Altiera sat in her room hugging her knees to her chest she communed with the remnants of the archdemon she had devoured. Once named Manaxus the being now referred to itself as Splinter. Altiera sat in her inner eden faceing the flickering figure which seemed to only be a humanoid shadow with flecks of it's being swirling around it, finding a place then leaving it soon after. "What is it that you need from me master?" Altiera shook her head unwilling to accept that title but she would accept his offer, "I need to gain alot of power fast, the fact that you havent disappeared completely means I have a long way to go....so tell me, HWat do I need to do to finally swallow you whole?" Altiera leaned forward resting her elbows on her knee's she gazed at the empty white eyes even as the spirit began to chuckle "My dear mistress you already have swallowed me whole but you are correct in your statement that you have not discovered my complete power." Altiera was visibly annoyed at Splinters refusal to stop calling her master, "Alright, just tell me what I need and stop calling me master, We've been over this Splinter." "Indeed we have...Altiera, what you need in order to complete your powers is to let me fade away...even with this little bit of my old self around you will never get more than 30% of my power, I made sure of it by sealing the majority of my power away. The key to my power is a necklace. once you let me go it will come to you, I will tell you this, when you limit your power by sealing it away and not using it the power you cant use grows. I hav had my power sealed for over a millenia, so the power you will recieve will be much greater than that which I had initially put in. the power spike will be dangerous and assuredly harmful to you. So be sure you have the stringer members of you group around. Altiera, ultimately defeating the monster you will become is up to you you will have to wrench control from your instincts and once again be the surly but lovable queen bitch you are." Altiera was not happy with the news...she didn't care what the power she would gain was she didnt want to lose Splinter, to once again lose a close friend who had shared her heart and mind. The two may not have had the best start, but from the moment they both agreed to merge things were different, they saw into each others worlds in a way few could. Altiera was shaken from her thoughts by Splinter, "Altiera....for you to survive you have to do this....This is goodbye." Altiera felt tears welling up in her eyes but blinks them back and nods slowly loosening the grasp she had on SPlinter she fellt in slip away like sand through her fingers, "Goodbye Splinter." Once the demon was completely gone Altiera brought herself back to consciousness opening her teary eyes she felt a weight in her hands. opening her hands so that they were palm up she looked down a sad smile appearing on her face she let out a sound between a laugh and a sob, "Of course it literally a key...that jackass." Altiera tone was sad but warm as she spoke if her friend. she clipped the chain behind her neck and slid off of her bed wiping her tears as she opened her door she now had to find a sparring partner, partially to help her control this power but mostly to keep her from being alone.
Lucien had his own troubles to face as he stood in the forest he held his new dual swords he had summoned in place of his spear. It had been a few years since he had summoned them simply because they reminded him of his master who had gotten to see him master the dragonknight arts before passing away. Ever since he had limited himself to using his basic skills perfecting them and reserving his true power for such an important battle like the one the guild would soon face. he had wanted to avoid activating the dragon blood but now it was unavoidable. He sheathed the swords and headed back to the house to get some food, it had been a while since he had eaten and it was starting to become bothersome.

Anthrometis glances at Bruce after her tells his story, his family was quite interesting. She looks down at their hands. She was still holding it with both of hers. "Is it okay for me to let go now? But maybe think about what she'd do, should the situations be reversed. She'd be upset, obviously; she practically singlehandedly raised you after your mom died. But she also would've known that other people count on her and need her help, so she would probably have to pick up the pieces and keep on moving. People here need you, Alice. A slight nod of the head is the only response Dark could give to Felix. After several minutes of silence she decides she should warn him before he gets any further into things. "I'm suicidal... Sunset doesn't care for humanity's survival anymore. Morgan wants to overwork herself with this life threatening contract to distract her from the pain. Alexandra is contemplating drinking to forget even if it works momentarily, and Ashlyn is basically locking herself away in her own mind. So before you talk to any other personality.
