Realistic or Modern Eastridge Music Academy.

After stuffing his face a bit more he looked up at the girl then down at her food, "You're not eating much" he said simply taking a bite of a sausage. Even eating so much Jason was in peak fitness and worked out regularly but he still loved his food.

“The food here is gross.” She replied casually, picking at a muffin. She would go and grab an energy bar, but it was likely that her brother had already eaten them by now. She looked up at him, curious as to whether she was the only one who hated the food. Perhaps she was weird.

Lisabet tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, considering her answer. She stayed silent for a few seconds, before finally stating, “Lyre. I play the Lyre” She took the opportunity to smooth her skirts, not wanting to pry, but curiosity got the best of her. “And you?” She asked formally, wanting to seem polite.

Lis smiled slightly, realising what polar opposites they were. He made modern music, hers couldn’t have been older. “That’s cool. What’s your name?” She asked, wanting to be able to talk more comfortably. She always felt bad when talking to someone without knowing their name, she worried it made her seem rude. @Physiicz

seeing someone near the back of the canteen eating alone, jonothan decided he might as well meet one of the dorm neighbors while he was there. He took his half-eaten meal and sat down at the table Grey was at and continued eating, not saying a word.

Jonothan continues to eat his meal in silence. He began to think of what else he could do for his audition to the school.

"What's your name" he asked ignoring her question. His phone buzzed but decided to leave it as it was most likely just some kids looking for someone to play at their party.

@FictionalReality

Lisabet jumped when his phone buzzed, and she wondered why he ignored it. She shrugged it off though. "I'm Lisabet." She actually liked her name, it was unique at least.

@Physiicz

Jason nodded, "Jason" he told her studying her face. Never judge a book by it's cover Jason thought to himself.

Lisabet ducked her head, uncomfortable with the attention. She wondered what he found so interesting, and rubbed her face to make sure she didn't have any food on it.

@Physiicz

"What's wrong?" he asked, reading her body language and noticing that she was uncomfortable. Jason was just the type of person to talk to people and get to know them for no apparent reason.

@FictionalReality

Lisbet shook it off, trying to hide her feelings again. She really needed to get out more. “Nothing’s wrong, I’m fine.” She smiled slightly at him to prove her point.

Arthur strolled out of the detention room once the teacher had left, not caring that he’d get into trouble. He needed to practice, but he couldn’t in his room. He was getting a roommate, and as much as he trusted others, he wasn’t sure that they wouldn’t steal his idea. He would steal his sisters practice room, but she was likely still in there, and he did NOT want to disturb her. Instead he climbed the stairs, not stopping until he reached the roof. It was always so calm and peaceful, allowing him a good spot to play.

Lisbet considered her answer for a moment. They had completely different styles of music, sure, but she didn’t want this to lead on to the song they were playing, after all, these were the most important events of the year for everyone. But still, it would seem rude not to answer, plus he seemed like a nice person, so he wouldn’t steal her song. “Yeah, I am. Are you?” She asked. After saying it she felt slightly stupid. Everyone normally did the concert, odds were that he was as well.

@Physiicz

Arthur looked down at his watch as he reached the roof, realising that it was almost time for lessons. He grinned sitting down anyway. He didn’t particularly care about lessons at the moment-not that he did normally-as he had so many more important things to do. Honestly, how did the staff think that they could balance both at the same time. Arthur had come to this school for the music, so if his grades slipped a bit because he was busy he didn’t really care. But their were so many people, Lis included, that got really stressed out at this time of the year, because when they weren’t practicing they were studying, not wanting either to drop.

Lisabet followed his gaze, before looking down at the watch fastened tightly on her wrist. They didn’t have long, but it also wasn’t time for classes yet. “I guess everyone’s trying to practise.” She thought out loud, before looking back at Jason. “Why wouldn’t you play?” She wasn’t trying to be rude, she was honestly curious.

@Physiicz

Arthur lay on the ground, staring at the sky. It was a cool day, but the sun was still shining above. The heat was comforting, and he enjoyed the warmth as he watched the clouds moving above him, glad to have some time to relax once in a while. Although, he didn’t really bother with school normally, but even being in the room was stressful.

Lisbet shrugged slightly, playing with her sleeves. “It’s just a bit of fun. I’m under no illusion that they’ll pick me, but it’s always a good atmosphere, so I join in anyway.”

Eli Vermont

Eli clenched his fist around his bow and let out a groan. At this point, all he wanted to do was snap the stick in half and forget music was even a thing. For the past twenty or so attempts, he had played the wrong string, ultimately ending up with a horrible sound and a pretty annoyed Eli. Really, the more he became agitated with it, the more he messed up. Eli let out a sigh and looked up at the clock before glancing down at his sheets in front of him. "A meal would do me good...get my attention of the blasted thing for a moment or two," He muttered, packing up his equipment in its case.

Now that food was in his head, Eli noticed he was actually hungry, if not starving. It seemed as if he had been up all morning at that same string. Once he had set everything in its case neatly, Eli zipped the bag and loaded it onto his back. It was a heavy and quite inconvenient instrument choice, though it was what he had played since...well, forever, and for the most part, he enjoyed it. As he entered the cafeteria, Eli didn't hesitate to unload the weight from his back and set it on the ground to rest. By the looks of things, half of the students were out rehearsing or socialising and the other half were still glued to their seats, enjoying breakfast. Eli's stomach grumbled an awful sound and he placed his hand on it with an amused look. "Yeah yeah, I'm getting there," He said to himself, loading the cello on his back once more before making his way to the food.

Monique Fernandez

Monique hummed to herself, doodling on the table with an orange marker while taking a bite of her toast. Music blasted in her ears at an unsafe volume, audible to just about anyone who was sitting around her. For monique, it was a way to kindly say "leave me alone, I'm busy" without actually having to interact with people. She glanced up at the people in the cafeteria and then back down at her doodles. Despite her being creative with music, she couldn't say the same about her artistic abilities. With a frown, she wrote her initials beside the swirly lines anyway. The people sitting across from her didn't seem to care.

As she finished off her piece of toast, Monique brushed the crumbs off her fingers and pants and stood from the table. Hastily, she shoved her phone into her pocket, the headphones still attached, and dropped her tray on a pile near the bins. Usually, when it wasn't raining or class hours, Monique would sit outside and listen to traffic, people and animals for inspiration. Typically, anything others found boring, Monique would take an interest in. With the bass still erupting in her eardrums, she set off to the yard.
