[Exalted 3e] Zhakara, the land of Enlightenment

Red Shadow Claws

Six Thousand Club
In the South-East, upon the Dreaming Sea, lies the fabolous land of Zhakara, ruled by the Grand Sultan, and united in Enlightenment of the Dragons, from cost to coast, and into some of the smaller outlying islands. Or so legends say. But, you grew up in this land, and you know better. The Grand Sultan's word barely holds sway away from Golden Huzuz, and few of the other City-States listen to him, and the desert nomads pay him no heed. No, the true power lies with the Elemental Brotherhoods, organizations of Dragon-Blooded who battle for dominance over this realm.
But in the shadows, something new has arisen. Luna has looked favorably upon this land, and touched some of its inhabitants for the first time in millenia. How will these newly Exalted Moon-Mad fare, and how will the balance of power shift in this fractured land?

Looking for Lunars only, but if someone wants to make an Exigent, we can discuss that.

I would love to join this. I love Lunar Exalted. Is the book Many Faced Strangers available to use? Any special rules for character creation?

Many Faced Strangers is available.

Regarding Character Creation, I haven't thought about any special rules. But when making characters, it's best to look at the Al-Qadim books for AD&D 2e, to know about the culture, and the various cities and tribes. This game will draw great inspiration from that material.

I’m not familiar with those books, but I can look for them on line.

Are we going to be using the unified XP chart or standard character build? I don’t want to get through a build and discover I used the wrong rules.

I am interested as well...possibly looking at an exigent...but lunars are cool too.

Hmm, an architect would be terrestrial level play per the book...which does not fit with Lunars..eh, I think I will play a lunar instead...I have tossed around playing a Janest in the past but...I changed my mind and will play a lunar instead.

Ooh, Exalted! New to the site but would love to give this a try if you have space for more.

Lots of dice-rolls and reactions in Exalted. How does running it on a forum work?
