backstory:
Maria was one of the first experiment conducted by Sandra and Mar'zrok Gorlso alongside Chrono using a new design for AI based on Neten brain patterns, within a nanite construct the original idea was to produce an expert infiltrator/scout, and a possible assassin, everything ran smoothly until well one issue was finding the girl couldn't exactly process the abstract too well, later down the track it was realised that if they made a younger program it would fair somewhat butter thus her little brother T.A.R.I.C was created to complement her abilities. and being one of the oldest experiment shes watched most of the other grow up, and seeing Chrono leave was somewhat hard for the poor construct, thusly getting more attached to all the others not really wanted to see them leaving either. thusly when her "twin" brother came back she was overjoyed and happy to join in with the project he was pulling together. with mom and dads blessing

maria's personality is like that of a teenager in some sense, she's a little grouchy at times, but overall shes a caring individual that just tries to make sure everyone is safe and ok... even if it put her in harms way she does have a bigger soft spot for taric as he was made to be her little brother after all... even if he's an absolute handful she loves him just as much as any of her other siblings

backstory:
taric was the second attempt at using neten brain pattering on a nanite construct, originally the nanites used for taric were meant to be used as a planetary purging weapon, although they where repurposed although some of the old programmings still remains, designed to be able to think more abstractly he was introduced to his "big sister" maria and they have been close ever since. tagging along with his sister wherever she went.. he is a bit of a handful though

personality:
taric is definitely childish even though he's 20 always curious and hoping form one subject to another as easily as someone changes cloths, to be fair much of this distraction and jumpy/energetic behaviour is done to surprise the nanites original intention when he does focus the boy is ruthlessly efficient, he has a great connection to his older sister... trusting her alot... especially since he tends to get the both of them into trouble alot...
abilities:
Taric is a lot more destructive then his older sister having a larger verity of weapons systems that are slowly unlocked as threat increases if taric can focus enough to realise its a threat capable of interfacing with certain pieces of military hardware, along with being able to shift to a smaller assault drone/one man speeder if the situation calls for it.

strengths:
hight degree of firepower compared to his sister plus superior accuracy
is capable of getting int small places... being made of nanites thusly able to damaging things from the inside out
is hard to damage
capable of interfacing with certain pieces of weaponry and military hardware
weaknesses:
incredibly easily distracted buy stuff since... well he's still a child
has an inferior firewall to his sister and is susceptible to virus attack

Name: Chrona Mancer.

(Standing 6ft 2 and weighing 186lbs Chrona is lean and fit.

Role: Both...

Backstory: About 27 years ago chrona was brought to the facility after immediately going into shock upon birth. His mother was a chemical junkie and it looked like the kid was destined to die at an early age. Miraculously he made it throigh the night and as the ship passed the research station for fuel they passed the young kid off to the facility itself. Chrona was that kid and its a good thing he was taken to the laboratory. Turns out the mother and child were both infected with a nasty disease that lied dormant bidding and waiting to rapidly age them into dust. The mother left and was probably doomed by now...but the boy was able to be cured and a strange trait of the virus we discovered by the researchers.

In the end Chrona was deemed an experiment as the study into his virus's make up were performed. The best way to save him would be to alter his dna to match that of the virus and to funnel energy into the boys cells. The end result was Chrona being able to control the way time flowswithin and around himself.

Though it took him years, eventually he learned to utilize this power in a variety of ways with the main one being self time dialation which allowed him to cram weeks of research into a span of a few hours. Growing up in the lab his relationships with the researchers and fellow subjects were always good which in turn made him never want to leave. So he spent alit of time with his "mother" studying a variety of physics, engineering, and learning all he could about the latest and greatest space age technology.

However his time with his mother also did something else. Hearing her tales of combat and war he missed some of the message. While his mother spoke of the joys of peace he basically learned that war was inevitable. Due to this he also pursued military and tactical expertise even leaving the lab to find the best teachers he could and actually get a taste of conflict. He returned about fuve years ago and was promptly granted a job by his "mother" and "father" becoming the field research coordinator. He has spent the last 3 years working on a special project for his mother.

Personality: Chrona is a very relaxed and laid back man who acts as if he has all the time in the world. He is usually found sipping red wines in his down time or working on some type of field tech for fellow researchers. He does seem to have a soft spot for his fellow test subjects and is actually very good at helping to master and catalogue their abilities. All that said he still seems to struggle with the knowledge he gained of his birth family while he was traveling the cosmos. A burden he has yet to allow anyone to bear with him.

abilities:
Time manipulation (Self)- Chrona has the remarkable ability to manipulate the way time flows through him and his own location in his time line. Using this ability he can apply a wide range of applications to it. From halting his own aging process to adjusting his age from an old man to a child on a whim. He can tempoarily negate the effects of bleeding and poisons by rewinding to a few minutes before the introduction of the wound. Using this power he could theoretically live forever as long as he is not killed. His most commonly used and versatile application of this ability however is his time dialation field which slows time up to ten meters around him while allowing him to move at a normal rate. To an onlooker this looks as if he is moving with incredible speed. The levels and duration of the dialation shift in tandem with him. The more powerful the dialation the less time he can use it for. For example dialating time to be able to react to bullets is far easier and requires less energy than dialating time to be able to react to lasers. However both are within his range.

strengths:
Strategy- Having alot of time to think has its perks to it. Chrona can plot and strategize as if his brain were a super computer, though it has more to do with extra time to think, patience and a naturally high intelligence.

