Is the Elegant Dance of Bow and Blade considered a charm activation? For example, could I smack somebody with a grand goremaul, send that to elsewhere, then reflexively bust out a powerbow use the first archery excellency to increase my dice pool to shoot someone else?
Elegant Dance of Bow and Blade is a permanent charm, so you never "activate" it. Any expenditure within it that doesn't explicitly call itself a charm activation isn't a charm activation.
