself staring to the top of the building towering over him; he had an idea! Getting back up to his feet once again, he got into position with his hands spread out into the air & chanting to himself “Weightless!” Swiping his hands down back to the ground, and up, up he went. Nevms body lifting from the ground, lifting into the air and sending him higher, meanwhile to properly scale up the building he had to flail his arms about and keep close to the structure, which ended up in him bumping his way up the building “Ow~ ow~ ow~ ow~” he continued until finally reaching the top, floating over he flailed helplessly in the air as he spun about attempting to get his positioning right before clapping his hands together and saying “Okay okay, not too early, not too late...Don’t diee..!~ Reset!”

His ‘weightlessness’ gone, he dropped onto the rooftop with a heavy thud as he had landed directly on his face “Oowwwww~ Man I need to work on that and now..So - heavy!~” struggling to get up from his face, Nevms felt like his body was trying to keep him on the ground. With some persistence, and time for the effects of ‘Weightless’ to wear off he got back to his feet, brushed himself off and looked over the ledge. Where he was able to take in all of Magnolia in all of its glory! “Whaaaaa!~” Nevms peeped in awe, his eyes sparkling as he took in the sights. His imagination spiraling wild of all the potential people he’d meet & adventures which would take place here, Magnolia was truly a city which laid rich with opportunity!

It was also at that moment, wherein the distance an orange building had stood out like a sore thumb among the rest of the City, and on its walls laid the crest of what Nevms had been seeking “There it is! The Fairy Tail guild hall! But...On..The...Other end of the city…” with a heavy sigh, he knew that now he was going to have to figure out a way down…

With some time passing, Nevms managed to make it most of the way down safely but at the last moment, lost his footing and causing him to yet again go tumbling to the ground. Landing flat on his face for what was the third time today, he picked himself back up & with the hope his fall didn’t cause him to lose all sense of direction marched forward...Nevms would go onto take many more wrong turns, and losing his direction but through some miraculous turn of events. Nevms eventually finds his way, and finally stumbling upon the entrance to the esteemed, ‘Fairy Tail’ Guild Hall!
“Fiiinaaaallllyyyy!!!!~”

Nevms took a moment to catch his breath, and soak in the moment ‘This is it, now it’s the time I join a Mages guild of Fiore! Just have to...What if they don’t like me? What if they heard about my family? WHAA! What if I fall on my face again!? I should try to make a strong first impression...’ putting one foot in front of the other, with an anxious heart Nevms forced a toothy smile as he abruptly barged open the guild doors, and going in announcing aloud with both of his arms waving back & forth above his head

“I AMM HEEERREEEE TO JOIIN!!!”

Fairy Tail Guild Hall
Conversing
Interaction: Aedon, Tokihana, Nevms
"So it really is an infiltration quest?" Faris showed a sly smile. It had been a shot in the dark, but Aedon admitted it himself. "I was just guessing, you know."

The S rank Mage acted tough, but he sometimes drew conclusions too quickly. Teasing him a bit was never a herculean effort. Faris slid the mug of beer over to Aedon when he asked. Please. It wasn't as if the guild lacked drunkards around. He never touched alcohol and Aedon knew it.

Tokihana, the new recruit, introduced herself to Aedon. She was one of the latest member of the guild, registered before Guild Master left for Era. He wasn't too close with her, though he had seen Viola chatting with her in several occasions. Beyond smiling, he didn't know respond to Aedon's remark.

At that moment, another person appeared at the entrance. He was dressed strangely in a loose robe without any shirt on. A weighty necklace of round beads adorned his neck. Normally, his shout would be answered by boisterous cheers and laughter. However, as Aedon's presence quietened the hall down, his shout was akin to a shout to a cave. It overwhelmed the soft murmurs and resulted in more comments. Eyes in the guild, either discreetly or openly, went toward Aedon.

"Mm, this is a bit troublesome. The guild master isn't here," Faris murmured to himself. His hands moved into a blur. The shape of the tablecloth was now clear to see. The corner of the cloth was decorated with tattered fabric sewed into patterns.

Before she could even receive a response from the Council Member she felt an ominous aura flow through the chamber. She turned her head, giving the Mad Titan a bemused look with a smirk coating her lips. The man needn't even speak for her to realize she struck a nerve. The visibly purple aura emanating from him was more than enough to get that point across. Her gaze followed the man as he got to his feet. From her seat he positively towered over her, yet all she did was fold her hands in her lap and stare silently up at the man, that smirk still holding firm on her features. As her fellow Guild Master finally spoke she couldn't help but tilt her head and raise her eyebrows at his little speech, letting out a little 'Wow' as he carried on. The man barely finished his tirade before Viera was forced to bring the back of her hand to her mouth as a small, slightly contained laugh slipped out. "Do calm down, Willy. We are all aware of Sabertooth's strength. Though I wouldn't agree with the notion of it being the strongest." That last sentence was quieter, as if she was trying to keep the man from hearing. Though it was loud enough, and the glint in her eyes obvious enough, to show that was hardly the case.

