Honestly I'm just going with the flow until an outside event happens. Sandra probably would not have any idea how to get hooked up with a rebellious element unless it landed in her lap. As for dealing with the virus I can imagine she may keep something going on at home that might lead in that direction.


As for how to get everyone together again I could imagine the government might have some sort of set event to show off all the lovely couples it has produced to the citizens to show how overwhelmingly accurate its match making super computer is. A ball or something to that effect where they had better show up and act nice or else if you know what I mean. From there rebellious elements and so on could cause shenanigans.


Those are just suggestions though since I think that was what you were asking about. If not, I do apologize if I am stepping on any toes.
 
Or Ayl can try to stir things up with his character- maybe a notable bombing, somehow getting broadcasted to their cell phones, recruiting the recent couples that might be discontent? Perhaps this can be folded into Ebonys suggestion- they have a ball to showcase the new matches and the survival of their race and Ayl's character uses it as a stage to encourage rebellion? =D

Provided its still an okay idea, I was thinking have Artis assigned to the undercover op and have to befriend Jacob somehow. Of course that still means we might want to discuss what to do about the higher up guy.

what about for the people whose characters aren't really involved, i.e. don't really have a skill-set to fight the disease or an inclination to join the rebellion, we have like an outbreak of the disease?
 
Hmm... my character is a novice scientist, and isn't inclined towards following a rebellion. Mayhaps she starts to discover a cure, but is stopped by government officials? Something along those lines?
 
I have a few things planned and anything about the virus is mine since I'd like everything to go as planned behind the scenes. To be blunt, in the future, I will reveal that the government is taking people and experimenting on them to find a cure for the virus. These people are the lowest of lows, people who wouldn't be suspected if they're suddenly taken away or sold off.


Would that be enough to inspire those who aren't motivated? I'm thinking about two groups that are connected with each other, but it's not necessary that everyone's met and hangs out since there's very little chance of everyone actually interacting with everyone. We do have a lot of people. The two groups I'm thinking of are the group outside of the Community and the group inside the Community.


But, as I said, I leave most of everything about decisions to you guys. :]
 
Eh, well I can roll with whatever happens to or around my character however it turns out. If you need a victim for that, Pai, I'm okay with my character getting snatched up.
 
That would certainly motivate Skye. I am also not adverse to 'abusing' Skye to advance the plot so long as she isn't killed. =3 I think it might be useful to have there be an time element of tension- maybe they are trying to rescue certain people or a certain group from being experimented on? Or they believe they have a window of time in which to intervene?


James is a 'blank slate' in Skye's past, so he could have stumbled into/onto something that made him a target... that Skye conveniently digs up as she muddles through his belongings when Hans moves in. Maybe James was friends with one of the other characters?


I am open to tie-ins! I love them!
 
Besides, since Artis has to earn the trust of the rebels, if she was put on a roof to shoot a few people while a rescue of said people takes place, it would go a long way in proving her 'loyalty'.

Lol, that's what pms are for. Also, I think Ayl's got a guy for that, but you'll have to ask him. Besides, Artis doesn't have to know his name, just that he outranks hr and he's given her orders xD
 
@Darth Pai If there's still gonna be that thing with the things and figuring stuff out, I think Vincent has a gateway for a lot of interaction with other characters.

I can bring in Genesis, yes. She is quite in the spotlight, so it'd be super scandalous if she discovered something she shouldn't!
 
There isn't really much on Hans' agenda besides getting to know Skye & his work in the military. In that way he could meet those also apart of the military & the rebel scum :) . I also agree that some form of ball that that the newly-wed couples were invited to. It'd be better than use just meeting randomly at some random place I reckon.
 
@kitsunemage If we can't think of anything, our backup plan will be to kidnap Aislyn. Haha!


Alright, so the ball event will happen. We'll have to wait until everyone is out of the building. Who are the unfortunate couples that are still stuck in there? Once everyone's out, I'll post an update of the ball and we'll continue from there. Is everyone fine with this?
