The Glittering River is wise and alluring. He constantly travels, observing the world and learning from its wonders and creatures. He is humble and unassuming, yet merciless when threatened, and prone to strike without warning. Wherever he flows, his shining banks radiate compassion and generosity, offering freely of both the waters of life and knowledge. In his sparkling surface, those who encounter him see their hearts desire, and know that with understanding all might be theirs. As all rivers though, his surface conceals many dangers and those who are unwary in his presence may drown in their discoveries. He is forgiving and understanding, but of a melancholic temper, savoring small joys yet prone to see the world as pointless and empty. He does not give orders, but seeks to mold others so that they fulfill his desires naturally, seeing such changes as for their own good. He knows that one must accept what they cannot change, but likewise knows that a patient river may wear down the strongest of foes. He is a sage and a scholar whose accomplishments are often neglected or ignored by his peers.

As the dead posses no wisdom, this excellency many never be used aid the deceased in any way. (This is a Rough Draft, I want to work out a general milieu of the fellow with the ST in the game Aldy's from.)
The Mad Demon Doctor is a lunatic genius, Driven by an Insatiable Desire for Knowledge gained through experimentation firsthand. He performs experiment's into the fields that interest him, be they Occult or Medical. He is Wild and Hard to predict, but Extremely Loyal to those who have earned it, as he greatly respects Orderly society, even if he himself does not ever fit in. He doesn't care, as he produces wonder after wonder, in his feverish haste. His greatest desires, then, are to Learn and Create. He is Mercurial in combat, and his first goal in any fight is to Analyze and Disect his enemies, to better aid his allies, rather than physically attack himself. He is, however, a Brilliant Doctor, and often able to treat wounds few others know how.
The First Excellency of the Demon Doctor, may be used in any action that is in the name of advancing his own knowledge or that of his immediate superior in the order of the world, and in the creation of entirely new concepts- once they are no longer new, he no longer devotes his full power to them, and they stop being valid for the Excellency. It may also be applied to attempts to treat patients with extreme injuries or illnesses, but not individuals suffering from anything less than extreme life threatening damage, or exotic diseases.

The Song that Sings Herself is jubilant and unrestrained. She dances through the cosmos, inspiring those who yearn for independence and shattering the bonds that chain one thing to the next. The Resonant Liberation is less intellectual than emotional, lurking beneath the boundaries of conscious thought, resounding throughout all of Creation in her open need to experience. Her essence is infectious, infiltrating the mind and spirits of all she touches, changing them before radiating outward to the next being in need of liberation. The Tone of Crimson fills the hearts of all who hear her, but there is always room for more. She is ecstatic yet never sated; her pauses are but moments of greater yearning. When confronting obstacles, she rises and recedes, flowing into and out from her target's surroundings, assaulting it from every direction. She moves throughout the worlds, taking joy in her encounters with others, no matter their natures or relationships, pausing only according to her whims.

It aids the Infernal in overcoming the restrictions placed by others or by themselves, pushing them towards greater and newer experiences. Resisting any attempt to inhibit or deny her movements or interactions also falls within the Excellency (this does not mean she cannot fail in interactions, but rather it is exceeding difficult to obstruct her). Since the intellectual mind and the experiences it projects from are just restrictions of their own, the Resonant Liberation enhances the unexpected and novel undertakings of her Chosen.
Her Excellency may never be used to obstruct, bind, or enslave. It may create positive intimacies so long as they are not based on dependence, and while it may aid directly in the overcoming of Unnatural Mental Influences, it may never implant them itself. While she may with her presence enrich and empower others, her Excellency does not lend itself towards lengthy construction or organization.

Just because, looking back, that all seems like a very peaceful sort of character... So, just to clarify, she (particularly as the Jester) is perfectly happy to enter combat with someone, as it's a dance of its own. The Jester Viridian was an Adorjani Slayer who loved hit-and-run attacks and using all those delightful Adorjani movement-focused combat charms.

The Gilded Coin insinuates herself everywhere men meet to transact commerce. She loans power to those who are sufficiently unscrupulous in trade to accept her bargains. She will always honor her exact commitments under whatever deals she strikes, but she will also always get her due. She is careful and deliberate in her own dealings, but is not above encouraging others to hasty agreements. She is the embodiment of greed, but while she will always ensure that her transactions are in her favor, she is not a con artist: Her deals will always grant favors commensurate with the obligations they impose on the other party. She is ostentatious and lavish in her displays of wealth, but discreet and secretive in its acquisition. In the end, however, she accumulates only for the sake of accumulation and grows only for the sake of growth. She is a spiritual emptiness, and those who find themselves ensnared in her plots become prisoners in a gilded cage of (seemingly) their own design.

Hers is a form most graceful and beautiful, a form of the strongest steel that is relentless and untiring, a form that strikes fear into the heart of her enemies. She is to everyone the distant angel and the cold destructive force, those rare people brave and persistent enough to pierce her diamond hardened titanium shell will find their efforts rewarded eightfold. To those others that harm the order of her efforts find her to be the tempest and the maelstrom, her power undeniable by all who witness. She will allow no harm upon those she truly cares for. The echoes of life from the dead are an insult to her majestic might and their lands are an eyesore to her.
