My only correction point is that no save our Magnificent Emperor may have residence on Level One, thus YC can't reside in the Delta Gardens - he can certainly spend time there, but he must dwell on Levels Two-Three on family estates (or elsewhere below/in space if you so choose.)

Personality:
- Scotch is all easy grins and bad jokes, quick to make friends and just as quick to leave them in the dust should something else catch her attention. She's outgoing, sometimes overly familiar, and eager to flirt and mess with anyone and anything. At the end of the day, however, she's very careful not to grow attached.

- She takes a similar approach to work: if the money is right, she'll smuggle pretty much anything (or anyone), whether it's ethical or not. This extends to her employers: Scotch doesn't really care who they are, as long as it looks like they'll see her paid and aren't gonna try to "get rid" of her after the job in some sloppy attempt at cover-up.

- She prefers to keep far away from large scale conflicts and the Noblus' political machinations, telling herself that the fate of the galaxy really isn't any of her business.
Likewise, she tries to not get involved in any faction struggles, or think too hard about the people involved. It's a hard-fought battle, because, at her core, Scotch loves people, with all their complexities. She's especially drawn to those with strong convictions.

- Scotch is all easy grins and bad jokes, quick to make friends and just as quick to leave them in the dust should something else catch her attention. - She takes a similar approach to work: if the money is right, she'll smuggle pretty much anything (or anyone), whether it's ethical or not. This extends to her employers: Scotch doesn't really care who they are, as long as it looks like they'll see her paid and aren't gonna try to "get rid" of her after the job in some sloppy attempt at cover-up.

- She prefers to keep far away from large scale conflicts and the Noblus' political machinations, telling herself that the fate of the galaxy really isn't any of her business.

★ When of age, Jaime’s father said he was to be betrothed to the daughter of the Noblus he had apprenticed for. Honestly loving the girl, as she did him, the two were estatic for their marriage.
★ But her father pulled out last minute, saying a higher born Noblus was to be a better match for her, politically. Deciding he needed to do something, Jamie challenged his replacement to a duel, declaring the winner would have her hand in marriage. Agreeing to a razor battle, but if one was to yield or their girl was to proclaim a hault that they would do so. And so they dueled... Jaime lost badly, never truly skilled in the art of battle, and suffered a almost fatal slash wound from the collarbone to his stomach.
★ Barely surviving the battle, Jamie escaped with a nasty scar of the event and a forever damaged mind. But he realized something. He couldn’t play this “game” the way most played it. He needed to do it his own way, with his own rules. It took a year for him to recovery fully from his wounds, and once doing so he vanished from the public eye for years.
★ Resurfacing into the fold at the age of 30, now the owner of almost every Joybar in the Citadel, and a new dive into Stimhaunts. But there was one true thing that elevated him to power. Knowledge. He practically payed and owned all spies in the city, starting with the whores at his Joybars. But with eyes and ears across the city, shifting himself into power was easy.

From high on the throne of House au Descartes, Wilhelm thought himself invincible - until Jamie Olver pulled the proverbial rug out from beneath him. While Wilhelm had lorded over his holdings from high, the Olver rat had crawled up from beneath. A letter, a threat, a file pilfered from Wilhelm's personal computer ... and it was over. Olver had everything over him. He surrendered - selling his territories to Olver on the promise that House au Descartes would not be incriminated. Wilhelm couldn't face his family - he disappeared without a word, retreating underground.
★ Wilhelm currently resides in the upper Shadow District, having leveraged some contacts to construct a Joybar within the shadow district to cater to the lifestyle he'd always known. For a time, he remained a broken man - beaten, furious and broken. But like he always had, he picked himself up, dusted himself off, and set to work with what he had. He had been beaten back and left with almost nothing - but he had an ace up his sleeve. The biggest gamble of all - the riskiest, most ambitious scheme that he would never have considered in any other circumstance. He consolidated his assets and purchased dozens of Joybots. But instead of running a Joybot brothel, he set about contracting the joybots not as slaves, but as employees. Wilhelm plotted to make himself a friend of the androids, placing himself in a position where he could assert maximum influence over the android populace. Wilhelm banked on a revolution - and he funneled his remaining funds into making sure that revolution would happen. These days, Underworld isn't just an enigmatic joybar - it's a front for the rebellion. After all - the creation of Wastes led to Augustus being named Emperor - why couldn't the denizens of the Wastes lead him to becoming Emperor?