Lowering her hand from her mouth she waved it dismissively through the air as she continued. "I am more than certain my dear Guildmates could deal with this without the aid of a gaggle of rowdy cats. But you see, Willy, the difference between you and I is that I value my members. They chose Blue Pegasus, not Fiore's military. If you want to selflessly sacrifice yourself for Queen and Country then you are in the wrong profession, Honey. If my people wish to help out, then they shall do so. If they choose to do so pro bono then that, as well, is fine. But I will not order them to jump up every time the Council asks."

She held her gaze on the man for several seconds before shifting her position and recrossing her legs as she diverted her focus back to the council member. "A Guild doesn't fund itself. We still need to eat, to have a roof over our heads. Surely the esteemed Council can understand the plight of 'Lesser Guilds'." She shot the towering giant a smug sidelong glance at the remark. "So if you are done with your little tantrum there seems to be little left beyond the good Councilman's final word." With her piece finished she leaned back in her chair, once again folding her hands in her lap as she waited for the older man to finally get his two Jewel in, or for the Mad Titan to huff some more. Whichever came first.

Patricia C. O'Shae

When they entered the meeting room, Patty didn't recognize either of the new guild masters; as she hadn't met them yet. Her attention was especially drawn to the one she assumed was from Fairy Tail based off of what she had heard. Shyilia, being of a rather similar race to the fairies, brought mixed feelings as glimpses of the past flashed in Patty's mind. Nonetheless she was happy that beings like Shyilia still existed and felt a sort of connection to her. She hoped they could be friends. The expression on her face from the thoughts was quickly wiped away, though, as she was suddenly dropped like forgotten goods. Patty caught herself and shot back up with a dazed look. She adjusted the witch hat on her head and straightened her halloween costume before feeling around her gold to make sure it was all still there. It was as if she could tell something was missing just by feel. That's how well she knew her gold.

She flew up to the table, not needing a chair as she had her pumpkin to sit on. As the briefing began, she was hardly surprised by what was said. She waited to hear what some of the reactions were before speaking herself. She was a bit surprised by the disparity in opinions, so she quickly butt in and said, "Miss Viera is right. Our guilds aren't charity organizations. My guild isn't in the business of IOU's either. Saving the world is your job, not ours. You want help, you'll need to hire us. That's just how these things work."

Miles leaned his head back against the couch, smoking his cigarette trying to fall into one of his deep sleeps, though the girls high pitch voice didn't help at all. She was excited to be amongst true mages, not along mages from Sabertooth. Katherine was unsurprisingly nice to the newly, young mage, even as she told her about joining. Though Miles couldn't help but chuckle as Lexi thought about joining the guild. "Ima be honest with you kid, getting into this guild ain't really that easy as you think. You'll first have to impress our brutish guild master in his little Manhunt kind of test." He said before blowing smoke into the air above them. "Seeing how you're extremely new at this mage thing, and haven't had any form of training, I doubt you'll have any much of a chance in being accepted straight out the jump. Just being honest." Miles said still looking up at the ceiling. He new the words that came out his mouth, probably did come out sort of harsh, but if she was seriously thinking about joining, then those words would be motivation for her. Horus .... did not expect that. He knew he was strong and that this guy was strong, as such he'd tried to give him a moderate punch. But it'd obviously been too much. Actually, no that couldn't be right. This guy was ripped, when he punched him it felt like he was punching a brick wall, not only that, he was heavy. Much, much too heavy for someone of his size. Hitting him should have been the equivalent to hitting someone like Miles, or someone around his size. But... This felt like he was punching Wilson. No, not as heavy as Wilson... Himself? That's the best comparison he could give. Someone who had worked that hard couldn't possibly have been hit by something that slow. It almost seemed like he let it happen. His body wasn't tense at all. His muscles were loose and he held up no type of guard. The guy was flung back into the wooden floor of the Tavern, making a loud booming noise that was followed by the echoes of cracking wood. Horus almost began to worry he'd caused permanent damage, but instead of hearing groans of pain, he heard... a laugh? To Horus's surprise, the man raised his head up with a smile, not a hint or anything to even let one assume he felt pain. But... he was definitely hurt. There were multiple pieces of wood impaled through his body like pins on a ragdoll, blood was pumping from his body like a leaky faucet. He should have been groveling in pain. And yet he wasn't.