Combo master- Wether training others or engaging in combat itself combos are usually all about timing and that is something that Chrona is a absolute master at. Avoiding and settong up and executing combos is easy and comes as second nature to him.

weaknesses:
Speed of thought- Power must be triggered by his thought when his power not active he has base human stats.

Damage- Being injured or ill makes it hard for Chrona's power to work As he must focus.

Other: Chrona weilds 2 weapons. A plasma sword and a laser pistol. Both of which are very small and compactable so as to remain hidden on his person with no bulges or tells to show where they are.​

Name: Stephanie 'Tiffany' Hyun

backstory:
Stephanie spent her early childhood on Earth in a working class family as an only child. Her parents loved her more then anything in the world and would do almost anything to see her smiling face. When she was at least three-years-old, her life was turned upside down when Police showed up at her house. It wasn't to have one of those nice conversations either. Her Mother was not coming home. Her grieving father soon faced a downward spiral; he lost his job, their home was foreclosed and they were forced into low-income housing. He had fallen into a deep depression, resorting to smoking and alcohol to ease the pain. Not even six months later...he didn't come home either. Rather then Police showing up like before when her Mother died, a group of mysterious people, came by and picked her up to 'take her to stay with a relative'. But that ended up being a complete lie and she was taken to a Science Facility in space.

As they were entering the Facility, the people who picked her up noted something strange. When they picked her up, she had a few cuts and bruises, but as soon as they arrived, they all seemingly healed up. Intrigued, the Scientists took Stephanie in. The downside was that she had to sustain bodily harm in order for the Healing Factor to take effect for the Scientists to analyze it. Rather then flat-out harming her, she was instead introduced to sports like American Football, Soccer, Basketball among a plethora of others. Some of the more dangerous sports, like Rugby and Hockey, allowed the scientists to maximize their study and analysis, as she sustained broken bones and lost teeth. While cuts and bruises were healed in a matter of hours, broken bones and fractures took several days if not a week, depending on the broken bone. For instance, she broke her finger while playing Basketball. For a normal human being, it would take three to four months. For Stephanie, it took only a fraction of the time; three to four days. While continuing to experiment on her healing factor, studies would reveal two weaknesses; she is vulnerable to extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold, there was no discrimination and that she had a particularly bad reaction to Alcohol when there was a test and attempt to speed up healing with rubbing alcohol. However, the opposite happened and her healing factor shut down while she suffered the consequences of an allergic reaction. From puffing out in hives to having trouble breathing, it was just bad all around. If not for cutting edge medical care, Stephanie would have been done for.

Due to Physical Therapy and most of her tests and experiments involving sports, Stephanie got to develop reasonable athletic ability and it was soon discovered that she also had Superhuman Agility and Reflexes. Although not as developed as her Healing Factor, Sports and Engagement in Physical Activity accelerated the development and helped that power evolve. As the years passed, the Science Team continued to monitor her abilities. As she reached her teenage years, the Science Team did take notice that her Healing Factor had Anti-Aging properties, but could not prove if it would provide her with a longer life expectancy, but studies would continue to find out.

Once she had reached adulthood, her time as a lab rat continued. Having no where to go and not really knowing what to do, she just kept going with the experiments. The latest one was to see if her healing factor could have any effects during pregnancy. After successfully going through IVF (In vitro fertilisation), Stephanie was ready for the next experiment. However, there wasn't much to do aside from monitoring the baby's growth as well as Stephanie's health. Early on, the baby showed no signs of inheriting its mother's abilities or traits. Although she was quicker to recover from cramps, contractions and other negatives, Stephanie experienced pregnancy just as any other woman aside from the likely hood of going past forty weeks of gestation.

Currently, Stephanie is in her third trimester and in the final stages of gestation. With only three to five weeks left, Stephanie is more nervous then ever.

personality:
As a child, Stephanie had the brightest smile and was the happiest little girl, but all that changed when she was fourteen after her Mother passed away. Because her Father passed away not long after, she began developing a fear of getting attached to anyone in fear that they will leave her. The only thing that she is attached to now, is the unborn baby within her womb. The idea of losing the baby scares her deeply and she would do almost anything to protect him/her.

Appearance: He is a well looking boy. Dark brown eyes, and a dark brown hair, short, but somewhat messy. He often wears a white outfit, which was mandatory in the laboratory to easily identify him.

