“Yep” He said standing up from the table

“Yes, lets go. Are you all ready?”

“Yes”, Ryan says as he puts his mask back on

“Yah” he said walking out the door

Eli walks behind them with a bounce In her step. "so where are we off to now??" she smiles looking at the sky

“The mall” Elli said sarcastically

 

[RoseAstasia]

“We are going to fight the goblin that I mentioned earlier.”, Forest says, “prepare for a stealth mission.”

Eli shyly flips elli the finger and listens to forest "I'm um.. Not very good at stealth.. I have a dexterity of 3... It's my lowest stat.." she internally panicked and looked at her party members.

 

[RoseAstasia]

“That’s alright.”, Forest removes the potions he received from Osore from his inventory and handed them to each of them, “when I spot the goblin, you can drink these. They will hide you from the eyes of our enemies for a short period of time. Though, you will need to be on the lookout when we are trudging through so you don’t get killed. Warn me if you spot an enemy.”

“We sir” he said giving a fake salute “should give me a chance to improve my stealth”

She nods and fiddled with the potion before putting it in her bag of holding.

 

[RoseAstasia]

“No, this is not the best time to do that. Sneaking will not throw off these foes at the level you are and the current skill you have. You can do that when we are in the low level Dungeons.”, Forest says, “Do you remember when I said to be careful?”

“So we shouldn’t drink it now?”, Ryan asks

“Not yet.”, Forest replies. He looks to Eli, “there may be passive mobs, but you are not experienced enough to tell which ones they are, so if you think something is cute, kill it anyway. Same goes for you Ryan.”

Elli put the potion in his inventory and remained silent for the rest of the journey

She puffs her cheeks "what if I can befriend it?"

 

[RoseAstasia]

“You can, but it requires an item and a certain skill set, so don’t try.”, Forest says

“Aww, but what about those happy smiling cubes?”, Ryan asks

“Most of the time, they are friendly, but every monster has an overpowered version of itself called a corrupted form. They are always hostile.”, Forest says.

She nods and puffs her cheeks "ok I'll just set it on fire" she looks at them and smiles. "ok so let's go!"

“That sounds awesome”, Ryan says

“Ok then, let’s go.”, They walk out to the gate, “we need to get through”

They keep walking through the grassy planes and into a dark fires. Eli clutches her staff and looks nervously around instinctively walking close to ryan

The gate is opened; they walk out and step through a portal. The portal leads to a room with multiple portals of different types. Forest leads the party through one, “here we are. Now remember to stay on edge, you never know what could be hiding in the grass”

Ryan notices and blushes slightly, though it isn’t visible because of his mask; which is covering below his eyes.

She nods and looks around expecting to be attacked at any second

Ten steps in, a creature runs at Eli from a bush. Forest immediately lunges at it with his sword in hand; swatting it away from her before it could get too close. Forest creates a Purified Mana Ball and throws it at it, “Super Mana Canon”

She yelps and covers her eyes waiting for the pain but it never came. She slowly opens her eyes to see it lay in a bloody mess on the ground.. She starts shaking and whimpering looking around knowing she is going to die.

 

[RoseAstasia]

Forest looks to her, “You are going to be alright. Just stay calm to the best of your ability, I know this is scary. I know you are terrified, but I will do everything I can to protect the 3 of you”.

Ryan’s hand forms a tight grip as he breathes deeply.

She nods and takes a shakey breath gripping her staff so hard her hands start to bleed

Ryan looks to her, “be careful, you are hurting yourself “

Forest kills another creature; deflecting a substance that came out of its mouth using a shield made from what looks like a slab of thick leather with hard scales upon its face and rivets along its edge.