Horus watched the man continue to speak, but couldn't help but notice that once again he was mistaken. For some reason, he assumed that Horus was the boss of these goons. But Horus would never do that, for one he'd never lead a group of mages that were this weak. "Hey guy I think you have something wrong." He said, "I guess I'm not normal, but I ain't no one's boss." His voice was quickly lost to him when the man did his next action, however. He was... healing. No, people didn't heal like this. He was regenerating? And then his next words confirmed Horus's previous thoughts. He didn't feel any pain. The wood exited his body and showed exposed skin beyond ripped clothing. But out of all of this, the one thing that shocked him the most was his scars. How could someone who could regenerate... Have scars? It made no sense to him. But this confirmed one more thing for him at least, and that was that he was no ordinary guy. No wonder he just let that attack hit him. What's the point in dodging anything if you neither feel pain nor do any lasting wounds, well, last. "Hey guy... What the hell are you?" He asked with a wicked grin on his face. This was definitely going to get... interesting. From there the guys tone shifted, while he asked him for a drink, Horus doubted that he'd get anything to drink (sadly). In a fluid motion, a piece of furniture was flung at Horus at a speed that no normal person could pull off. Horus quickly raised his foot, tapping the top of the wooden and then slamming the piece of furniture back into the ground. When he looked up, he saw a black foot flying straight at him.

Horus reacted quickly, dropping his elbow to soften the impact. However, the kick still pushed him back, sending him flying outside of the tavern through the broken tavern doors. Horus skidded across the ground and crashed against a large bin of trash. Panic ensued outside as people tried their best to separate from the large man. And to most people, this would have seemed like exactly what Ned had thought. That Ned was currently fighting some mob boss type man, Ned portrayed as the kind brave hero, and Horus as the gloomy and dark villain. Horus pulled himself to his feet, dusted himself off, and spat at the ground. "Alright, I'll apologize for one thing." He grinned and slammed his fist into the opposing open palm. "That hit I gave yah... It nearly wasn't enough. I mistook you for some random samurai brat, but you've actually got some substance don't you?" Horus raised a hand and patted his stomach. "Do that again. I need to check something."

Yamato watched the events unfold as the stranger stepped in to take down the other two thugs in a swift and controlled manner. Needless to say he was impressed by the show of skill the individual had performed. He had heard what one of the attackers said, claiming the stranger to be known as "Sparrow." This was a name that had certainly been heard by him before. But yet to his knowledge, this sparrow was known to be a man? This claim was further supported when the stranger had said so themselves with a convincingly masculine voice. "Oh! My apologies sir. I could've sworn you looked a little different at a distance. I hope I haven't offended you in any way." Yamato moved over to the man his clone had taken hostage and removed the bag from his grasp. "As for you... We can't just have you running around causing trouble can we?" The mage made a chopping motion with his hand, striking a pressure point right between his neck and shoulder, essentially knocking him clean out. The clone had dissipated and returned to the light it came from. "Well either way you needn't worry about these brutish individuals here. If they were that desperate for a little food I'm sure they'll be well cared for in prison." Yamato handed the bag back to Sparrow before proceeding to introduce himself. He smiled and performed a formal bow. "I am Yamato Vandalay Kotobuki. An S class mage of Blue Pegasus~" He said as he straightened up and showed the mysterious man his mark on the back of his right hand. "You are Sparrow correct? I've heard rumours about a man named as such causing trouble for all the dark guilds in Fiore. Though I hope you wouldn't mind relinquishing your real name? Unless you'd prefer not to, I won't judge you for that."

Lucius had continued to browse the various market stalls when he spotted the figure in the dark cloak. In his experience, people who dressed like that always had some kind of nefarious intentions, dressed in dark colours, standing out from the normal people, generally had a bad attitude towards life. The mages train of thought then stopped for a minute as it thought over the irony of what he just thought and how it described him perfectly... fair enough, he was smart enough to recognize and accept his own faults, and besides, his escapade did tend to finish with, what most would describe as, nefarious intentions.

The mages' gaze followed the figure until they arrived at a stall belonging to an equally shady looking individual, definitely suspicious. Lucius could really make out their conversation, he could tell they were keeping it short and concise, which was typical of shady business transactions, though to do so so brazenly out in the open like that, they were either very stupid, or they had hand in peoples pockets. Yes, that must be it! They were probably part of some major crime syndicate which controlled the city via corrupt leadership, it was the only logical explanation.