Backstory: [I'll finish later].

Personality: He is quiet, shy, and often doesn't get along with people. Sometimes it is hard for him to understand why people behave in certain way, and that's the reason why he tries to avoid them. Well, social interactions are somewhat tiredsome to him, and, he is also sometimes afraid of them, especially aliens, especially the most ugly ones. He enjoys reading, about science and math. He enjoys silent places, and silence in general.

Abilities:
Telekinesis. Can move objects with his mind.

Strengths:
He would lift around 10 tons using his powers. With more than that, it would already be really difficult, and with around 15~20 he probably can't lift anymore.
Can also apply pressure, or shear stresses in structures/objects.

Weaknesses:
If the object is too heavy, he probably won't be able to lift it (as said above).
Also, if the object is too fast, he might not be able to do something in time (even if it is light) (eg.: A bullet).
If he has to toss/throw an object to fast, he might not be able to even if it is a relatively light object.
If he has to do complex maneuvers, like moving too many objects at the same time with some precision, he probably will not be able to do it, or might required too much concentration.

She is of petite frame, standing tall at 5’3”, with a fairly balanced frame, although slightly more pear-shaped, with odd, digitigrade structured legs and a thin tail with a feathered tip to match the fanning avian span of her ears. The bright markings tattooing her skin correlate to the star she comes in range of.

Role: Staff, a janitor who doubles as a mechanic, basically. 7-8 years working now.

Backstory: Zuri spent the short decade of her adolescence upon the soil of planet Price, and as one of five siblings, fueled by the consistent teasing of her brothers and sisters, couldn’t wait to get herself out and into the community. She had always advise an affinity and a passion for learning more about the technology they had acces to, longing to explore in her earlier days. Years on, Zuri found herself a place in mineral growing, often spending days on her work, detication sparked, though she always had a lingering for more. She studied the stars in her meantime, a longing inside her wanting to do as she saw others, leave the planet, explore, though she held back her curiosity, and continued on her path as always. It was what she was good at. It came as a surprise when, decades in, she was called by the Elder Thu-aam, to be sent out to a research facility as a mechanic, to learn more about the different technologies and how they differ from their own, and to watch the humans in a peaceful manner, learn more from them and about them. And that’s when she was introduced to the facility, working as a janitor and doubling as a mechanic.

Personality: Zuriel can often be found keeping to herself, or watching from afar, and this distantness, paired with her easily riled up temper and her ‘all bark, no bite’ tendencies, makes her an easy target for mischief amongst experiments. Overall, she acts tough tough towards those around her, though it’s apparent she is actually quite protective when it comes down to it, and has allowed herself to grow secretly fond of the experiments.

Abilities: As any other Priscian, she can adapt the the star energy given off by certain stars, gaining different abilities for each, and losing others as She is disconnected from them.

Strengths: She is quite agile due to her weight, and the added balance from her tail, and her hearing is about 30% better than the average human.

Weaknesses: When in deep space, or in a room with no access to the flares of light from stars, she will lose her powers, and overall just feels worse than she could.
She also, as mentioned before, has a bit of a short temper, and a stubborn streak.
Her species also happens to be easily put in a stupor, just one drink and it’s game over.
 

Name: Khan Thrax

Species: Mutant-Proto-Sithian

Role: Experiment- Medicinal/Symbiotic Virus

Backstory: Two decades ago a small system of three planets was found with a very strange phenomena having occured on it. The people who once dwelt on the planet had long since perished apparently killed by a virus which had been spread throughout their civilization. It spread from the Denizens to the Fauna and eventually even the Flora. By the time the researchers who discovered it were able to look into the planets it had seemed that the entirety of the planets biomes had become a singular entity. The Sithian. As the researchers took proper precautions the virus was unable to infect them and thus it took another path, creating the Proto-Sithians. Chuncks of biomass around 500 lbs a piece that developed working self sustaining biological systems and individual intellect.

They seemed to attempt communication with the researchers at first, but this was quickly revealed to be a subtle attempt to get them to drop their guards and become infected. Luckily these researchers were no fools. Recognizong the threat of the rapidly growing Proto-Sithian population they managed to seperate and capture one and leave the system quarantining the entire system and barring travel. Meanwhile the captured Proto-sithian was sent to a research facility in order to try and create a Non contagious and more...benificial. Since the procedures were completed the New sithian has shown itself to be quite docile and even plesant to be around. Seeming to go out of its way to help others and keep itself in forms that are less unnerving to others.

Personality: Khan Thrax is a strangly social creature it is constantly seeking to interact and "engulf" other beings. He is friendly and often helps the medical staff offering diagnostic and bedside manner even stabalizing critical patients. He is friendly jovial and is actually rather the optimist. While intelligent that is a relatively new development and he is still rather naive and easily fooled having nearly no understanding of human cultural customs such as sarcasm and lying.

