Amy is fair but stern. She is the leader of the most important organization for earth and her colonies, she can be sweet and kind to anyone she meets, but she tends to be professional when she is working with people she doesn't know. She isn't like every other general people would meet, she tries to keep the peace. She also has a mean side that nobody wants to see, trust me she can make anyone disappear with the snap of her fingers..

Background
Amy was born a month after the first contact. Her father was a US Marines Major, and her mother was a stay at home mother. Her mother was Russian and her father was American, as she grew up she took an interest military stuff, when she was in highschool, around the time new tech was being introduced, she joined the JROTC class in place of her P.E., she was at the top of her class and after she graduated she enlisted into the US Marines officers school. She passed in the top 5 as the 3rd.. She was soon assigned to be a First Lieutenant in the 5th Marine Division, Hell Hound Platoon. Something history wanted to forget was the war with Argons who differed about helping humanity.. It was a large battle that lasted only three days with the rebellious Argons losing. Amy had led her platoon into the last battle, and dealt the final blow, killing the head commander of the rebels. After the war, she was promoted to Major, and after that, was offered to be a Lieutenant General within a new governmental faction, which would later be the EXPD.. When the first general(as in, the very first one to be the general of EXPD) retired, she was appointed to be the First General... And here we are.

Appearance: (Height, 5'10". Weight, 170) An athletic build, Jack keeps rather slim, focusing more on stamina than anything else. He has clean shaven, small, pale face with high-and-tight brown hair. His eyes are silvery blue, and his smile could warm the heart of Blackbeard himself. Casually, he usually wears loose jeans, and a green hiking jacket. On duty, he wears dark blue FRACU with a white band around each arm with a red cross on it. He also has a satchel that he has strapped to him with medical supplies in it.

Personality: Calm yet sarcastic, Jackson is a strange fellow. Half the time, he's your best friend: Caring, supportive, energetic. The other half, he's definitely an acquired taste. He gets frustrated easily, and can, ironically, be rather abrasive. His view in the field: Just let me do my job.

SO is responsible for domestic high risk extraterrestrial security. They’re a branch of the EXPDMID when dealing with threats that are beyond their capabilities and require more drastic measures. They work mostly alone or in teams of two-three. They handle counterterrorism, counter contraband, and general domestic security. Sometimes they are referred to as ‘Major Incidents’ but SO is also common.

Specialty: Tech specialist.

Personality: Damon isn’t much of a social butterfly but he is a team player. He’s critical of failure and puts the safety of those in Earth and her colonies above his own, as expected of SO operatives. He’s very selfless but very hostile to enemies of Earth’s government or those who would disturb order to harm others.
Background: Damon is French born and moved around a lot in Europe. His mom died after childbirth so his father had to move to different countries to work different jobs. Which is the reason why Damon can speak French, English, German, and Spanish. He enlisted for the French troupes de marine when he was 18 and deployed to Mali during Operation Serval when he was 20. He saw action a few times and he resigned. He then signed up for GIGN. Dealt with busting a narcotics ring in Paris and then a sex trafficking ring. This would be the catalyst to help him get into the EXPDMID. But he was given candidacy to be part of SO. He of course underwent training that dealt with Alien anatomy, zero gravity training, and other intense training exercises on the Moon and Mars. But he persevered and became an official member of SO

