Question should we basically consider our current level at like a starter or so? Like are we going to be evolving and if so would it be more thematically appropriate to start as a low evolution?

A low evolution is more accurate, as for 2 evolution pokemons can vary, since it's just 2.

Gotcha, I'm asking cause my working idea was a Honedge as it speaks to my boyish heart and they're rocking 3 evolutions so it could take while for all I know.

Most of the SC will be like either bad, like Team Rocket, etc
But some would just want mini battles
I really can't just choose what you should be, but everything you have is more suited for a group member because Gynue doesn't have/want to fight like that unless forced

what is the ruling on our characters having tm moves... some fit my character a lot but they arent in the leveling moves. but if theyve been around for a few years would it be realistic for them to have a few tm moves
