Velaris hadn't done much exploring at all she had gone down a few corridors and back quite bored before flopping down on her belly in front of the path they would have to take. All the while The girl with the scent less cigarette had been with her walking along quietly she seemed to be watching Velaris. She even sat with her when they returned to the main area. As Isabell fled down into the temple which seemed to be falling apart Velaris shrank again to about the size of a cat leaping down the stairs she glided down on outstretched wings while Eva hurried along beside her. "Of course the old fucking temple comes crashing down on us."

Charles took Eva and carried her, while using his psionic abilities to create a shield which protected them from harm. Sincerely he could have used his powers to stop the floor from collapsing, but he didn't care enough to actually do it.

Ashton felt the ground shaking and cracks appeared. He quickly turned into an ash cloud and grabbed Bruce as the floor gave away. His cloud floated in mid air with Bruce on top as he half formed on top of the cloud. "I hope we didn't do that. Are you OK? Ashton then had the cloud slowly float down to the second sub-floor. He closed his eyes and realized that he could not feel a definite air flow. He opens his eyes and sighs. "I think the entrance collapsed as the air flow is gone now."

Bruce stays low on the cloud, afraid it might give out at any moment and, while he would survive the fall, he didn't want to be off guard when it happened. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said as he jumped down "I didn't pull or push anything so I'm pretty sure that it wasn't me." He looks around a bit "I'm thinking that we're being led, assuming that whoever set that or just flat out broke it on the spot knows that we would all easily survive that. Who knows, maybe that's what they're testing."

Ashton holds out his hand near him and a small trickle of ash appears after a bit. It leads them back the way they came. "I set up a small cloud of ash earlier, I used it a waypoint and it can lead us back to where we first came in. If you want we can go back unless you want to stay here and follow where it wants us to go."

Fola leaned against a tree, his jacket tied around his hip and his body aching. He was sure at this point he'd made a terrible mistake coming to this forest, it was stupid to even think that such a place existed. He brought a cool bottle of water to his mouth and took a big swig of it, only to reach the bottom, he sighed in annoyance and threw it behind him, that was his last bottle and it would be stupid to reach for the flask just yet, the only thing worse than wandering through the forest alone and lost would be wandering alone, lost and drunk.


He got up and pushed on, 'Just a bit more, then I turn back...' He kept on going for another fifteen minutes before coming to a stop. He leaned on a tree to catch his breath, he needed to turn back, if he didn't he might be risking his life, and this wasn't worth that. He pushed himself up and went to turn away, only to see something in the distance, he rubbed his eyes and double checked. He smiled as he realized that what he was looking at was no illusion. He began to walk to it with a huge smile on his face...