Lucius then snapped out of his little theorising moment when he saw the cloaked figure dash for a nearby alleyway, had they spotted him? Regardless, he couldn't afford to let them get away, the mage briskly walked towards the alleyway, as to avoid making a big scene, before peering down to observe the figure, only to see her transform. It certainly explained why she wasn't bothered about getting caught. He then caught the unmistakable scent of blood. What the hell did she have in there?! Part of a body to dispose of perhaps, given the time of year it could be easier hidden anywhere, it could have been used as decoration, hell, it could have been served up to someone as a Halloween dinner for all he knew.

Deciding he needed to take action, Lucius snuck into the alley, intending to jump and apprehend the shapeshifter before she could get away. He'd ducked behind a pile of boxes that were conveniently placed in the alley and was almost ready to jump when squark! and he turned to see one of the worlds most horrifying creatures... a pigeon! Completely forgetting about his self imposed mission, Lucius lept away from the boxes with a loud yelp, blowing his cover.

Lexi listened intently to Katherine's words, taking a mental note of everything she's saying, even though she might forget a good amount of it by the next day, but nonetheless she still paid attention. "The Guild Master put's you all through a test? Wow! I'd expect nothing less from the number one guild in Fiore! I bet it MUST be difficult to pass!" However, Lexi started to calm herself down a little. Thinking she might be taking on more than she could handle right now. After all this is the number one guild in Fiore! The victor of the most recent Grand Magic Games! Lexi was just newly awakened to her abilities. But in the midst of her about to doubt her own abilities, the sound of laughter drew her attention, only to see the same red haired man on his favourite couch doing the doubting for her. Was this supposed to be a sign for her to step down and go home before she gets hurt? Or was he looking to achieve something else? Well whatever it was... All Lexi heard was a challenge. The girls eye's lit up with the determination to prove Miles wrong. "Yeah... Your right! I am new! But I'm still gonna pass! I've been told my abilities were unique from many others. As for who told me that? Well... You'll soon see!" Lexi grabbed one of the stones from her pocket, holding it in plain sight for all to see, the stone had a carving of a turtle's shell on it. "Let me show you what I can do!" Lexi removed the eye-patch covering her right eye, revealing her golden Iris.

Not long after both her eye and the stone started to glow a beautiful golden light as she started chanting. "Auspice Genbu. The wise and eldest of all. Bless me with your fount of knowledge and experience!" The energies within the stone started to glow even brighter, eventually enveloping both it and lexi before it died down again to reveal a small floating tortoise. "Salutations everyone! I am Genbu. The elder of all the auspices." Given that Lexi hardly had time to rest since she recovered from recently passing out, she started to feel weak again and pulled out a chair to sit down before she ended up in the same position as last time. "(Pant) (pant) T-there... I'd summon someone a little bigger but, I thought it best not to... Scare anyone... heh heh...." That was a complete lie, she had two main reasons not to summon Byakko. One was because that she wouldn't be able to handle it in her current weakened state and two... She wasn't ready to face him after passing out as a result of encountering him. "Ah Alexa! Glad to see you up and about. Once Byakko was back in the celestial world he told me all that happened. Is it true you passed out from fear after looking at him once?" Lexi suddenly got riled up again. Which was a surprise to Genbu given her current state. "DON'T SAY THAT!!!"

So much for keeping the test a secret. Now Lexi knew kind of what it was. Granted, the Manhunt test was something rough to go through, but there are still ways to prepare for such a test. It was a reason why Kathy wasnt saying much about it. Though, Lexi had some strong ambitions and it was as if there was nothing to get her down. That was a spark that guilds always looked for and since she was here, on top of being a fan of Sabertooh...There was a chance she could be brought in, considering if she got through the test or not. If she failed...Kathy would feel like they lost some potential that could have been in their guild. However, Lexi's power was something unique, but also similar to Celestial magic. The S class covered her eyes when the bright light filled the room and once gone, she peeked to see a Turtle floating in mid air and Lexi now sitting in a chair, weak once again. "You should not summon anything if you're weak..." she simply stared before looking at the turtle once again "Afraid of her own summonings...? That must be hard to handle..." okay she was being a bit too honest. But it was true, if you were scared of your own power...what's the point of using it? "Scaring the Sabertooth guild with a simple summoning really wont work..."

