Realistic or Modern Every one loves high school

Lyric Melody Hanns

@Tazmodo

Lyric had continued her project until the end of the notebook. She smiled at this and scrolled through the pages, making the small chibi-cat look like it was moving. She flipped through the pages a few times before going back to her note page and taking another note. The note was short and she soon after bordered it and decorated the border she made around it.

She had noticed the boy from before waving at her and she smiled at him, tilting her head to the side a bit before turning to look back at her notes. She had a problem focusing in places with a bunch of other people, hence her sudden taste for drawing. Truth of it was, Lyric didn't prefer drawing or math but more liked writing and music. Having many people around her made her feel nervous and a little jumpy. She turned the page and began writing lyrics to a song she liked, her gaze turned a little more focused and she had stopped her little drawing spree.

Derek finished his notes and put away the book. He was doing his class work and finished it pretty quickly. He looked over at the girl who was just writing. He remembered her smile and immediately turned back to his work and double checked it. After making sure it was all correct he turned it in and sat back down.

‘x is equal to negative b...’ Green eyes flickered towards the board and noticed the familiar equation. Faxon had only been able to memorize it due to the short tune his father had taught him when the raven haired boy was having trouble with it. The quadratic formula. He already had knowledge on the subject so he didn't feel it necessary to pay the teacher much heed. Instead, he scribbled song lyrics on his notebook cover, singing along under his breath so nobody would hear him unless they were in very close proximity. Faxon drummed his fingers on the desk, earning him disgruntled looks from the pupils by him at which point he stopped and instead hummed quietly to himself.

Lyric looked back over to the boy once again, noticing he had put his notebook away. Shrugging it off, Lyric continued writing down the words until she was done with the whole song. Out of boredom, she ripped out the piece and made it into an origami swan.

She looked back over to the boy when he stood up and turned something in. She glanced down at the classwork, realizing she had only taken a few silly and random notes and hadn't done any of the actual work. She put down her origami heart and began working on the sheet, ending up drawing a few things on it while she did. She heard a soft drumbeat nearby and looked over to a boy who was drumming his fingers. He soon stopped however, and caused Lyric to sigh and look back at her work. She glanced at the lyrics she had written and drew a small teardrop in the corner. She went back to the work, finishing each question quickly. Soon enough she was done. She set the paper to the side and doodled in her notebook some more.

Derek saw her doing some origami and sighed. He was never able to do that. Heven pulled out a book and started to read until class was over. He stopped occasionally and looked at the girl.

Minori leaned forward in her desk and forced out a sigh. This morning she was totally pumped to be going back to school, the summer had been particularly unforgiving, but now that she's actually here she can't wait to go back home. She had never felt so indecisive before in her life. She's usually really good at being able to make up her mind about what she wants to do/go etc.

" This is so stupid.." She pressed through her lips and let her brown eyes dance around the classroom once more to taken in the details of her classmates. No one of interest, except the guy who just walked in tardy note clenched in his hand. She watched the kid take his seat with curious eyes but quickly lost interest. The teacher had started to write notes on the board and stressed the importance of the notes to the class. Most kids had pulled out their notebooks and took head of the teachers warning to write the notes down. Minori couldn't care less about the notes, but she wanted to make the rest of class go by quickly so she unzipped her backpack, reached in and pulled out a rather old and beat up notebook that she slapped onto the desk. She then pulled a chewed up pencil from the backpacks side pocket and started to write down the notes slowly so that she could MAYBE read them later on. Minori was infamous for having the worst handwriting known to man.

Wendy sits in Study Hall, thinking about all the fun she could have if she had a boyfriend, but we all know that's not going to happen...right? Her vintage math notebook sits on top of the boring school desk while she stares off into space.

A paper ball hit her back which got her mind back into reality. She opens her math notebook and starts on her calculus homework. She takes her hair and starts twirling it around as she processes the second problem.

Resting her head on the desk, Lyric closed her eyes for a moment before sitting back up and looking around, she sighed, having nothing to do. The class was boring. She hadn't been to excited for school the day before, this morning she could care less, and now she wished she was at home. She put her head back on her desk and tried falling asleep.

❤Clear❤

"Sir, it is time to get up." The maid lightly knocked on the door. "Ok...yeah...I'll be up. In a second." Clear laid there in his nice warm bed. He definitely did not want to get up! Yet he got up anyway, yawned and stretched. He slowly got dressed in a cute outfit and made his way down stairs to eat some pancakes.

