Personality: Jack was always a bit of oddity ever since he was ten, acting as if he was a clock. He follows the same routine at the same times, only slightly changing it every once in a while. He isn't very social, and usually will just walk past people without talking to them if they bother him. He has a set response to every possible outcome imaginable, and even though it seems kind of random it is all calculated in his head. He tends not to talk very often, and will usually choose to just stay silent whenever possible. Every time an hour passes he will whisper, "Tick, Tock, tick, tock, tick, tock." To himself and pace around in a circle for exactly ten seconds. He is very malicious towards those who harm machinery, often times waiting for the right moment and attacking them, and whenever he gets the chance to kill them he will always deliver the killing blow by stabbing them through the eye and saying, "Your time is up." He is a cold blooded killer, and has no understanding of compassion, justice, love, or any other major emotions. He will always speak in a logical way, never using figures of speech. He also has a very odd fascination with clocks. When he is interrupted during his usual daily routine he will go into a rage filled state and attack anyone near him relentlessly.
Augmentations: He has enhanced mental functions, and he can calculate the likelihood of every possible outcome for a situation almost instantly. He also has a large amount of control over the flow of electricity, but he never chooses to use that augmentation as it has the possibility of damaging machinery. He always knows the exact time of day it is no matter where he is.
Weapons: A lightning rod with a sharp tip that could easily be used as a javelin or spear if he so wished and a simple pocket knife with the shape of a clock carved into the handle.
Other equipment: He usually keeps a metal coin over his left eye that has a the shape of a clock carved into it, and he usually wears a plain black hoodie that he keeps the hood pulled over his head and jeans.
Backstory: Jack has a bit of a memory problem, he can't remember anything after his nineteenth birthday or before his capture. He was always a loner, staying away from others and working in his garage, tinkering with clockwork machines of his own creation. He had always preferred clockwork to modern machinery due to how reliable and constant it was. At the age of sixteen he killed ten people in cold blood, landing the finishing blow on each of them by stabbing them through their left eye with a sharpened pole. He then proceeded to align them in the middle of a street in the shape of a clock. He managed to evade capture until he was eighteen, committing many more murders in the exact same fashion before finally being put on death row the day before his nineteenth birthday, but that is the last thing he remembers before his capture.