While Lexi had her own seat, Katherine moved to the couch that Miles had been sitting in and placed herself next to him, putting her hands in her lap "You can stick around if you please... Just know that civilians cant stay here after we close..." after all, cant have thievery happening in this guild...If it did happen, that culprit will be met with many angry Mages. Lionel had hopped off her shoulders and sat beside Kathy, curling up and taking his dragon nap. Her purple eyes shifted from her loyal companion, back to Lexi, her ears fully open to listen.

A shout. Viola whipped her head backward. Someone was following her. And what she saw was a man in all black clothing, dressed up like it was Halloween already. She narrowed her eyes. Fellow Halloween enthusiast, eh? She knew some people were also after the Dinner Course Meat. If he thought she would give in just from a little threat, he was dead wrong!

"Nice job tracking me down, scary boy," Viola teased him. "but you should take something more on your expertise. Like pigeons."

The tails of her hat hardened. Viola dashed forward, turning left and right down the complicated alleyway with the support of her tails. Her hands were crossed over her chest, protecting the Dinner Course Meat. See if he could chase after her in this part of town. She knew the maze of Magnolia like the back of her hand

Akagi
She noted the lady’s eyes wandering across what skin was bared on her body. It wasn’t a rare enough reaction to get much of a response from her- she had had a many few others’ eyes observing her. The muscles, the scars, the bandages- she wasn’t exactly that plain, even in a world full of sterling mages. She still couldn’t compare to the likes of Hunt, Ned, and Horus, though. Those guys were what she would call the peak of performance. However, it was clear that she was looking her over not because of the trials and hardships she had to go through, but rather...something else. Akagi rubbed her neck sheepishly. She wasn’t too used to being in the center of attention like this. Usually it was the others like Katherine that got all the attention of the guys (and some of the girls). After all, she was just the Executioner, no more, no less. What others saw in her was a monster, or at least a friendly one. ‘Course, this lass wasn’t from around here. Though, she’d cut the lady some slack- she wasn’t from around here, and her response only confirmed it. She didn’t know what or who Akagi was.

Still, it was quite uncomfortable for her to be under observation like this. She needed to get the lady’s mind off anything other than herself. With an expert sweep of her hand, she dusted her coat over her body, cutting the lady’s view of her abdominals and took her by the hand with her own gloved one, tugging her along down the road. “Well, then, what are we waiting for, huh? Let’s get the tour goin’!” They were still around the outskirts, so the next best place was, maybe the bar that she frequented with Ned? But the bar this early? Hm. She had to think of something else. She could serve to distract the lady with other small talk while she thought about it. “Hey, I didn’t catch your name back there. As much as I’d like to just call you ‘pretty lady’, it doesn’t do you much justice. Got something better that’s worth callin’ you?

Maybe to someone else, this was what was considered flirty. Not to Akagi. Everyone deserved kind words, and this lady, stranger or not, was no different. The one-eyed executioner found that, through interactions with Ned, that such distractions could easily lift someone’s spirits, or at least inspire some confidence in them. Ned was, however, clearly trying to get in their pants. The bright smile on her face as she said these words, however, were meant, very clearly to offer praise while asking for a name.

Tokihana kept her hand outstretched, her eyes locked with his and a pleasant smile still tugging at her lips. His little staring contest didn't seem to bother her in the slightest. After what seemed to be ages the man finally dropped the intimidation act and took her extended hand with a smile. Her own smile grew slightly as she shook the man's hand. Aedon Strom, the man's name rang a bell, she'd heard it mentioned here n there in the guild but beyond that it was no different than any other introduction. "Nice to meet you, Aedon." She let go of the man's hand, a laugh slipping past her lips at his quip to Faris.

"When I saw an Ad in the paper saying Fairy Tail was looking for 'cute new recruits' I just knew I was perfect for the job!" If it was possible for the little ball of fluff on the stool to roll it's eyes, it probably happened. Eishi was quick to get to it's feet and hop down to the ground, padding over to Tokihana's side and nudging at her calf causing her to glance down. "Oh, right, and this is Eishi, my familiar." She seemed to almost puff up her chest in pride at the mention of the creature being her familiar. With the introduction Eishi deftly moved up the girl's body until he was perched upon her shoulder. Before she could continue speaking the doors to the guild slammed open as some kid burst through, screaming at the top of his lungs about wanting to join.

She leaned to the side, peering around Aedon's towering form to look at the intruder. His entrance had left the entire hall silent as many of it's inhabitants looked to Aedon. Their stares prompted her to follow suit, mostly out of curiosity for why they were staring at him. Though it didn't take long for her to guess he was in charge of new recruits with the Master gone. With a small shrug she stood back straight, returning her focus to Aedon as she lazily pointed to the door. "Guess you better deal with that, then."
