Elder Tale (Based on Log Horizon)

Awesome I'm nearly done making my character but I need to ask something first. Does dual wielding mean you attack, say x1.5 or x2 as fast but with one weapon each, or does it mean you attack with both weapons at once at regular speed?

Duel wielding lets you use hold two weapons that attack at normal speed. The attack determines if they're swung together or one after the other.
 
So you can't dual wield with basic attacks, that's disappointing, ah well time to do a little reworking.
