Personality: Atsuko is a quite young girl in her mid teens, Atsuko is also very kind and can be a bit hard to get some sense into she dosnt really socialize much so her social skills are very poor.


Abilities:


Restraint-ability to cast a binding restraint on a target. This ability appears to take the form of invisible chains.


Severance- Cut off the bonds between a human and things/other people.


Boundary- a border line to protect her master from who knows what.

Atsuko's is a regalia belonging to Quincy ( @Yaboku God of War ). Atsuko was found by Quincy as a human looking figure but Atsuko revealed her self to Quincy that she was a regalia, scince then Atsuko has been protecing Quincy as her regalia.

Other: (Such as weapons, your home, things that are relevant to your character in the RP.) Atsuko lives with Quincy. Atsuko has an ombre purple hair but its just dye. Atsuko has long black hair

Biography: Quincy grew up always running away from her parents. By doing this she ended up just growing apart from them she didn't want them in her life and they definitional didn't want her in their lives. They always made this clear to her the moment she learned how to speak and understand words at least that's when she remembered. So one day after the regular yelling and fights her dad and mom had they decided to take their anger out on they're own daughter. Calling her any name possible to hurt her and after they left Quincy just packed her stuff and left them behind. Not even thinking about looking back or leaving a note. Its been at least three years since she seen her parents they not a single missing person report has been filed for her. This made her happy it meant she never had to go back to her so called home. But with no here to go and nothing to eat with only limited clothing she had to resort to stealing. Well this worked for her she had to problem doing this and actually left a small thank you note every time. Of course she wasn't a master thief that stole diamonds it was just small items like food and any other essentials needed to live. Of course this didn't last long and she was caught one day. Then all she knew was she was at the police station with an angry manager frowning at her. Quincy said the truth that she did steal and explained why. But something strange happened the manager just said okay and dropped the charges. Still confused the girl screamed herself to sleep every night thinking about her past and present situations. Only one night she realized what happened that she had the power to pretty much make someone death just by her screams. This happened as someone tried kidnapping her she screamed right into his ear causing it to bleed. Running she ended up finding a town it was pleasant to her. Nice and peaceful change from her life and she knew she had to make the most of it managing to get a job at a local coffee shop the girl saved enough money for an apartment. Finally improving her life the girl was walking to work one day and found a girl walking up to her and talking she learned the girl was a regalia and took her in. Not knowing when it would be useful and not even thinking about it she just enjoyed the company.

She's a bit shy of new people. Always keeping her head down not wanting to talk much. But minus what she looks like or her blank expression if you get to know her well enough she's a caring person that wants to keep her friends safe. She'll always be the shoulder you can cry on and she always wants to do her best to help.


Abilities:

Echo Location: Just like a bat she can send out a screech that'll come back and she can see the room around her. This works best at night of if something is covering her eyes.


Disorient Screech: If anyone close to her that isn't covering their ears they'll hear her screech causing them to lose focus for a couple of minutes. It depends on the longer she does it how long the affect last. But if she does it to long she can make the person go death or just cause their ears to bleed. Same with her minus the going death part but her ears will start to bleed and she'll end up going unconscious.


Bleeding Eye: The name of it is as shown. Quincy has to build up the scream in order to make this work and which it takes hours to do. She can end up making someone start bleeding from their eyes killing them. Of course this can be countered with noise canceling headphones or anything else to block the noise. Like loud music and etc. of course she doesn't want to kill anyone so she never uses this unless its a last resort. (I'll take this out if its to op just tell me)