Personality:
Steve is a friendly and selfless person who cares about other people. The thing that angers him the most is to see people, whether human or alien, mistreated and he especially hates to see this kind of treatment leveled against children. He is tough and a little cocky. He is also exceptionally brave and the one and only thing that actually scares him is snakes. As a result, he has a knack for being calm under pressure and is a natural leader when the situation calls for it. He is also intelligent and very knowledgeable about a variety of subjects ranging from world history to home video technology. He is also very honest and he can't stand a liar. On this note, he is also very good at reading people and he can generally tell when someone is lying. He has an overall strong sense of morals and doesn't have a price.
Background
Steve was born in Spokane, Washington where he has lived for most of his life. Both his father, William Ezekiel "Zeek" Freeling, Jr., and his mother, Linda (nee Braverman) Freeling, were sergeants in the U.S. Army who fought in Iraq and Iran, though when Steve and his twin sister Christina were four years old, Linda retired early and took a job as the chief of police. His hometown was one that quickly accepted aliens and he went to school with quite a few of them. There were even a couple he considered friends of his. Steve, Christina, and their friends would do all the activities friends usually do, from showing the bullies who's really boss to watching TV at Steve and Christina's house. Their favorite pastime seemed to be watching Zeek's Streamline dub VHS of Akira. How often he would quote (and still quotes) the film's hero, Shotaro Kaneda, along with the fact that he was considered the leader of their friend group played a hand in how he acquired his nickname. When Steve was 19, he entered police academy and put himself through the rigorous training. A few weeks after graduating while a rookie police officer on patrol, he prevented a human-on-alien drive-by shooting when he arrested the attackers. Not long after, Steve also arrested alien gang members who intended to sexually assault a human woman and soon after, a human woman who brutally murdered a seven-year-old alien boy. It wasn't long before Steve's captain suggested that he would be a good fit for the EXPDMID. After some thought, Steve decided to try his luck and ended up mastering the training. He's fairly new to the EXPDMID, but based on his track record, several of the higher-ups tend to think he looks pretty promising.​

You wouldn't know it by just talking to him, but Cine is actually a very hard and diligent worker. To anyone else, his laid-back demeanor would lead them to believe he'd be more lazy than anything, but low expectations is what he has come to accept as one of his advantages. He relishes time spent outdoors and tends to become increasingly unhappy the longer he stays in one spot. Loves the nuances of language, but hates reading. His values are very traditional, despite his curiosity trending him towards the opposite. A bit shy, he opens up with time and highly values honesty over niceties.
Background:
Born into humble beginnings, Cine was raised in a gentle family with a younger brother. While his father worked day in and out as an Intergalactic Agricultural Trader, he spent most of his days in strict discipline and purposeful education from his mother. Night after sleepless night he was cared for with the kind of undying love only a mother could have. He learned how to work hard at a very young age, often volunteering to help his father with transactions and caring for produce and livestock. By the time he was thirteen, he was entrusted with recording inventory and handling price negotiations. In another three years he would inherit his father's craft. Although he did very well and continued to expand the business, he longed for more in life. He wanted to see not just the rest of what Earth had to offer, but to see all the strange worlds he would try to emulate in order to raise his livestock. So, he handed his stable business to his brother and headed toward Austin, Texas for a chance at a better life and an opportunity to work his way up to the stars.​

Background

Elsa is ex-KSK, German Special forces. Her she grew up during the human evolution in tech. She joined KSK when she was 18 and served for a short time before transferring to the EXPD Peacekeeping division. She's runner up for being apart of a special task force made to target a specific terrorist cell that has been causing issues.. Lately they have been very open when fighting on the Germany/Belgium border. The peacekeeping force is mobilized in Germany for the time being​

Angela is both serious and immature at the same time, though she tries to be serious, she tends to laugh at the stupid stuff. Dumb jokes out of no where catch her off guard the most. She is also quite sweet, usually helping around the underground section of her area with other EXPD:MID. The underground isn't just full of criminals, but people who have fallen on hard times, even humans live down there, which is why she's been wanting to get a EXPD:MID department down there.. Angela isn't much for conflict and tries to keep a leveled head in heated situations.

Background
Angela was born at the humans peek of new tech, she was born without a left arm or right leg, she'd have never been able to get around properly without the advancements, she was gifted Androstal limbs when she was old enough.. The half breed came to be when her mother fell in love with an Argon named Aelrindel, he is dead now but he served in the same unit as her mother Ashley. Her parents met during basic training and it kicked off from there, they were first friends then became a couple, on leave they had some free time and well... Angela was made, one of the first few cases of a half breed, though not as rare now, but she was indeed one of the first thousand half breeds to be made. Angela grew up interested in the Peacekeepers, wanting to be clad in the bright white armor at an early age. But when she learned about MID, she went with that instead, as she was interested in Alien affairs. She was also the very first half breed in her department, and still is today. She works with a medium sized task force in MID that works above and below ground.​
