Enter the way of the Ninja: The Akatsuki hand book

A masked man walking through the woods with a cheerful intent. His steps calm but his attitude was a happy one. One that seemed to not be broken about anything. "Today is a good day." He was talking to himself. but not minding who heard. His outfit was a cloak that had red clouds on it and his face was hidden by a spiral mask that only showed his right eye. He would be recognizable by most that knew him. He was Tobi.
 
Piraka walked then stopped slowly doing the moonwalk seeing tobi. ''oh hay...your in the Akatsuki huh...hi...the names piraka hoshigaki'' He puts out an arm in friendliness, waiting for a handshake. He just stared at his mask confused thinking he was a lollipop because of the swirly type mask. ''are....are you the candyman'' He asked nervously, then shakes. ''I had an issue with the candy man'' trembles.
 
Tobi heard someone speaking to him and noticed the young fish looking man. He thought to himself. He looks like kisame but that's not kisame. He shook the hand extended out to him and spoke excitedly." Nice to meet you, Piraka. I'm Tobi!" He removed his hand after the shake and a sadistic grin came across his face as he heard that about the candy man. He waited a moment before booming out like he was crazy."I am the Candy Man." He started laughing a few moments after saying it.
 
Piraka ran back scared completely then realised what he said. ''wait...tobi...you knew my brother right...kisame hoshigaki'' He asked himself in his head. ''if he knew kisame....maybe, just maybe he knows where he could be, after all it is my quest to defeat kisame in a battle of strengh'' He breaths in to ask tobi the question saying out in his voice. ''do you know where kisame is at the moment''
 
Sasuke finished reading the stone tablet, he returned up the steps, and replaced the stone keeping it concealed. He quickly snuck back out of the village before he was noticed. He entered the forest and decided to go for a quick walk around.
 
Tobi felt puzzled at how gullible he was at first. He stopped laughing as he thought for a moment. He didn't know where kisame was at exactly, but he did know that kisame had been sent out on a mission. He had been surveying lands for the Akatsuki. He returned his attention to Piraka."I'm not sure where Kisame is. Last I knew he was sent out on a mission. I hope that helps." His attention changes to his surroundings as he continues to stay happy even in such a serious moment.
 
He stomps, as a massive fire ball forms around my body as my eyes go red. ''NO HE HAS EVADED ME AGAIN!!!!, I WILL FIND YOU KISAME!!!'' He spreads out his arms, tobi could feel his determination it felt like a massive fireball even people that were no where nearby felt his determination. ''I WILL DEFEAT HIM, I WILL DEFEAT HIM DEFEAT, KILL, MURDER, DESTROY EXTERMINAAAATE!!!!'' He swings his blade over and over slamming and cracking the ground.
 
Tobi rubs the back of his own head as he steps back from the lunatic slamming his blade into the ground. People thought he was crazy.He looked for a few moments before finding the words to speak towards the enraged fish."He'll come back. Calm down." He kept his distance so that no harm came his way and he kept the smile behind his mask. His thoughts were on something else. Something that would be kept secret for the time being. something only he knew.
 
AAAAAHAHAHHHHAHAHHAAAAAA' in seconds he was calm and looks. ''kay im calm now..you where saying,'' He gave a toothy smile, placing blade on his back. ''hay tobi...lets get some dango'' He smiled waiting for his reaction to the delicious sweets.
 
Tobi was shocked at the quick change in piraka's expression. That was short lived. He heard the word dango. He knew it was sweets. Hmmmm. "Yes, Lets!." he was already headed in the direction. Moving quickly, but stopped. He had to give the one who offered time to catch up to him. He didn't have nowhere to be in a rush at the moment.
 
He walks slowly, actually watching the trees softly. ''gmm...hmm...'' He smiled at the amazing beauty. ''ahhh such an amazing forest'' He smiles and kisses a small flower. ''aww sooo adorable'' He slowly puts it to the ground and smiles watching the flower as it blows away.
 
Yami was walking behind Piraka when she ran into Tobi, "Owie...." she muttered as she fell back on her butt.
 
catches yuki with a swift capture. ''you okay pal..'' He smiles, helping her up right slowly. ''also how are you yuki'' He petted her head softly.
 
Sasuke is still walking through the forest, he takes a left turn and runs into Piraka, Yami with her butt planted in the dirt, and some masked dude wearing an akastuki cloak. "Piraka, who's that?" Sasuke asked pointing at the masked figure.
 
''him...oh hes tobi...new guy never seen him before though'' He looks back at sasuke shrugging his shoulders, he then yawns loudly and dusts off his Akatsuki cloak. ''so yea..how have you been uchiha' He streaches more.
 
"Hey Sasuke? What level of the Sharingan do you obtain?" Yami wondered, hers was only a level 3, well she had mangenkyo but she couldn't use it that much.
 
"Level three Sharingan." Sasuke told her. He didn't want the Mangekyou, it would only further serve Itachi's goal.
 
"I've had it for about three years, maturing it, mastering it." Sasuke told her, "It's probably one of the most powerful level three sharingan." Sasuke said, he considered himself pretty strong.
 
Ti can use the pira fang lvl 3, but some say it goes even higher" he shook his head in disbeliefe, believing it dont exsist. "it is a very complicated technique to use, even for high ranked ninja" he said proudly.
 
"I see, that's rather impressive." Sasuke said complimenting Piraka. "I want you to show it to me sometime." Sasuke requested. He was interested in the technique.
 
sure of coarse" he gave a fanged smile then a thumbs up, looking at his sword he started to feed his hungry little fishies.
 
"So are we going to eat or what? Where are we going anyway?" Sasuke asked, he didn't have a sweet tooth, so he wanted to go somewhere he could actually eat at.
 
well this place, tashinawa's sells stuff like rice balls too" he gave an even wider smile, then drools as he hugs himself "also noodles ramen and grilled fish nnnnnmmmm~"
 
"Good, because I don't have much of a sweet tooth myself." Sasuke explained. He was relieved to hear the there wasn't only sweets at the place he, Piraka, and Yami were going to eat at.