Abilities: Proto-Sithian Physiology- Proto sithians are essentially giant clumps of Virus, with the unique ability to communicate with itself on a cellular level and mimic the cells of nearly any organism so long as they have suitable biomass. They can become bulging clumps of muscle to gain strength, lean constructs made of reflex muscle fibers and nerves for speed, or a creature constructed primarily of bone and sinew for durability. They are highly adaptable being able to survive in any environment by mimicing the natural defenses of other species. However while diverse they are limited to the potential of flesh itself, and to gain new abilities it must shed off contradictory abilities. For example being cold blooded makes you immune to most poisons but makes you succeptible to temperature extremes. Etc. Due to their amorphous nature they have a very rapid rate of regeneration.

Benificial Symbiosis- the prime aspect of the experimentation was to remove the infectious nature of the Sithian virus and instead grant it a mutally benificial symbiotic nature. Rather than targeting people in order to spread Khan Thrax can Engulf an organic being he has a strong connection with In his own flesh. Once he has coated an indovidual his cells will spread throughout the Others body forming Bonds with each cell and repairing any damage they have sustained while simultaniously feeding on any disease, infection, or injury they have. In addition he is able to amplify the existing abilities and attributes of those he engulfs pushing them beyond their own limits and putting the strain on himself rather than them. This process however is a temporary one as eventually the cells will begin rejecting each other and seperation will be forced. The duration of this process usually depends on the power outputted by the two merged into one. So for example an unconsciis man barely alive being engulfed can last up to an hour as the only expendature of bioenergy is in healing. However engulfing a test subject with superpowers would amplify those powers but the state would only last a few minutes.

Strengths:
Survivable- The Proto-Sithians are very hard to kill as they can regenerate from a single cell given enough time. That paired with their adaption makes them hard to kill though far from hard to beat.

Cooperation- Khan is a very good team player, and is able to fill nearly any role thoygh admittedly not as well as specialized beings. Furthermore his ability to engulf others and amplify their abilities makes him useful regardless of the situation he is in.

Weaknesses:
Cellular destruction- even the toughest and most resilient cells can still die if enough force is put into them. A process that causes a chain reaction or effects things on a cellular level such as radiation are very dangerous to sithians as their bodies will mutate out of control eventually becoming unstable and potentially causing explosive mass cellular death.

Limits of flesh- Even if he forges himself out of pure muscle lifting more than 12.7 tons is beyond the limits of his current biomass, as are speeds above 220mph, armor peircing rounds and the like will still penetrate him, etc. He can be harmed and furthermore cannot manifest too many mutations simultainiously. If he is using muscle mass to be strong odds are he isnt going to be moving at top speed and vice versa.

Other- Due to his abilities and good demeanour Khan spends alot of time in the medical bays helping others to heal from a wide range of ailments.

Space stasis- Both a strength and a weakness, due to the pressence of radiation and the lack of organic matter when exposed to the vacuum of space Proto-Sithians will enter a state os suspended animation where they rapidly expel moisture from their bodies and mineralize their flesh essentially becoming a weird lumpy rock that is impervious to most forms of harm. Their minds shut down and they cease to be organic for a breif period registering as stone on most scans. However once reintroduced to moisture they will begin to rehydrate and come back alive. However the rehydration can taje hours whereas the dehydration only takes seconds so ejecting him into space may nit be fatal but it effectively removes him from the equation.​

Personality:
Varen is a normally very quiet person, not drawing much attention to himself. He usually has book or computer in hand, something to put his focus in. And when people talk to him, he normally mumbles and mutters at first, especially with strangers. However, when with people he's close to, he gets much more sociable, and can generally chat away with said close person. Though he still stutters. Stuttering is a constant problem for him. Another thing to note from him: He's messy. Well, Varen prefers calling it a creative organization. In either case, his room floor is full of piles of stuff, and his shelves are packed with many things: from toys to books to electronics to a myraid of other stuff. Sometimes, he does get the neat freak moments, and can spend days obsessing over neatness with an OCD-like attitude.

Varen does have his flaws, however. He normally gives brutal analysis of items, and is ruthless when it comes to execution of his abilities against enemies. He displays a surprising lack of sympathy towards things that get in his way (A near heel-face turn from the fact he constantly worries over his 'family.') and in fact can even enjoy causing such things pain at times. He can be over-controlling, and is generally nit-picky over even petty things; and when that control is threatened to be taken away from him, or when he is pushed over the edge, he gets psychotic. As in, he'll start lashing out at anything nearby: people, buildings, objects whatever. And when I say lashing out, I mean he uses his powers. A lot. Normally after such a psychotic episode is over with, Varen falls into something akin to a coma for up to a day.

Backstory:
I am working on one that is not boring. Trust me. I hope.

