That is possible, although there needs to be some kind of taxation. The morphing should drain some of their energy. It's allowed, just consider the above.

hey question whats the currency in this world and i was thinking that my characters could get to places by jump port cuz it's the city and all is that ok? I mean they can easily take a boat too cuz it is a center for trading and stuff. Or are we set in our own areas?

You are free to travel between cities, although some places like the Hollow and Nordio are very difficult to get into unless you have some kind of appointment there. Currency is Ghaiz, and for example, you can buy a quilled pen for 2 Ghaiz.