✒Nero✒

Nero had woken up early and was already dressed when clear had come down to eat breakfast. Unlike his little brother, he had his hair brushed and looking nice. "Your late gumball. I thought you would be excited for school! And you didn't brush your hair." He teased as Clear yawned again. When they were both both done, they made their way out to the limo. "Do we have to go in the limo? Can't we use a different car?" Clear asked the driver. "Just get in, its not that bad." Clear just sighed and plopped into the back seat next to Nero. They ended up being late to school due to the random heavy traffic. But they still made it there!

Cara was standing in her choir classroom, warming up her voice along with the rest of the members of the class. She began to lose interest as they had been warming up for the last 15 minutes at least. She had started to zone off as she subconsciously sang along with her classmates. Daydreaming about her music had become a habit of her's and she'd constantly get lost in her own mind, often writing. The girl standing beside her elbowed her, pulling her from her daydreams and back into reality where they began to sing a classical song in Latin. This was not the type of music Cara wanted to perform, but it was all she had in school.

Jethro had not woken up late, as a new student, he was not expected at school right away. On his first day he was going to have to go to the office. He had yet to get his school schedule, then he was supposed to get a quick tour of the school, locker assignments, etc. Jethro's day started off as always, he woke up, went for a morning run, came home and showered.

He put on a black polo shirt, blue jeans and black combat boots. He walked over to the mirror and looked into it. The black polo shirt looked tight on him but that was a common occurrence these days. All the physical activity had given him quite the build. He sighed, rolled his shoulders and grabbing his wallet, phone and keys, he walked out the front door of his apartment. Once he arrived in the parking lot, he walked over to his vehicle. A 2008 Black Chevy Silverado with four wheel drive and a V8 engine. Unlocking the door, he stepped up into the driver's seat and started the truck, driving up to the school.

Once he arrived at the school, he entered the school doors and found the officer. He received all of his paperwork and an enthusiastic Principal welcomed him to his school and gave him a tour of the school.

After the tour, Jethro putting his stuff into the assigned locker then headed off to his first class, Forensic Chemistry.

Entering the classroom, he was introduced to the class by the teacher then promptly took a seat in the back of the room.

Arthur slowly rolled out of bed. He didn't know what time it was, but when he looked at the clock he nearly screamed. He was late! He rushed into his bathroom, and took a shower, then he brushed his teeth. After that he got some clothes on, and left for school. Sure he didn't eat breakfast, but that was the least if his problems. After a quick sprint he was at school, and he quickly made his way to math class. He slowly opened the door, and caught the attention of a few students, "sorry I'm late," he apologized to the teacher. The teacher warned him to not be late again, and told him to take an empty seat. Arthur quickly sat down. He was out of breath due to his run, but he'll recover quickly.

aaRyuza layed in his bed, staring at the ceiling before glancing at his clock. "Agh..." He grunted, sitting up. "I might as well go to school. It's better than staying here." He mumbled, running his hand through his hair to get it out of his eyes. He got up and walked over to his pile of clean clothes and grabbed whatever he first touched, throwing it over his boxers and chest before dragging himself to the bathroom as slow as he could go, obviously trying not to go to school quickly. He was already late, so why rush? Normally, Ryuza would lounge aorund the house for a bit, not leaving until half of the school day was done, but he was in somewhat of a good mood and also didn't want to be 'home' today.

aaOnce he finished getting himself ready, he walked over to his pet turtle, Squishy, and dropped a few cut pieces of apples in his glass cage to eat. "I'm off to hell." He said sarcastically, grabbing his backpack and slugging it over his shoulder, heading out of the door and down the street. He decided not to take his vehicle because, once again, if he's already late, so there was no rush.

aaAbout fifteen minutes later, he finally found a way to school and walked into the class. His cold eyes glancing over everyone, analyzing who they may be and what they may act like before taking the last seat available in the front, propping his legs up against the desk, and taking out his phone. The teacher glared at him, but had learned not to mess with Ryuza from the previous year.

Minori crossed her legs, leaned back in her seat and took the notes from the board. Soon enough though, she stopped taking notes and started to draw small faces and music notes. Every now and then she would put some kind of quote that didn't really have a significant meaning on the page. She was losing herself in the doodles that she totally stopped paying attention to her teacher talking, or taking the time to notice the other people come into the classroom. She was giggling to herself as she doodled, giggling at the silly faces.

" So stupid.." She muttered to herself through a giggle and a smile. What a time to be a teenager, where you can entertain yourself through the littlest of things and make time seem to stop.