Abilities:
Photokinesis: As in, the ability to control Photons. He can use this in a variety of ways; however, he primarily uses it as an energy force, making energy beams and shields. Other said functions he could theoretically use is making constructs out of light, convert materials to light, and irradiate objects. If he can do such stuff, he hasn't been able to do it yet.

Cybernetics: Yes. Varen has cybernetics. These mechanical implants are largely internal, and organic looking if they do show, and hidden by his synthetic skin. (He doesn't have synthetic skin everywhere, just where the cybernetics show up.) These cybernetics are largely focused on mental capacity. As such, he can do calculations much faster than the average human, as well as retain perfect memory of events. He has some physical enhancements, but only enough to lift up to 500 pounds (I say only.) and to have enhanced speed and reflex times. These cybernetics also have a neural interface/retinal HUD. As in, he has a computer he can access in his head. These cybernetics do one more function: regulate his Photokinesis ability.

Genetic Enhancements: These go hand in hand with his cybernetics. However, he does have one thing of note from said genetic tampering: he has 3 extra sets of genes, and a highly radioactive resistant biology. It was pretty much a must, considering his primary ability is materializing radioactive particles.

Strengths:
+Intelligence: Varen has a near unlimited capacity for learning. It was one of the major things he was designed for.

+Cooking: Yes, Varen loves cooking. It can be a hit or miss, though thankfully it's normally a hit. But there can be times when he decides to 'experiment'... don't ever eat his food then.

+Tactician: Varen loves thinking about problems. And how to execute it. And he can be quite ruthless at it.

+Computer savvy: Varen is very good at computers. He loves video games. He's an excellent coder. He's quite a good hacker. Not as good as MARIA, but...

+Lasers: Do I really need to explain this? He can fire death rays. 'Nuff said. Oh, and energy shields, too, I guess.

Weaknesses:
-Psychotic rage: One of Varen's biggest issues. This ties in with his obsessive and ruthless nature. When he gets into this rage, things go boom. Frequently.

-Limited by his implants: Varen can't quite achieve his maximum potential, due to his cybernetics basically dampening his abilities. To be fair, if he didn't have these implants, if he went as hard as he could, he would probably blow himself up. Oh, and anyone who can control his cybernetics (aside from Varen himself) can increase these dampening abilities. It's really useful if he goes into a psychotic rage: It won't stop his abilities, it'll just weaken it a great degree.

-Obsessive: Varen is very obsessive. If one turns his focus on something, he will pursue it to the detriment of everything else.

backstory: Initially raised in an off-world orphanage after the untimely death of her pack parents to a dreadful disease, Haru and the rest of her littermate siblings was adopted by the organization at the age of 10 as part of a group of volunteers for Project K. The Project consisted of unlocking the potential of an power only seen in Kiltrum legend and clergymen, KHE. KHE stood for Kiltrum Holy Energies, but the clergymen who worshipped them called it 'Kih'. Due to the clergymen's seclusion, not much of the known galaxy knew of these legendary powers; so HarClor labs decided to start Project K as a way to share these powers more widely to the public. To make sure the Kiltrum clergy didn't find out, they mainly relied on KHE sensitive orphans, such as Haru.

As she grew up, Haru found herself especially gifted, even befriending other lab rats such as Tiffany along the way. By the age of 16, Haru proved to be the most successful in Project K, despite her low pain tolerance. At the age of 18, Haru was promoted to Religious representative, having seemingly passed Project K. Yet the project itself was yet to be over. Shortly after her promotion, Haru met her mate and is now 30 weeks pregnant with a litter of five. While some of the lab staff are intrigued by the gifted Kih sensitive children that Haru's offspring will bring, the Kiltrum just wants to nest and get ready for this kid.

personality: Generally though when provoked, but is mostly docile. Has devout religious views on many subjects.

abilities: Ability to manipulate holy Kiltrum energies due to her religious upbringing. These energies act as the Ki/Qui of the Kiltrum people; allowing them to live lives of 150-200 years (250 if mastered by an elder priest), enhancing physical abilities (AKA martial arts, athleticism, the like.), and if followed down an ancient forbidden sect, is rumored to bring back the dead.

strengths:
- She can fiercely defend herself when provoked, partly due to maternal instinct.
- She can meditate to cultivate Kiltrum energy, allowing her to sustain herself for days with minimal to none food or drink.

Name: Evo Yurei

Backstory: Evo was at first born to an average yet also wealthy family, but as soon as she was born, they aptly decided they didn't actually want a child - and so what did they do? They put Evo in the middle of a forest, in the grip of nature itself, and indirectly challenged her to survive - and survive she did. For years and months, Evo survived in the wild and surrounded by all sorts of creatures and plant life, and as if they were almost family at one point, the gradually growing up Evo treated them as family. However, one day, the forest she had called home would be 'visited' by unidentifiable people in black, and armed with tools they were using to level the forest - take the trees down for their wood, capture the animals and use them for food - you know, the usual. While Evo hid, she was inevitably captured and whisked away from her home as swiftly as one would expect.

