Multiple Settings EpiTome Would Like to RP

Hey hey! I am interested in making friends and doing some fun rp together. I would love to start with more casual, one-off ideas. Then if we click we can get into more long term projects.

I have never done much fandom stuff personally. That said, I'm not entirely opposed to creating OCs to suit a few different worlds I am familiar with. I’m a big Marvel fan. I’m fairly familiar with the wizarding world of Harry Potter. I enjoy Star Wars as well as Star Trek. I like Pokemon but I don’t know how to go about roleplaying in that world. Dungeons and Dragons is cool as is Magic the Gathering. Again, keep in mind I only play OCs and prefer original worlds.

Much of my personal experience is tied up in fantasy. I also enjoy scifi though. While I prefer speculative settings I am also okay with modern or historical slice-of-life. Overall I tend to prefer lowkey plots. There may be big things happening in the world but characters are just trying to live their lives, if that makes sense.

Hey hey! I am Epitome or ET (26 year old female). I am located in the CST time zone. I am interested in making friends and doing some fun rp together. I would love to start with more casual, one-off ideas. Then if we click we can get into more long term projects.

I prefer speculative settings (fantasy or science fiction) but I am also okay with modern or historical slice-of-life. Overall I tend to prefer lowkey plots. There may be big things happening in the world but characters are just trying to live their lives, if that makes sense.

I’m not much for fandom rp personally. I would much rather borrow ideas from certain settings we enjoy and build something new together. That said, I appreciate aspects of Marvel, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, Pokemon, as well as Dungeons and Dragons. I can see drawing inspiration from those worlds as well as others. If you really want to play in a particular fandom setting I may be convinced to give it a try. No matter what I will be playing OCs though.

Oh! And I much prefer to play multiple characters usually. I tend to have one that I main and others that come in as supporting roles. It’d be awesome if we could create a large cast together if we get into a long term project.

Also worth noting, I’m not opposed to romance but I don’t want it to be forced or anything.

Another thing: Ideally we can be replying back and forth multiple times a day but I understand if that doesn’t work for you.

I should also mention that my posts tend to vary in length. I like to try for at least one solid paragraph but sometimes I go for much more than that. It really depends on a lot of factors.

A few loose ideas and things:

• Bar and club settings can be fun
• I have an alien race I never did much with, could be cool to revisit
• I’m a sucker for sprawling urban settings
• Sentient machines and spirits and other inhuman entities are rad
• I like playing around with the concept of characters believing or disbelieving in fate
• Pretty much all of my characters tend to be a bit insecure about themselves. Some even have self hatred issues.
• Pirates and crime and such are fun

I’ll add to this later probably but hopefully this catches someone cool’s attention lol