    Andy is generically helpful. He has what many would refer to as a bland personality, having few desires or vices. He's helplessly rebellious, and constantly cracks jokes.
    Background:
    John Frederick Seymour, being the among the first pioneers in strong AI development, is the namesake which Andy takes. He was built after his death, and sparked quite a few controversies with his "limitless" learning abilities. He was the first sign of a wave of the next type of humans, synthetic ones. Programmed to be a free spirit, he has not done real work in quite a long time, other than to help out a neighbor. Despite several offers to make him look human, he has steadfastly refused, saying "That's not who I am.He is currently "employed" by the AI museum on the citadel, but he mostly wanders around.

After all, their mother had experienced a hard life, and if she wanted to entertain fantasies of a better life than what they had in the Shadow Districts, then she was free to. Sami was more concerned with the reality of day to day survival. To make ends meet, he stole what he needed and gradually learned how to make illegal Tech from like-minded individuals. Sami continued to take greater and greater risks until he was caught trying to smuggle his illegal Tech mods out of the Shadow District.

    ★ Years as a Slav. There were few options for Sami when he was caught. He was an unregistered citizen, and as one, he was seen as little more than property. So property he became. Initially, Sami was meant to be trained as a pleasure Slav, but never took to it. Every opportunity he had, he kicked, bit, hit, and ran at the first sign of an exit, seemingly uncaring of the punishment he received after being caught each time. Eventually, Sami was sold by his owners to be used for organ and part harvesting. Before he finally made a successful escape, Sami lost his right leg, a kidney, and portions of his liver.

    ★ Return home. After making his escape, Sami returned to the Shadow Districts where he found his former home abandoned. From people in the area, he was able to find out that his mother had passed some years back and his sister hadn't been seen since. Though it's been many years, Sami is determined to find out what became of his sister.

    ★ A new trade. Stealing and creating Tech was too risky to continue, so Sami decided to try something a bit different. He began to fence illegal goods, serving as a middleman between thieves, other sellers, and potential buyers. Frequently, he serves as the middleman between thieves who want to sell their goods to Sir Lancelot's Pot but may not want to go to or cannot get to Juno Station. To his clients and associates, Sami goes by the name 'Swift'.

    ★ Tech magic. Using an MG purchased from Sir Lancelot's Pot, Sami has some control over the more negative side-effects of his Tech-based magic; however, he still suffers hallucinations. His hallucinations tend to be fixed around a single piece of Tech: a small reconnaissance drone that he designed and created himself nicknamed Dolly II (named after the Old Earth sheep clone, Dolly). It's not uncommon for Sami to have full conversations with Dolly II, though no one else is privy to the responses he thinks he's getting. Sami's Tech magic allows him to receive information from her camera feeds. In addition to flight and reconnaissance capabilities (can record what she views and has limited camouflage), Dolly II can also pick up and carry objects that are no heavier than forty pounds.​

Every opportunity he had, he kicked, bit, hit, and ran at the first sign of an exit, seemingly uncaring of the punishment he received after being caught each time. Eventually, Sami was sold by his owners to be used for organ and part harvesting. Before he finally made a successful escape, Sami lost his right leg, a kidney, portions of his liver, and his pinky and ring finger on his left hand.

    ★ Return home. After making his escape, Sami returned to the Shadow Districts where he found his former home abandoned. From people in the area, he was able to find out that his mother had passed some years back and his sister hadn't been seen since. Though it's been many years, Sami is determined to find out what became of his sister.

    ★ A new trade. Stealing and creating Tech was too risky to continue, so Sami decided to try something a bit different. He began to fence illegal goods, serving as a middleman between thieves, other sellers, and potential buyers. Frequently, he serves as the middleman between thieves who want to sell their goods to Sir Lancelot's Pot but may not want to go to or cannot get to Juno Station. To his clients and associates, Sami goes by the name 'Swift'.