When Evo next awoke, she found herself in a laboratory - a testing facility, and was unused to the world around her, and most importantly, was already and intensively homesick. Naturally, since the world now around her is not the forest which she treated as a home, she initially hated it - and after enough persistence and a strong connection such forest, a part of a forest - maybe even the one she lived in - was brought in to calm her down, to which Evo loved, and was granted such in exchange for being tested on. During the testing on her, the scientists had managed to 'transfer' her animal-like tendencies from personality to powers and vice versa - thus granting Evo incredible speed, power, and amphibian qualities in tandem with what she had learnt from the animals back home (fish for the amphibian qualities, animals like wolves and lions for the rest).

Evo has since been an experiment at that same facility for the past 3 years.

Personality: Evo is an unfortunately gullible and aimless, yet also childlike individual. Due to not having any education to speak of, everything Evo knows is self-taught, and thanks to raising herself in the wild, she took notes from that which she lived around, most of those actions now becoming habits. Fortunately, not knowing any better and not knowing a lot at all, Evo is extremely selfless, playful, if a little bit irrational thanks to that attitude of hers.

Abilities: Evo's animal like traits were turned into powers during her tests, and the results of those tests have given her incredible speed and physical strength - in addition to the ability to swim, see and breathe underwater. While none of these traits are out of the limits of the world, Evo possesses all of them at once, and are perfectly natural to her instead of a more supernatural power. For reference, her speed on land is that of a wolf, her physical strength is that of a bear, and her speed in water is that of a shark (average of each species, and no species in particular).

Strengths:
Evo's abilities are collectively diverse in what she can do with them despite how simple they are. Thanks to them, Evo is able to go to anywhere she wants as fast as she can, be it across land or through sea, and make short work of any obstacles with brute force.​
Thanks to her time living in the wild, Evo is quite adept at hiding and ambushing the unsuspecting victims, and with this combined with Evo's impressive speed, it is difficult to pin her down unless expertly controlled.​

Weaknesses:
Predictable. Very, 'very' predictable. What Evo can do and what she does is nothing out of the ordinary and very easy to counter if anyone who is dealing with her is well aware of what she can do and will do.​
Thanks to having various animal elements now one with her (in a sense), she is more distracted (for better or worse) and needs more energy than one's average human to go through her life happily and healthily. In other words, watch the supplies when Evo is involved.​
Most importantly, and obviously, Evo has little to no intelligence on her. As obvious as it may be, Evo is still learning - though very slowly and infrequently, but until she does, expect to see the same stuff over, and over, and over again - perhaps even hear it, too.​

backstory: Raised on the Kiltrum homeworld, Toya began his internship at the age of 24. While still a lowly bureaucrat, Toya managed to make a name for himself when he was arranged to be married to the spiritual representative, Haru. While initially skeptical about the marriage, the two are gonna have to get along, especially with a litter in the oven.

personality: Tends to get stressed out at times

abilities: Armed with a blaster sidearm for personal defense.

Name: Xemnu E'sk* (pronounced Ee-ss-K)

Species: Methuselah

Age: 763 yrs

Xemnu stands 6ft 6in and his body is deceptively light at only 155lbs. His pale skin and pointy ears give him a sinister appearance made all the worse by the glow in his eyes and downright refusal to remove his armor for anything other than sleep. Usually he seems to have a slit in his forehead, this in fact holds his third eye and few live to tell of what happens when it opens.

Role: Staff/ Security officer.

Backstory: Born on planet Eternus to the Biologically advanced species known as the Methuselah. Despite being an ancient race that far outdated humanity and many other species their warrior nature prevented them from ever getting ti far technologically as when they reached an advanced enough level they would invariably destroy each themselves onky to start over again. So predictable was this outcome that the race measured their era's in divided portions split by their own cataclysmic self destruction. During the ten thousandth era Xemnu was born to his people. He grew strong over the centuries as did all his people but he seemed to have a different focus than most of his brethren. While they focused primarily on overwhelming brute power he found that he could do far more with less if he learned how things like physics worked. For nearly six centuries his talents seemed to go unnoticed until several likeminded kin of his reached out to him with a plan to send out an energy signal into space to see if other worlds with life existed out there. Unlike humans they had no fear of reaching a hostile people after all invasions were an everyday part of their life and if they couldnt win the fight for survival then they didnt deserve to survive.

Luckily for Planet Eternus their signal reached the galactic coalition. As such Xemnu and his tribe became the first of his people to make contact with the outside world. This caused a massive disparity in technological development as the E'sk tribe gained starships and far more powerful energy casting designs. Using this technology they brought peace to their planet the only way they knew how...conquest. Xemnu's intellect though not really useful in the signal sending process was invaluable in the conquest effort as he lead a large squadron of his own and claimed twenty seven victories in a row without a single defeat. Each time adding huge chunks of territory to their cause. Once the world was united and they named the current era the final era and began to pledge more support and resources to coalition in an effort to repay them fof their aid in bringing an end ti the eternal war of their people.

When the Dust settled though he was offered Xemnu turned down a leadership position amongst his people opting instead to be one of the many methuselah sent to offer their services to the coalotion. His higher than average mental apptitude allowed him to be stationed on a variety of scientific and medical outposts, posts he held for decades at a time touring the galaxy and the coalition for nearly a century before being stationed on the orbiting Harclor labs. He has spent his nearly two decades on the station serving dutifully and honorably.

Personality: Xemnu is a serious straight to business type of being. He hardly underatands humor and even when he does sees it as pointless at best. He can be rather aggressive and assertive and has a hard time understanding the emotional fluctions of other races who havent spent the past 13 million years evolving a brain geared for battle. However he does try his best to share his peoples culture with those he can offering to teach his peoples martial arts, legends, and his own personal life. It is apparent that he makes an effort to connect with and be social woth others but it is equally apparent that such things do not come naturally to him.

Abilities:
Methuselan Strange energy- Methuselah have a very odd natural ability to generate and control energy within their bodies and channel it into minor enhancements to their physical attributes or weapons they weild however the most notable way their ability is used is by adjusting its temperature. When cooled to 80°f or below it becomes a solid crystal that is much harder than steel and makimg it much less likely that energy escapes it once applied to it. This allows the crystal to store vast quantities of energy making it almost impossible to raise its temperature unless the methuselah wills it. When the methuselah wills it to be be hot it rapidly convects upon itself and becomes a rapidly heating type of plasma that works similarly to napalm but burns much much hotter. The majority of Methuselah technology is centered around the usage and channeling of this energy.

Strengths:
Master Warrior- Xemnu is a very well trained fighter having spent centuries fighting his own people on his home world before conquering his planet in the name of peace. He has Dozens of martial arts under his belt and is very well versed in most of the galaxies weapons as they were a direct object of interest to him during his travels.

Level headed- no amount of stress will cause this being to crack his only time of seeming anger comes in the heat of battle.

Fearlessness- Fear is not within the emotional capacity of Methuselah.


Weaknesses:
Ignorance- Xemnu knows very little of the scientific mathamatical and technological developments of the coalition. He came from a people who were using spears and the equivilant of worked iron just a couple of centuries ago.

Superstitious- Xemnu and most methuselah are a people who very much beleive in speaking things into existance and they do have several rituals to break curses and other such dark beliefs.

Flesh and blood- methuselah live for a very long time and are ohysically impressive sure but they are still organic and can be succeptible to toxins radiation diesease and any number of hazards to biological life.

While Methuselah typically keep their emotions in check anger is a very useful emotion to a warrior people. As such they possess an ability to drastically amplify their power when eneraged by opening their third eye. However this causes the energy to become far more volitile to the point where it can burn their internal bodies and even cause crystals to grow through their skin from within them. However despite all its danger it is a last resort that many fall back on much like a humans adrenaline rush.​
 