    ★ Tech magic. Using an MG purchased from Sir Lancelot's Pot, Sami has some control over the more negative side-effects of his Tech-based magic; however, he still suffers hallucinations. His hallucinations tend to be fixed around a single piece of Tech: a small reconnaissance drone that he designed and created himself nicknamed Dolly II (named after the Old Earth sheep clone, Dolly). It's not uncommon for Sami to have full conversations with Dolly II, though no one else is privy to the responses he thinks he's getting. Sami's Tech magic allows him to receive information from her camera feeds. In addition to flight and reconnaissance capabilities (can record what she views and has limited camouflage), Dolly II can also pick up and carry objects that are no heavier than forty pounds.
    Likes: Birds, green tea, coffee, warm evenings, new tech.
    Dislikes: Dogs, slavers, Boy Syndicate, Noblus, and the Agency.
    Skills: Can make small tech mods, high endurance runner, parkour, excellent at piloting Dolly II via his MG and Tech magic, hacking into areas he doesn't have clearance for via Tech magic.
    Strengths: Computer and electronic-savvy, quick-thinker, refuses to give up.
    Talents: Puzzles, quick patches for cybernetic prosthetics, weirdly flexible.
    Weaknesses: Physical combat, a wanted criminal (though low-profile), often distracted due to psychosis, suffers chronic pain.

    ★ Missing the entirety of his right leg, as it was harvested from him when he was a Slav. He wears a silvery-blue biomod leg as a replacement. While it helps to keep moving, the framework is easily damaged and needs frequent repair. Suffers chronic pain from this injury.

    ★ Also missing his pinky and ring finger on his left hand, one of his kidneys, and portions of his liver.

    ★ Suffers from PTSD as a result of the trauma he incurred as a Slav which most commonly manifests as difficulty sleeping.

    ★ Experiences chronic hallucinatory psychosis as a result of his Tech mods.

“You assholes!” Alastair yelled.

The ship he arrived on, the one he was currently yelling at, had taken him all the way from Port Neptus to Dragon’s Rock. He’d paid a hefty sum for the transport, but not all his savings. Prior to a few minutes ago, he still had those savings. Had them.

Alistair grabbed a stone off the craggy shore of Dragon’s Rock and chucked it with all the force he could muster at the ship. With a disappointing splash, it landed a few hundred feet short of the retreating ship. A figure on board the ship waved at him. He could hear distant laughter. Furious, he grabbed another stone and threw it at the ship again, with similar results as the first. Just a pathetic splash in the water and nothing more. With a sigh of defeat, Alistair let his hands drop to his sides.

The crew of the ship had been fine at first. Maybe a little odd, but the thought of pirates never crossed his mind. At least, not until they stopped near some desolate shore of Dragon’s Rock, and they properly upended him to shake out any hidden money on his person. He’d not had much more on him. Apparently frustrated with that development, the pirates dumped both him and the rest of his belongings overboard. Alastair was thankfully a decent swimmer, and he’d retrieved his bag before swimming slowly to the nearby shore.

And now here he was: drenched, robbed, and frustrated. He sat upon the shore to pull off his boots, wringing the leather as much as he could to get the water out. A pitiful amount dribbled on the rust red rocks around him. He set the boots at his side, hoping the heat of the sun would do a better job than he was.

The shore the pirates had left him on was quiet—evidently not one of the shores the Summer Court used to transport their barbaric Dragon Trade goods. On either side of him, the shore of brown rocks stretched until he could no longer see it as it curled around the bend. Behind him was an uneven face of a cliff. A small path cut through the rock that led deeper into the island. He’d grown up somewhere in there—hidden in one of the many caves that littered Dragon’s Rock where he and the rest of his coven hid from the Summer Court, dragons, and their riders. Everything was dangerous on Dragon’s Rock, his mother had told him. That’s why they’d left when he was young, apparently, though the coven had originally arrived here for refuge.

It was strange to return to a home he couldn’t remember well.

After a few hours of pondering and drying on the shore, Alastair put on his still slightly damp boots and picked up his bag, hitching it over one shoulder. Moping on the shore was going to get him nowhere. If he was going to get anywhere, if he was going to learn anything about himself and how to control that unruly magic he always felt bubbling up inside him, he was going to have to work for it. But first things first. He had to find somewhere safe to camp where he could return to as he hunted for more rumors of the sorcerer that supposedly lived upon this rock.

Steeling himself, Alastair strode forth down the path that led deeper into Dragon’s Rock.

B) Hera is, as predicted, uncanny valley central - she's exactly like the podcast character she's named after. Which is not a bad thing. Really well thought out and detailed.