Name: Nak'Sun
Species: Kisslorn
Age: Whatever is early 30s for a Kisslorn
Appearance: Nak'Sun's mech is a spitting image of what you'd expect to see, albeit a bit worn around the edges from many years of use. A staggering 13 feet tall when sitting upright (on her haunches!), her mech has the usual black metal coating, cyan seams, and bright red spines along the arms and shoulders, but differs in that there are thick orange stripes zig-zagging across the arms and down the back. There are a number of lighter spots where corners of the metal have been rubbed or scratched and repairs were attempted; "attempted" being the key word, as it seems her mech hasn't been properly serviced in a while.
Nak'Sun herself practically lives within the machine, showing her face to no one. She says she's red with a tan belly, but who knows. This practice, known as "akah tisneu'na" or "spirit with metal scale", is typical of her Hive's combatants, who prefer to think of the suits as part of them rather than tools. The ideology is reflected in other ways too, such as viewing metal as alive and constructs as living things, or treating modifications to the mech as an evolution of the Kisslorn that must be earned.
Role: Former bodyguard of the sector Governness.
Backstory: Nak'Sun used to be wholly invested in herself over others, and would sell out secrets or even allegiances if it benefited her, though the Coalition has beaten some of that out of her after she was pushed into the ranks. Nak'Sun's Hive only granted mechs to those willing to work for the Hive, and who showed the proper - almost religious - perspective of how mechs should be treated. It doesn't care what the work is though, as long as it doesn't backfire, so technically it was okay when Nak'Sun - just a spry scale-whelp at this time - applied for her mech, and showed she had an income, but failed to mention that it was coming from Resinous Corp, an organization than anonymously distributes hired guns across a vast, untraceable, interstellar network. While she certainly lacked the experience to be hired for any big hits against politicians or company heads, she has worked many smaller jobs with other greenhorns doing heists, helping rebellions, and combating both pirates and patrols.
Resinous Corp has since struck her out as "deceased", however, when she was captured by the Coalition after a job: she had been gravely wounded, her coworkers had abandoned her, and the Coalition had detected the attack despite all the careful planning. Nak'Sun refused to reveal that she had worked for Resinous, and denied being part of anything nefarious, so after her recovery her mech was returned to her and she had to seek a new job, within the Coalition itself, while under heavy supervision. To try and get away from being babysat, she opted to join the Coalition's forces as a trooper. To be fair, all the hazing and hard training was deserved, and she made it out a (slightly) better person in the end. She then served for quite a while, slowly clearing her record, before she was promoted to temporarily fill a guard position for the Sector Governness while she did her rounds around the sector.
Personality: Nak'Sun has more bark than bite, but her bite still hurts. Rash and abrasive to the core, she hasn't had many friends in her life, and doesn't care much that she hasn't; or at least, she makes a show of it. Unafraid to mock or judge others, Nak'Sun is hardly arrogant either, and is just as critical of herself even if she tends to think she's right about everything. She believes socializing is a waste of time, and is fiercely stubborn. She also comes with a juggernaut personality, and tends to underestimate her adversaries, though she's also persistent enough to keep trying despite all odds. She believes heroes are born from constant struggle and eventual victory, and that nothing comes easy, but she herself could hardly be considered responsible, though at least she's brutally honest. She can also still take a joke, evident in that she doesn't usually attack over petty insults.
Abilities: Nak'Sun named her modifications after the ways she "earned" them.
  • Brash Cheek - because she's a fool who charges into danger.
    On either side of her face there are projectors for a minor forcefield that behaves like a solid surface, taking energy it endures and transferring it into the mech's own reserves. The shield is less useful the fuller the reserves are, as it means too much energy would be sent into the projectors themselves and it could damage them.
  • Fire Lacerators - because of all that slicing and dicing.
    Aside from the sharp foreclaws, a serrated, heated blade is stored on each arm, which is sheathed and released by high-powered springs. These blades are very sturdy and can deal a lot of damage even if they're not sharp, making them ideal for destruction, less so for precision cuts. The thickness of the blades lends to their integrity and provides housing for the wires that run along them, heating them to fierce temperatures, while the tips terminate suddenly into points to give them piercing power. They can be used even against other mechs, but thicker, tougher surfaces pose a challenge for them.
  • Shouna Stings - because she can't remember more than three buttons at once.
    Named after a hunting mechanism used by a native B'la predator, these are small, spiked bombs that fire out of a rotating mechanism in her left arm. They serve three purposes at once: laying traps, carpet-bombing foes, and shooting in general. The spines allow the bombs to stick to any surface, and applying pressure to them causes the bombs to go off, so they can be gently dispensed and placed for traps just as they can function as explosive bullets. Also "sting" is a bit of a misnomer, these things definitely mean business when they go off.
  • Cruel Pursuit - because she chases people.
    Brush the fancy name aside and you just have your standard, anti-air laser-guided missile. Smaller than one would think, a launcher in her right arm both releases and guides them with an infrared beam. Not ideal for areas with a lot of obstacles, but great for taking down small ships and fighters.
  • Persist Wing - also because she chases people.
    The spiny extensions on the back of the mech shield high-powered thrusters that deliver a lot of force for a very short time. It's enough to move her heavy bulk, but to say it allows flight is laughable. Mostly the boost is used to quickly reach high places, avoid obstacles, and hit low-flying craft.
  • Magnets.
    No fancy name here, just standard-issue for any Kisslorn mech destined to meet space someday. High-powered electromagnets on the feet attract to any metal surface (or sufficiently-metal-rich asteroid) and keep the Kisslorn grounded there.
Nak'Sun dreams of someday having even more stuff on her mech, including an acid attack to bring down defenses and one of the legendary fabricators to replenish ammo for her. Boy, wouldn't that be nice...
Strengths:
  • Very high endurance, mecha aside.
  • Good independence.
  • Fantastic fighter, and isn't afraid to fight. Actually she might be a little too willing to fight.
  • Very rarely scared.
  • Quick-witted. It might not be the smartest move, but at least she can think on her feet.
  • Is willing to protect people even if she's annoyed that she has to protect them; and she's good at it, too.
  • Good sense of honor; if she says she'll do it, she'll do it.
Weaknesses:
  • Rebellious, stubborn and resistant to cooperation.
  • Doesn't like surveillance, or babysitting, or any form of dependence.
  • Can get physical when angry.
  • Cherishes her mech too dearly.
  • Only knows how to fix things by punching them.
  • Secretly yearns for calm and peace.
  • Terrible negotiator.
  • Has trouble getting through doorways because of her size.
